Abstract
Description
しかしながら、後者の変換はあまり選択的ではないため、「SCR反応」ではなく「HC−DeNOx反応」と呼ばれる。
a)長さLの担体基材と、パラジウムと、最大チャネルが10個の四面体配位原子によって形成されるゼオライトと、を含む触媒、及び
b)SCR触媒、を含む排気ガスシステムに関する。
a)構造型FERのゼオライトに、3重量%のパラジウム(市販の硝酸パラジウム)を含浸させる(「インシピエントウェットネス(incipient wetness)」)。次いで、このようにして得られた粉末を120℃で乾燥させ、500℃で焼成する。
セラミック基材を、Pdを含有するゼオライト100g/L(結合剤を含む108g/Lに相当)でコーティングする以外は実施例1を繰り返す。これは、85g/ft3 Pdの貴金属担持量に相当する。
セラミック基材を、Pdを含有するゼオライト200g/L(結合剤を含む216g/Lに相当)でコーティングする以外は実施例1を繰り返す。これは、170g/ft3 Pdの貴金属担持量に相当する。
ゼオライトに1.5重量%のパラジウムを含浸させる以外は実施例2を繰り返す。これは、42.5g/ft3 Pdの貴金属担持量に相当する。
ゼオライトに1.5重量%のパラジウムを含浸させる以外は実施例3を繰り返す。これは、85g/ft3 Pdの貴金属担持量に相当する。
ゼオライトに0.75重量%のパラジウムを含浸させる以外は実施例3を繰り返す。これは、42.5g/ft3 Pdの貴金属担持量に相当する。
通常の方法による更なる工程では、実施例5に従って得られた触媒を、酸化アルミニウム上に担持された白金を含有するウォッシュコートで、その全長にわたってコーティングする。第2の層のウォッシュコート担持量は75g/Lであり、白金担持量は20g/ft3である。
実施例7による触媒を、第2のコーティングされたフロースルー基材と組み合わせて、排気ガスシステムを形成する。ここで、第2のフロースルー基材は、3重量%(CuOとして計算)の銅と交換された構造型チャバザイトのゼオライトと交換される。第2のフロースルー基材のウォッシュコート担持量は150g/Lである。
構造型MWWのゼオライトを使用した以外は実施例1を繰り返す。
Claims (17)
- 長さLの担体基材と、パラジウムと、最大チャネルが10個の四面体配位原子によって形成されているゼオライトと、を含む、触媒。
- 前記ゼオライトが、*MRE、AEL、AFO、AHT、BOF、BOZ、CGF、CGS、CSV、DAC、EUO、FER、HEU、IFW、IMF、ITH、ITR、JRY、JST、LAU、MEL、MFS、MTT、MVY、MWW、NES、OBW、−PAR、PCR、PON、PSI、RRO、SFF、SFG、STF、STI、STW、−SVR、SZR、TER、TON、TUN、UOS、WEI、又は−WENの構造型であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- 前記小細孔ゼオライトの構造型が、MEL、MTT、MWW、又はSZRであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の触媒。
- 前記ゼオライトが、構造型MWWであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の一項に記載の触媒。
- 前記パラジウムが、前記ゼオライト構造中に、パラジウムカチオンとして存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の一項に記載の触媒。
- 前記パラジウムが、ゼオライトとパラジウムの重量の合計に基づきパラジウム金属として計算した場合に1.5〜10重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の一項に記載の触媒。
- 前記触媒が、構造型MWWのゼオライトと、ゼオライト及びパラジウムの重量の合計に基づきパラジウム金属として計算した場合に1.5〜10重量%の量の唯一の金属としてのパラジウムと、を含み、かつ、最大チャネルが10個の四面体配位原子によって形成されていないゼオライトは含まない、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の一項に記載の触媒。
- 前記ゼオライトが、構造型MWW、MCM−22、ERB−1、ITQ−1、PSH−3、又はSSZ−25であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の触媒。
- 前記ゼオライト及び前記パラジウムが、前記担体基材上のコーティングの形態で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の一項に記載の触媒。
- 前記担体基材が、触媒酸化に関して活性であり、担体材料上に白金、パラジウム、又は白金とパラジウムを含むコーティングである更なる触媒活性コーティングを担持することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の触媒。
- 構造型FER、MEL、MTT、MWW、又はSZRであって、1.5〜2重量%のパラジウムでコーティングされたゼオライトが、担体基材の全長Lにわたって担体基材上に直接延在し、かつ、このコーティング上には、前記全長Lにわたって4:1〜14:1の質量比で白金又は白金とパラジウムを含有するコーティングが存在する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の一項に記載の触媒。
- 窒素酸化物を、第1の温度範囲で吸蔵し、第2の温度範囲で再びそれらを放出し、前記第2の温度範囲は、前記第1の温度範囲よりも高い温度である、受動的窒素酸化物吸蔵触媒としての、請求項1〜11の一項に記載の触媒の使用。
- 前記触媒が、構造型MWWのゼオライトと、ゼオライト及びパラジウムの重量の合計に基づきパラジウム金属として計算した場合に1.5〜10重量%の量の唯一の金属としてのパラジウムと、を含み、かつ、最大チャネルが10個の四面体配位原子によって形成されていないゼオライトは含まない、ことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の使用。
- a)請求項1〜11の一項に記載の触媒と、
b)SCR触媒と、
を含む排気ガスシステム。 - 前記SCR触媒が、構造型BEA、AEI、CHA、KFI、ERI、LEV、MER、又はDDRに属するゼオライトであり、コバルト、鉄、銅、又はそれらの金属の2つ若しくは3つの混合物と交換されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の排気ガスシステム。
- 還元剤のための注入デバイスが、前記SCR触媒と前記触媒との間に配置され、前記触媒は、長さLの担体基材と、パラジウムと、最大チャネルが10個の四面体配位原子によって形成されているゼオライトと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項14又は15に記載の排気ガスシステム。
- 前記排気ガスを、請求項14〜16の一項に記載の排気ガスシステムを通過させることを特徴とする、リーンバーンエンジンで運転される自動車の排気ガスを浄化するための方法。
