Abstract
【解決手段】フィルム1によって形成された鮮度保持用袋体100であって、フィルムの2つの端部同士が接合されている複数の接合部8、8'と、隣接する接合部の間に配置され重ね合わされたフィルムの端部同士が接合されていない非接合部10とを有し、非接合部が、袋体の内部空間と該袋体の外部とを連通する非直線状の通気路を構成している鮮度保持用袋体の製造方法であって、超音波溶着によって接合部を形成するステップを備え、接合部を形成するステップが、外周部に袋体の接合部の形状に対応した複数の突起が所定間隔で連続的に形成されている円板状の超音波溶着アンビルを回転させながら、フィルムに連続的に接合部を形成するステップである鮮度保持袋の製造方法。

フィルムによって形成された鮮度保持用袋体であって、前記フィルムの2つの端部が重ね合わされて接合されている幅5mm以上15mm以下の帯状の接合領域を有し、前記接合領域が、前記フィルムの2つの端部同士が接合されている複数の接合部と、隣接する前記接合部の間に配置され前記重ね合わされたフィルムの端部同士が接合されていない非接合部とを有し、前記非接合部が、前記袋体の内部空間と該袋体の外部とを連通する非直線状の通気路を構成し、該通気路は幅Wが、0.2mm≦W≦3mmであり、長さLが、10mm≦L≦50mmである鮮度保持用袋体の製造方法であって、
超音波溶着によって前記接合部を形成するステップを備え、
前記接合部を形成するステップが、外周部に前記袋体の接合部の形状に対応した複数の突起が所定間隔で連続的に形成されている円板状の超音波溶着アンビルを、前記フィルムに対して回転させながら、前記フィルムに連続的に接合部を形成するステップである、
ことを特徴とする鮮度保持袋の製造方法が提供される。
前記フィルムが、酸素バリア層を有している。
前記フィルムは、厚さが20μm以上200μm以下である。
前記フィルムは、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、塩化ビニル、スチレンアクリロニトリル共重合体およびこれらの積層フィルムから選ばれる一種である。
また、開閉可能なファスナーを用いてトップシール部を形成することもできる。さらに、当初はトップシールを設けず、袋体100に内容物を充填した後、トップシールを形成してもよい。
通気路は、図4に示すような逆「へ」字状の通気路104、図5に示すような「W」字状の通気路105のように、複数の屈曲した直線部によって構成された通気路であってもよい。
たとえば、図12ないし図14に示されているように、非直線の通気路と直線の通気路とが組み合わされた通気路112、113、114でもよい。
通気路112、113、114に含まれる直線状の通気路は、接合領域6に対して直角方向に設けられても、傾斜して設けられてもよい。通気路112、113、114に含まれる直線状の通気路の長さLは10mm以上20mm以下、より好ましくは10mm以上15mm以下が好ましく、幅Wは0.3mm以上1.5mm以下、より好ましくは0.3mm以上1.0mm以下が好ましい。直線状の通気路の長さLと幅Wをこの範囲とすることで、袋体100の内部で発生した二酸化炭素や水蒸気の放出と、袋体100の外部からの酸素の侵入防止とを両立させることができる。
フィルムとして、縦40cm、横40cm、厚さ20μmのスチレンアクリロニトリル共重合体のフィルムを用いた。このフィルムの両面を春日電機(株)製、ファンタイプ静電気除去装置KD−410を用いて除電した。除電後のフィルムの表面電位は−1〜+1kVになるようにした。
フィルムの材料を延伸ポリプロピレン/未延伸ポリプロピレン(20μm/30μm)積層フィルムに変更し、通気路の形状を図5の「W」型とし、通気路の幅は1.2mm、通気路の幅Lを30mm、L/W25、通気路どうしの間隔は6mmとした点を除き実施例1と同条件として、実施例2とした。
フィルムとしてアルミ蒸着ポリエチレンテレフタレート/未延伸ポリプロピレン(16μm/30μm、アルミ蒸着面と未延伸ポリプロピレンが接するように積層)積層フィルムを用い、未延伸ポリプロピレン面どうしを超音波溶着した。
この袋体に市販のニラを入れ、15℃で14日間保存したところ、内容物のニラには外見上の変化は無く、可食状態であった。
通気路の幅と長さを、それぞれ1.0mmと80mm、L/Wの値は80.0とした。また、通気路間の間隔は80mmとした点を除き、実施例3と同条件で、実施例4とした。得られた鮮度保持用袋体の通気路を目視観察したところ、通気路部分には異物等はなく、通気路の幅も一定であった。また、ストライプ状の接合部にフィルムのズレもなく、外見も良好であった。この袋体に市販のニラを入れ、15℃で14日間保存したところ、内容物のニラには外見上の変化は無く、可食状態であった。
トップシール部をヒートシールで形成する代わりに、この部分にファスナーを取り付けて、開閉可能とした。それ以外は、実施例1と同条件で、実施例5とした。得られた鮮度保持用袋体の通気路を目視観察したところ、通気路部分には異物等はなく、通気路の幅も一定であった。また、ストライプ状の接合部にフィルムのズレもなく、外見も良好であった。この袋体に市販のニラを入れ、15℃で14日間保存したところ、内容物のニラには外見上の変化は無く、可食状態であった。
実施例2と同じフィルムを用い、以下の方法で袋体用筒体を製造した。
まず、縦200cm、横40cmのフィルムの両面を春日電機(株)製、ファンタイプ静電気除去装置KD−410を用いて除電した。除電後のフィルムの表面電位は−1〜+1kVになるようにした。次いで、実施例2と同様にして両端部を超音波溶着し、円筒形の袋体用筒体を得た。
フィルムとして、縦75cm、横28cm、厚さ30μmのポリプロピレンフィルムを用いた。このフィルムを縦方向に2つに折り、フィルムの端部の重なった部分を超音波溶着して長さ75cmの、本願の帯状接合部を形成した。接合部の幅は10mmで、そこに図22に示す通気路が形成されている。通気路はS字型の通気路3本と、直線状の通気路2本が1セットになっていて、これが3.3cm周期で繰り返されている。
このようにして製造した袋体の通気路を目視観察したところ、通気路部分には異物等はなく、通気路の幅も一定であった。
この袋体を15℃で14日間保存したところ、内容物の長芋には外見上の変化は無く、可食状態であった。
フィルムとして、縦75cm、横28cm、厚さ30μmのポリエチレンフィルムを用いることと、通気路の形状を以下のように変える以外は実施例8と同様にして実施例7と同様にして実施例8を実施した。
フィルムとして、縦30cm、横28cm、厚さ30μmのポリプロピレンフィルムを用いる以外は実施例7と同一条件で実施例9とした。
フィルムとして、縦60cm、横80cm、厚さ150μmの塩化ビニルフィルムを用いた。このフィルムを縦方向に2つに折り、フィルムの端部の重なった部分を超音波溶着して長さ60cm、幅15mmの帯状の接合領域を形成した。この接合領域に、図11に示す態様の通気路を形成した。通気路は稲妻型の通気路1本を1セットとして、これが5.0cm周期で繰り返されている。通気路は幅W=3mm、長さL=40mmである。

Claims (4)
- フィルムによって形成された鮮度保持用袋体であって、前記フィルムの2つの端部が重ね合わされて接合されている幅5mm以上15mm以下の帯状の接合領域を有し、
前記接合領域が、前記フィルムの2つの端部同士が接合されている複数の接合部と、隣接する前記接合部の間に配置され前記重ね合わされたフィルムの端部同士が接合されていない非接合部とを有し、前記非接合部が、前記袋体の内部空間と該袋体の外部とを連通する非直線状の通気路を構成し、該通気路は幅Wが、0.2mm≦W≦3mmであり、長さLが、10mm≦L≦50mmである鮮度保持用袋体の製造方法であって、
超音波溶着によって前記接合部を形成するステップを備え、
前記接合部を形成するステップが、外周部に前記袋体の接合部の形状に対応した複数の突起が所定間隔で連続的に形成されている円板状の超音波溶着アンビルを、前記フィルムに対して回転させながら、前記フィルムに連続的に接合部を形成するステップである、
ことを特徴とする鮮度保持袋の製造方法。 - 前記フィルムが、酸素バリア層を有している、
請求項1に記載の鮮度保持用袋体の製造方法。 - 前記フィルムは、厚さが20μm以上200μm以下である、
請求項1または2に記載の鮮度保持用袋体の製造方法。 - 前記フィルムは、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、塩化ビニル、スチレンアクリロニトリル共重合体およびこれらの積層フィルムから選ばれる一種である、
請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の鮮度保持用袋体の製造方法。
