Claims (15)
- 二次電池のパウチのシーリング部に挿入されるベンティング装置であって、
前記シーリング部の両面の間に挿入されて前記シーリング部とともにシーリングされていると共に、金属板材で製造されているハウジング、
ポリマーで製造されていると共に、前記ハウジングの内部に形成されており、且つ前記パウチの内部及び外部を連通する通路が貫通形成されているガスケット、及び
前記パウチの内部圧力によって前記通路を開閉すると共に、金属で製造されている板ばねを含み、
前記ハウジングは、
上端に形成されていると共に、前記ガスケットとともにクリンピングされているクリンピング部を含む、ベンティング装置。 - 前記ガスケットは、
前記通路が貫通形成される下部ガスケット、及び
前記下部ガスケットと外径が同一であると共に、前記下部ガスケットから上方に延長形成されており、前記下部ガスケットに比べて相対的に厚さが薄く、前記クリンピング部がクリンピングされると、前記クリンピング部とともにクリンピングされる上部ガスケットを含む、請求項1に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記板ばねは、
中心に形成された中心部、及び
前記中心部から外側方向に延長形成された周辺部を含み、
前記周辺部にはガス排気ホールが打孔されている、請求項1または2に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記クリンピング部は、
前記板ばねの前記周辺部を加圧してクリンピングされている、請求項3に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記ガスケットと前記板ばねとの間に配置され、前記通路の出口側で、前記ガスケットと接触または離隔して前記通路を開閉するボールをさらに含む、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のベンティング装置。
- 前記ガスケットは、
前記通路の出口側の面の内周角が面取りまたはフィレットされている、請求項5に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、
互いに模様または大きさが異なる上部ハウジング及び下部ハウジングを含む、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記下部ハウジングは、
幅が前記上部ハウジングの幅より小さい、請求項7に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記上部ハウジングは、

前記上部ハウジングに挿入されている、請求項9に記載のベンティング装置。 - 二次電池のパウチのシーリング部に挿入されるベンティング装置を製造する方法において、
金属板材を成形し、内部に挿入空間を含むハウジングを製造するステップ、
前記パウチの内部及び外部を連通する通路が貫通形成されたガスケットに、前記パウチの内部圧力によって前記通路を開閉する板ばねを設けるステップ、
前記板ばねが設けられた前記ガスケットを、前記ハウジングの挿入空間に挿入するステップ、及び
前記ハウジングの上端に形成されたクリンピング部をクリンピングするステップを含む、ベンティング装置の製造方法。 - 前記ハウジングを製造するステップにおいて、
前記ハウジングは、
前記金属板材をパンチで延伸する引抜工程で成形して製造する、請求項11に記載のベンティング装置の製造方法。 - 前記引抜工程は、
前記金属板材を第1パンチで延伸する第1引抜工程、及び
前記金属板材を前記第1パンチより断面の直径が小さい第2パンチで延伸する第2引抜工程を含む、請求項12に記載のベンティング装置の製造方法。 - 前記第1パンチは、
横断面が円形を有しており、
前記第2パンチは、
横断面が楕円形を有している、請求項13に記載のベンティング装置の製造方法。 - 前記板ばねを設けるステップにおいて、
前記ガスケットと前記板ばねとの間に、前記通路の出口側で前記ガスケットと接触または離隔して前記通路を開閉するボールをさらに設ける、請求項11〜14の何れか一項に記載のベンティング装置の製造方法。
