Description
本発明は、次の文章において書き記されている態様を含むが、この記載の部分は、審判部のJ15/88に合致して、特許請求の範囲ではない。
前記第一の材料は前記第二の材料とは異なり、かつ前記第二の材料は、前記第一の材料よりも軟質の材料であることを特徴とする、注射器。
- 第一の材料からなる注射筒(1,101,201)および
- 前記第一の材料より軟質の第二の材料からなる接続部(10,100,200)、特にねじ(12,112,212)を準備し、ここで、前記第二の材料は、前記第一の材料の弾性率よりも10~60%低い弾性率を有すること、
- 接続部(10,100,200)と注射筒(1,101,201)とを互いに材料結合式に、および/または摩擦結合式に、および/または形状結合式に、および/または素材結合式に結合する
を含む、注射器の製造方法。
Claims (14)
- 注射筒(1,101,201)と、
遠位開口部(5)を含む注射先端(3,103,203)と、前記注射先端の領域に配置された接続部(10,100,200)と、を備え、
前記注射筒(1,101,201)は、第一の材料からなり、かつ前記接続部(10,100,200)は、少なくとも、第二の材料からなり、前記第一の材料は前記第二の材料とは異なり、かつ前記第二の材料は、前記第一の材料よりも軟質の材料である、注射器であって、
前記第一の材料は、シクロオレフィンコポリマー(COC)またはシクロオレフィンポリマー(COP)であり、且つ
前記第一の材料は、所定の弾性率を有し、かつ前記第二の材料は、前記第一の材料の弾性率よりも10~60%低い弾性率を有し、かつ、前記注射器が多成分射出成形されたものであることを特徴とする、前記注射器。 - 前記接続部(10,100,200)がねじ(12,112,212)であり、且つ少なくとも部分的に第二の材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の注射器。
- 前記第一の材料の弾性率は、2500超~3500MPaの範囲にあり、かつ前記第二の材料の弾性率は、1200~2500MPaであることを特徴とする、請求項1から2までのいずれか1項記載の注射器。
- 前記第一の材料の弾性率は、2700~3200MPaであり、かつ前記第二の材料の弾性率は、1500~1800MPaであることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の注射器。
- 第二の軟質材料のノッチ付き衝撃強さが、2kJ/m2より大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の注射器。
- 前記第二の材料は、熱可塑性エラストマー(TPE)、エラストマー、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリカルボナート(PC)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリアミド(PA)またはCOC-Eであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の注射器。
- 前記第一の材料および前記第二の材料は、100℃超の温度で滅菌可能である材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の注射器。
- 前記第一の材料および前記第二の材料は、最大180℃の温度で滅菌可能である材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7記載の注射器。
- 前記接続部(10,100,200)は、所定の外部幾何学形状を有し、かつ前記外部幾何学形状は、ルアーロックアダプターの外部幾何学形状に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の注射器。
- 次の工程:
第一の材料からなる注射筒(1,101,201)および
前記第一の材料より軟質の第二の材料からなる接続部(10,100,200)を準備し、ここで、前記第二の材料は、前記第一の材料の弾性率よりも10~60%低い弾性率を有し、前記第一の材料は、シクロオレフィンコポリマー(COC)またはシクロオレフィンポリマー(COP)であること、および
前記注射器が多成分射出成形により得られること
を含む、請求項1に記載の注射器の製造方法。 - 前記接続部(10,100,200)がねじ(12,112,212)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の材料の弾性率は、2500超~3500MPaの範囲にあり、かつ前記第二の材料の弾性率は、1200~2500MPaであることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の材料の弾性率は、2700~3200MPaであり、かつ前記第二の材料の弾性率は、1500~1800MPaであることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の注射器の製造方法であって、次の工程:
第一の材料からなる注射筒(1,101,201)および
前記第一の材料より軟質の第二の材料からなる、ねじである接続部を準備し、ここで、前記第二の材料は、前記第一の材料の弾性率よりも10~60%低い弾性率を有すること、
を含む前記方法において、前記第一の材料は、シクロオレフィンコポリマー(COC)またはシクロオレフィンポリマー(COP)であること、および前記注射器が多成分射出成形により得られることを特徴とする、前記方法。
