Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る車両下部構造が適用された車両を下側から見た底面図、図2は、図1に示す車両の車両前後方向に沿った一部断面側面図、図3は、図1に示す車両の車両前後方向に沿った一部破断斜視図、図4は、図1に示す車両の車幅方向に沿った一部破断斜視図、図5は、図1に示す車両を上側から見た平面図、図6は、図5に示す左右のシートフレームに対してバッテリ側クロスメンバを車両前後方向に沿って変位可能に設けた状態を示す平面図である。
フロアパネル70の上面に固定される左右一対のシートフレーム74、74と、車体側クロスメンバ76とを備えている。左右一対のシートフレーム74、74は、車両中央のセンタトンネル78を境界として車幅方向の左側及び右側にそれぞれ配置されている。各シートフレーム74は、車幅方向外側の各サイドシル20に接続される左右一対の外側シートフレーム80a、80aと、センタトンネル78に接続される左右一対の内側シートフレーム80b、80bとから構成されている。

Claims (3)
- 室内にバッテリが収納され、上部に開口部を有する有底のケースパンと、前記ケースパンの前記開口部を閉塞するケースカバーとを有するバッテリケースと、
前記バッテリケースの上部に位置するフロアパネルと、
前記フロアパネルの上面に固定される左右一対のシートフレームと、
前記バッテリケース内を車幅方向に沿って延在し、前記各シートフレームに締結されるクロスメンバと、
を備え、
前記各シートフレームは、車両前後方向に沿って延び、前記クロスメンバを締結可能な取付孔が車両前後方向に沿って複数設けられていることを特徴とする車両下部構造。 - 請求項1記載の車両下部構造において、
前記各シートフレームは、サイドシルに接続される左右一対の外側シートフレームと、センタトンネルに接続される左右一対の内側シートフレームとを有し、
前記各外側シートフレーム及び前記各内側シートフレームには、それぞれ前記複数の取付孔が車両前後方向に沿って複数配置され、
前記各外側シートフレームの前記取付孔は、長孔形状からなり、
前記各内側シートフレームの前記取付孔は、円形形状からなることを特徴とする車両下部構造。 - 請求項2記載の車両下部構造において、
前記各外側シートフレームは、略水平に延びる水平板と、前記水平板の車幅方向内側端部から屈曲して下方に向かって延びる縦壁とを有し、
前記水平板の車幅方向外側端部は、前記サイドシルに結合され、
前記縦壁の下方端部は、前記フロアパネルの上面に結合され、
前記水平板には、前記複数の取付孔が車両前後方向に沿って配置されていることを特徴とする車両下部構造。
