- 前記注射筒(1,101,201)は、前記注射器の第一の部材を構成し、かつ前記接続部(10,100,200)、特に前記ねじ(12,112,212)は、第二の部材を構成し、かつ前記第一の部材と前記第二の部材とは、機械的に、および/または素材結合式に、および/または摩擦結合式に、および/または形状結合式に、および/または互いに限定的に解除可能に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の注射器。
- 前記接続部(10,100,200)は、所定の外部幾何学形状を有し、かつ前記外部幾何学形状は、ルアーロックアダプターの外部幾何学形状に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の注射器。
- 次の工程:
第一の材料からなる注射筒(1,101,201)および
前記第一の材料より軟質の第二の材料からなる接続部(10,100,200)、特にねじ(12,112,212)を準備し、ここで、前記第二の材料は、前記第一の材料の弾性率よりも10〜60%低い弾性率を有し、前記第一の材料は、シクロオレフィンコポリマー(COC)またはシクロオレフィンポリマー(COP)であること、
前記接続部(10,100,200)と前記注射筒(1,101,201)とを互いに材料結合式に、および/または摩擦結合式に、および/または形状結合式に、および/または素材結合式に結合すること
を含む、注射器の製造方法。 - 注射筒と接続部とを互いに素材結合により、溶接によって、特に超音波溶接によって結合することを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 第一の材料からなる注射筒と、前記第一の材料よりも軟質の第二の材料からなる接続部、特にねじとを備え、前記第二の材料は、前記第一の材料の弾性率よりも10〜60%低い弾性率を有する注射器の製造方法において、前記注射器は多成分射出成形により得られ、かつ前記第一の材料は、シクロオレフィンコポリマー(COC)またはシクロオレフィンポリマー(COP)であることを特徴とする、注射器の製造方法。
- 前記多成分射出成形は、少なくとも25Ncm、特に少なくとも35Ncmの荷重より、限定的に前記接続部が解除可能であるように調節されることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の方法。
