Claims (5)
- 軸部と前記軸部の外周側に配置されたロータと前記ロータの外周側に配置されたステータとを備えたポンプ部と、
前記ポンプ部から排気口までの排気ガスの流路と、
前記流路において前記軸部への前記排気ガスの接触を抑制する遮蔽部とを備え、
前記遮蔽部の端部が前記ロータと相対する面を有すること、
を特徴とする真空ポンプ。 - 前記遮蔽部は、前記軸部の壁面に沿って前記端部まで延びる中間部を備え、
前記中間部の肉厚は、前記端部の肉厚より小さいこと、
を特徴とする請求項1記載の真空ポンプ。 - 前記軸部の壁面から前記遮蔽部の端部の外周面までの距離は、前記軸部の壁面から前記ロータの外周面までの距離以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の真空ポンプ。
- 前記遮蔽部の前記面および前記面に相対する前記ロータの面の少なくとも一方に、前記遮蔽部と前記ロータとの間の空隙を介する前記軸部側への前記排気ガスの流入を抑制する溝構造をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のうちのいずれか1項記載の真空ポンプ。
- ヒーターを備えた加熱部材をさらに備え、
前記軸部は、冷却されており、
前記遮蔽部は、前記加熱部材に固定された1つの部材、または前記加熱部材の一部分であること、
を特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のうちのいずれか1項記載の真空ポンプ。
