Claims (11)
- 電極およびセパレータが積層されて形成される電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を内部に収納するパウチ型電池ケースと、を含み、
前記電池ケースは、
前記電極組立体を内部に収納する収容空間が設けられたカップ部と、
前記カップ部の縁から外側に延びて形成され、上下部が互いに当接してシールされるシール部と、
前記シール部に挿入され、前記カップ部の内部のガスを外部に排出するベンティング装置と、を含み、
前記シール部は、
前記ベンティング装置が挿入されたベントシール部と、
前記ベントシール部と前記カップ部との間に位置し、周辺より相対的に弱くシールされる弱シール部と、を含む、二次電池。 - 前記弱シール部は、前記ベントシール部の幅と対応する幅を有する、請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- パウチ型二次電池のシール部をシールするシールブロックであって、
本体と、
前記本体において前記シール部と直接接触するシール面から内側に凹陥して形成されたグルーブと、を含み、
前記グルーブは、
前記二次電池のカップ部の内部のガスを外部に排出するベンティング装置が挿入され、前記ベンティング装置を前記シール部とともにシールするベントグルーブと、
前記シール面が前記シール部と接触する時に、前記ベントグルーブと前記カップ部との間に位置する弱シールグルーブと、を含む、シールブロック。 - 前記グルーブは、
前記二次電池の外部に電気を供給する電極リードが挿入され、前記電極リードを前記シール部とともにシールするリードグルーブをさらに含む、請求項3に記載のシールブロック。 - 前記弱シールグルーブは、前記リードグルーブよりも高さが低い、請求項4に記載のシールブロック。
- 前記リードグルーブは、前記シール面の長さ方向に形成された第1角から、前記シール面の幅方向に向かって形成される、請求項4または5に記載のシールブロック。
- 前記リードグルーブは、前記第1角と向かい合う第2角まで延びて形成される、請求項6に記載のシールブロック。
- 前記弱シールグルーブは、前記ベントグルーブの幅と対応する幅を有する、請求項3~7の何れか一項に記載のシールブロック。
- 前記弱シールグルーブは、前記シール面の長さ方向に形成された第1角から前記ベントグルーブまで形成される、請求項3~8の何れか一項に記載のシールブロック。
- 前記本体は、幅が前記シール部の幅と等しいかまたはより大きく、長さが前記シール部の長さと等しいかまたはより大きい、請求項3~9の何れか一項に記載のシールブロック。
- 前記本体は、
前記弱シールグルーブの上方に配置されて高さ方向に直線運動し、前記弱シールグルーブの高さを調節するシリンダをさらに含む、請求項3~10の何れか一項に記載のシールブロック。
