Description
本発明の実施の形態に係る電池セル1は、図1に示すように電池10と、電池10を収容する外装体2と、を備える電池セル1である。また、電池の端面には電気の取り出し口である集電タブリード3が接続されており、フィルムの端部同士がこの集電タブリード3を挟持して接合されて構成される。
外装体2は、電池10を収容する外装体である。電池10を外装体2によって密閉して収容することにより、電池10への大気の侵入を防ぐことができる。
外装体2を形成するフィルムは、電池10を収容する外装体2を形成することのできるフィルムであれば特に制限はされない。外装体2を形成するフィルムは、外装体2に気密性を付与することができるようなフィルムであることが好ましい。
図2(a)は、本実施の形態に係る電池10の概要を示す断面図である。電池セル1は、電池10と、1枚のフィルムで形成されて電池10を収容する外装体2と、を備える。
液系電池セルの製造方法は、例えば、図3(a)に示すフローチャートのように、(1)端面に集電タブリード3が接続される液系電池10と、液系電池10を収容するようにフィルムを集電タブリード3と接続する端面とは異なる端面で折り返して、集電タブリード3を挟持するようにフィルムの端部同士を接合してフィルムの外装体2を形成する外装工程S11と、(2)外装工程を経た液系電池10を所定時間静置するエージング工程S12と、(3)エージング工程を経た後に外装体の孔を閉塞する孔閉塞工程S13と、を含む方法を挙げることができる。
図2(b)は、本実施の形態に係る電池60の概要を示す断面図である。本実施の形態に係る電池60は、固体電解質を用いた固体電池セルである。この、電池60は、複数の正極61と、負極62と、が交互に配置されており、それぞれの正極61と負極62との間には、固体電解質層64を備えている。そして、正極61及び負極62には集電タブリード8が接続されている。本実施の形態に係る電池60のように、各液系電池セルの間に絶縁体(絶縁層)が積層されていない構成であることで、電池のエネルギー密度を向上させることができる。
固体電池セルの製造方法は、例えば図3(b)に示すフローチャートのように、(1)少なくとも1の端面に集電タブリード8が接続される固体電池60と、固体電池60を収容するようにフィルムを集電タブリード8と接続する端面とは異なる端面で折り返して、集電タブリード8を挟持するようにフィルムの端部同士を接合してフィルムの外装体を形成する外装工程S21と、(2)外装体の孔から脱気しながら、固体電池60をプレスする一体化プレス工程S22と、(3)一体化プレス工程を経た固体電池60を所定時間静置するエージング工程S23と、(4)プレス工程を経た後に外装体の孔を閉塞する孔閉塞工程S24と、を含む。

請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電池セル。 - 少なくとも1の端面に集電タブリードが接続される液系電池と、該液系電池を収容するようにフィルムを該集電タブリードと接続する端面とは異なる端面で折り返して、該集電タブリードを挟持するように該フィルムの端部同士を接合して該フィルムの外装体を形成する外装工程と、
前記外装工程を経た前記液系電池を所定時間静置するエージング工程と、
前記エージング工程を経た後に前記外装体の孔を閉塞する孔閉塞工程と、
を含む
液系電池セルの製造方法。 - 少なくとも1の端面に集電タブリードが接続される固体電池と、該固体電池を収容するようにフィルムを該集電タブリードと接続する端面とは異なる端面で折り返して、該集電タブリードを挟持するように該フィルムの端部同士を接合して該フィルムの外装体を形成する外装工程と、
前記外装体に形成された孔から脱気しながら、前記固体電池をプレスする一体化プレス工程と、
前記一体化プレス工程を経た前記固体電池を所定時間静置するエージング工程と、
前記エージング工程を経た後に前記外装体の孔を閉塞する孔閉塞工程と、
を含む
固体電池セルの製造方法。
