Claims (20)
- 二次電池に含まれる電極リードを製造する方法であって、
金属板を切断して、第1電極リード及び第2電極リードをそれぞれ製造するステップと、
前記第1電極リードの一端及び前記第2電極リードの他端のうち少なくとも一方に接着剤を塗布するステップと、
前記第1電極リードの一端と前記第2電極リードの他端を互いに接着させてリード積層体を形成するステップと、
前記リード積層体をダイに載置するステップと、
前記リード積層体において前記第1電極リード及び前記第2電極リードが互いに連結された連結部に、加圧機を用いて熱及び圧力を印加するステップと、を含む、電極リードの製造方法。 - 前記加圧機は、

エポキシ樹脂を含む、請求項12に記載の電極リードの製造方法。 - 前記接着剤は、
前記導電材を70~80wt%含み、
前記ポリマーを20~30wt%含む、請求項9~13の何れか一項に記載の電極リードの製造方法。 - 第1電極リードの一端と第2電極リードの他端を互いに接着させて形成したリード積層体を上方から加圧する上部加圧機と、
前記リード積層体を下方から加圧する下部加圧機と、を含み、
前記リード積層体において前記第1電極リード及び前記第2電極リードが互いに連結された連結部に、熱及び圧力を印加する加圧機。 - 前記上部加圧機は、
上下に移動して前記リード積層体を加圧する、請求項15に記載の加圧機。 - 前記下部加圧機は、
