Claims (14)
- 電極及び分離膜が積層された電極組立体を内部に収容するパウチ型電池ケースであって、
パウチフィルムにそれぞれ陥没形成されている第1コップ部及び第2コップ部、
前記第1コップ部及び前記第2コップ部の間の前記パウチフィルムに形成され、幅と高さが一定であるブリッジ、及び
一定の体積及び形状を有する補完部であって、前記ブリッジの長手方向の両端の外側の前記パウチフィルム上にそれぞれ配置され、上方に向かって突出して形成される補完部を含み、
前記補完部が前記パウチフィルムと別の部材である、二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記補完部は、
前記ブリッジの長手方向に形成される中心軸が貫通する、請求項1に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記補完部は、
幅が前記ブリッジの幅と同一である、請求項2に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記補完部は、
前記第1コップ部の長手方向の両端の外側に配置され、一端が前記ブリッジの長手方向に形成される中心軸と平行である、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記補完部は、
高さが前記ブリッジの幅と同一である、請求項4に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記補完部は、
前記一端が、前記ブリッジの長手方向に形成される一端と同一の直線上に位置する、請求項4に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記補完部は、
多面体の形状を有する、請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記補完部は、
六面体の形状を有する、請求項7に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記補完部は、
ポリプロピレン(PP)を含む、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記第1コップ部及び前記第2コップ部は、
互いに対称に形成される、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記第1コップ部及び前記第2コップ部は、
対称軸が前記ブリッジの中心軸と同一である、請求項10に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 電極及び分離膜を交互に積層して形成される電極組立体、
前記電極組立体を内部に収容する電池ケースを含み、
前記電池ケースは、
互いに対向すると共に前記電極組立体を内部に収容する第1コップ部及び第2コップ部、
前記第1コップ部及び前記第2コップ部を一体に連結し、前記第1コップ部及び前記第2コップ部が互いに対向するようにフォールディングされるフォールディング部、
前記第1コップ部及び前記第2コップ部の周辺に形成され、互いに当接してシーリングされるシーリング部、
一定の体積及び形状を有する補完部であって、前記第1コップ部及び前記第2コップ部の外側に、且つ前記フォールディング部に隣接して配置され、前記シーリング部とともにシーリングされる補完部を含み、
前記補完部が前記シーリング部とともにシーリングされる際に、前記フォールディング部の一部が、前記補完部の周辺を包囲する、パウチ型二次電池。 - 前記補完部は、
多面体の形状を有する、請求項12に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記補完部は、
六面体の形状を有する、請求項13に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
