Abstract
Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係るサーボバルブ10について、図1〜図9を参照しながら説明する。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態に係るサーボバルブについて、図10を参照しながら説明する。第2実施形態では、スプールの形状が第1実施形態と異なる。なお、スリーブとスプールを除く構成要素については、第1実施形態に係るサーボバルブ10の構成要素とその参照符号を適宜用いて説明する。
次に、本発明の第3実施形態に係るサーボバルブについて、図11〜図13を参照しながら説明する。第3実施形態では、中立位置におけるラップ長さの関係が第1実施形態と異なるほか、スリーブの開口部の形状が第1実施形態と異なる。なお、スリーブとスプールを除く構成要素については、第1実施形態に係るサーボバルブ10の構成要素とその参照符号を適宜用いて説明する。
次に、本発明の第4実施形態に係るサーボバルブについて、図14〜図16を参照しながら説明する。第4実施形態では、中立位置におけるラップ長さの関係が第2実施形態と異なるほか、スリーブの開口部の形状が第2実施形態と異なる。なお、スリーブとスプールを除く構成要素については、第1実施形態に係るサーボバルブ10の構成要素とその参照符号を適宜用いて説明する。
次に、本発明の第5実施形態に係るサーボバルブについて、図17〜図19を参照しながら説明する。第5実施形態では、中立位置におけるラップ長さの関係が第2実施形態と異なるほか、スリーブの開口部の形状が第2実施形態と異なる。なお、スリーブとスプールを除く構成要素については、第1実施形態に係るサーボバルブ10の構成要素とその参照符号を適宜用いて説明する。

Claims (12)
- 流体圧シリンダの一方の圧力室および他方の圧力室に給排する流体の流量を制御するサーボバルブであって、
複数の開口部を有するスリーブおよび前記スリーブの内側に配置されるスプールを備え、前記スプールには複数のランド部と複数の溝部とが設けられ、前記スプールの変位によって前記一方の圧力室または前記他方の圧力室を流体供給源に接続する流路を構成する前記複数の開口部の1つおよび前記複数の溝部の1つが互いに重なる箇所での第1の流路面積が、前記スプールの当該変位によって前記他方の圧力室または前記一方の圧力室を流体排出口に接続する流路を構成する前記複数の開口部の他の1つおよび前記複数の溝部の他の1つが互いに重なる箇所での第2の流路面積とは異なる大きさであるサーボバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のサーボバルブにおいて、
前記第2の流路面積が前記第1の流路面積よりも小さいサーボバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のサーボバルブにおいて、
前記第1の流路面積が前記第2の流路面積よりも小さいサーボバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のサーボバルブにおいて、
前記第1の流路面積と前記第2の流路面積との差は、前記スプールの中立位置において前記ランド部が互いに隣接する2つの前記開口部間の前記スリーブの内壁面に接触する複数のラップ長さのうち所定の2つのラップ長さの差に基づくものであるサーボバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のサーボバルブにおいて、
前記第1の流路面積と前記第2の流路面積との差は、前記複数の開口部のうち所定の開口部の形状が前記スプールが移動する方向の両側で非対称の形状であることに基づくものであるサーボバルブ。 - 請求項5記載のサーボバルブにおいて、
前記所定の開口部の形状が三角形状であるサーボバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のサーボバルブにおいて、
前記第1の流路面積と前記第2の流路面積との差は、前記複数の開口部のうち所定の開口部が他の所定の開口部の幅の範囲に収まる形状であることに基づくものであるサーボバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のサーボバルブにおいて、
前記スリーブには第1開口部〜第5開口部が設けられ、前記第1開口部および前記第5開口部は前記流体供給源に接続され、前記第2開口部は前記流体圧シリンダの前記一方の圧力室に接続され、前記第3開口部は前記流体排出口に接続され、前記第4開口部は前記流体圧シリンダの前記他方の圧力室に接続されるサーボバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のサーボバルブにおいて、
前記スリーブには第1開口部〜第5開口部が設けられ、前記第1開口部および前記第5開口部は前記流体排出口に接続され、前記第2開口部は前記流体圧シリンダの前記一方の圧力室に接続され、前記第3開口部は前記流体供給源に接続され、前記第4開口部は前記流体圧シリンダの前記他方の圧力室に接続されるサーボバルブ。 - 請求項8または9に記載のサーボバルブにおいて、
前記スプールには、第1ランド部〜第4ランド部が設けられ、前記スプールの中立位置において、前記スリーブの前記第2開口部は前記スプールの前記第2ランド部によって閉塞され、前記スリーブの前記第4開口部は前記スプールの前記第3ランド部によって閉塞されるサーボバルブ。 - 請求項8または9に記載のサーボバルブにおいて、
前記スプールには、第1ランド部〜第3ランド部が設けられ、前記スプールの中立位置において、前記スリーブの前記第1開口部は前記スプールの前記第1ランド部によって閉塞され、前記スリーブの前記第3開口部は前記スプールの前記第2ランド部によって閉塞され、前記スリーブの前記第5開口部は前記スプールの前記第3ランド部によって閉塞されるサーボバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のサーボバルブにおいて、
前記スプールの目標位置は限定された複数の位置に設定されるサーボバルブ。
