Claims (16)
- 二次電池のパウチのシール部に挿入されるベンティング装置であって、
前記シール部の両面の間に挿入されて前記シール部とともにシールされるハウジングと、
金属で製造され、前記ハウジングの内部に形成され、前記パウチの内部および外部を連通する通路が貫通するシートと、
前記通路の出口側で、前記シートと接触または離隔して前記通路を開閉するボールとを含み、
前記シートは、
前記ボールと対向するように前記通路の出口側面の内周縁が面取りまたはフィレットされ、
前記面取りまたはフィレットされた一面に形成される表面処理層と、
ポリマーで製造され、前記表面処理層に融着されるポリマー層と、
を含む、ベンティング装置。 - 前記シートは、
前記通路の出口側面の外周縁が面取りまたはフィレットされる、請求項1に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記ボールおよび前記シートを囲んで形成され、弾性力を備えることで前記パウチの内部圧力によって前記ボールとともに前記通路を開閉する板バネをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載のベンティング装置。
- 前記板バネは、
一側部が外側に突出したキャップ形状を有しており、内部にシートが挿入される挿入空間が形成される、請求項3に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記板バネの前記一側部は、
中心に形成された中心部と、前記中心部から外側方向に延びて形成された周辺部とを含み、
前記板バネは、
前記周辺部にガス排気孔が打ち抜かれている、請求項4に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記板バネは、
他側端部が前記挿入空間に挿入された前記シートに向かって折り曲げられている、請求項4または5に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記ポリマーは、
酸処理が施されたポリオレフィン系ポリマーを含む、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記金属は、
アルミニウムまたはステンレス鋼を含む、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記表面処理層は、
クロム、ジルコニウムおよびチタンのうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、
形状または大きさが互いに異なる、上部ハウジングと、下部ハウジングとを含む、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記下部ハウジングは、
幅が前記上部ハウジングの幅よりも小さい、請求項10に記載のベンティング装置。 - 前記上部ハウジングは、
円形シリンダの形状を有し、
前記下部ハウジングは、
楕円形シリンダの形状を有する、請求項10または11に記載のベンティング装置。 - 二次電池のパウチのシール部に挿入されるベンティング装置を製造する方法であって、
金属を成形して、通路が貫通し、前記通路の出口側面の内周縁が面取りまたはフィレットされたシートを製造するステップと、
前記シートの前記面取りまたはフィレットされた一面に形成される表面処理層を形成するステップと、
前記表面処理層にポリマーで製造されたフィルムを融着するステップと、
前記融着されたフィルムに、球形状を有するボールを載置するステップと、
を含む、ベンティング装置の製造方法。 - 前記表面処理層を形成するステップは、
金属板材を脱脂するステップと、
1次水洗を行うステップと、
エッチングを行うステップと、
2次水洗を行うステップと、
表面処理を行うステップと、
3次水洗を行うステップと、
乾燥を行うステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項13に記載のベンティング装置の製造方法。 - 前記表面処理を行うステップは、
クロメート処理、ジルコニア処理およびチタン処理のうち少なくともいずれか一つを行うステップである、請求項14に記載のベンティング装置の製造方法。 - 前記ボールを載置するステップの後に、
キャップ形状を有する板バネが、前記シートおよび前記ボールを囲むステップと、
前記シール部の両面の間に挿入されて前記シール部とともにシールされるハウジングの内部に、前記シートを挿入するステップとをさらに含む、請求項13~15の何れか一項に記載のベンティング装置の製造方法。
