Claims (16)
- 二次電池用電池ケースにおいて、
電極及び分離膜が積層されて形成される電極組立体を収容する収容空間が設けられたコップ部;
前記コップ部の外側方向に延長形成されるシーリング部;
前記コップ部または前記シーリング部のうち少なくとも一方に打孔されて形成されたホールの外側に付着されており、ガスが透過されるガス排出部;及び
前記ホールの内周面をコーティングすると共に、耐電解液性を有するコーティング部を含み、
前記ガス排出部は、
ガスが透過されるガス排出層;及び
前記ガス排出層の外側面に形成されると共に、疎水性を有する外部機能性層を含み、
前記外部機能性層は、
外側面に複数の微細突起が分布して形成される、二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記コーティング部は、
ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレン(PE)及びエポキシのうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記微細突起は、
直径が50nmから10μmである、請求項1に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記微細突起は、

前記ホールの内周面をコーティングすると共に、耐電解液性を有するコーティング部を含み、

前記ガス排出層の外側面に形成されると共に、疎水性を有する外部機能性層を含み、

前記コップ部または前記コップ部の外側方向に延長形成されるシーリング部のうち少なくとも一方に、ホールを打孔するステップ;
耐電解液性素材を溶融して前記ホールの内周面にコーティングするステップ;
ガスが透過されるガス排出部を前記ホールの外側に付着するステップを含み、
前記ガス排出部は、
ガスが透過されるガス排出層;及び
前記ガス排出層の外側面に形成されると共に、疎水性を有する外部機能性層を含み、
前記外部機能性層は、
外側面に複数の微細突起が分布して形成される、パウチ型二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記ホールの内周面にコーティングするステップ後に、
前記コップ部に設けられた収容空間に、電極及び分離膜が積層されて形成される電極組立体が収容されるステップ;及び
前記シーリング部に熱圧着を行うステップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記ガス排出部を付着するステップは、
前記シーリング部に熱圧着を行うステップ後に行われる、請求項12に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記ガス排出部を付着するステップは、
前記シーリング部に熱圧着を行うステップ前に行われる、請求項12に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記耐電解液性素材は、
ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレン(PE)及びエポキシのうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項11~14の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池の製造方法。 - 電極及び分離膜が積層されて形成される電極組立体;及び
前記電極組立体を内部に収容する電池ケースを含み、
前記電池ケースは、
前記電極組立体を収容する収容空間が設けられたコップ部;
前記コップ部の外側方向に延長形成されるシーリング部;
前記コップ部または前記シーリング部のうち少なくとも一方に打孔されて形成されたホールの外側に付着されており、ガスが透過されるガス排出部;及び
前記ホールの内周面をコーティングすると共に、耐電解液性を有するコーティング部を含み、
前記ガス排出部は、
ガスが透過されるガス排出層;及び
前記ガス排出層の外側面に形成されると共に、疎水性を有する外部機能性層を含み、
前記外部機能性層は、
外側面に複数の微細突起が分布して形成される、パウチ型二次電池。
