Claims (14)
- 陽極と陰極との間に分離膜が介在されている電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を取り囲むパウチ型ケースと、
前記パウチ型ケースの縁部の所定領域に互いに向き合うように介在された一対の絶縁フィルムと、
一側は前記電極組立体の陽極集電体と電気的に連結され、他側は前記一対の絶縁フィルムの間を貫通して前記パウチ型ケースの外部に突出する陽極リードと、
一側は前記電極組立体の陰極集電体と電気的に連結され、他側は前記一対の絶縁フィルムの間を貫通して前記パウチ型ケースの外部に突出する陰極リードと、
前記一対の絶縁フィルムの間に介在され、前記パウチ型ケースの内部で発生したガスを外部に排出するためのガス排出部材を含むガス排出手段と、
を備えたパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記ガス排出部材は、
前記パウチ型ケースの内部で発生したガスを外部に排出することができるように中空のガス移動通路と、前記ガス移動通路上に位置するスプリングと、前記スプリングと接して垂直又は水平に移動して前記ガス移動通路を開閉するボールと、を備えた胴部を含む、請求項1に記載のガス排出手段を備えたパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記胴部の外表面に凹凸部をさらに備える、請求項2に記載のガス排出手段を備えたパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記凹凸部は、前記胴部の長手方向に沿って形成された1個以上の溝路を含む、請求項3に記載のガス排出手段を備えたパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記パウチ型ケースの内部で発生したガスが前記溝路に流入することができるように、前記パウチ型ケースの内側方向に位置する前記溝路の一側は前記絶縁フィルムと重畳しない、請求項4に記載のガス排出手段を備えたパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記凹凸部は、前記胴部の外表面の一部にのみ備えられる、請求項3に記載のガス排出手段を備えたパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記凹凸部は前記胴部の長手方向に沿って備えられ、前記パウチ型ケースの外側に向かう所定の位置には非凹凸部が備えられる、請求項6に記載のガス排出手段を備えたパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記パウチ型ケースの内部で発生したガスが前記溝路に流入することができるように、前記パウチ型ケースの内側方向に位置する前記溝路の一側は前記絶縁フィルムと重畳しておらず、前記非凹凸部が備えられている他側は前記絶縁フィルムと重畳する、請求項7に記載のガス排出手段を備えたパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記パウチ型ケースの内部で発生したガスが前記溝路に流入することができるように、前記パウチ型ケースの内側方向に位置する前記溝路と前記ケースの内部は連通している、請求項4に記載のガス排出手段を備えたパウチ型二次電池
- 前記パウチ型ケースの外側に向かう前記胴部の所定の位置には前記絶縁フィルムと重畳する非凹凸部が備えられる、請求項9に記載のガス排出手段を備えたパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記胴部は、円形、楕円形又は四角形の断面を有する、請求項2に記載のガス排出手段を備えたパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記ガス排出部材は、金属又はプラスチックからなる、請求項2に記載のガス排出手段を備えたパウチ型二次電池。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池を含む、電池モジュール。
- 請求項13に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
