Abstract
Description
(a) ジカルボン酸の少なくとも50モル%は、三級炭素原子も四級炭素原子も持たない少なくとも8個の偶数のメチレン基を有する飽和脂肪族ジカルボン酸から選択され;および
(b) 少なくとも40モル%のジオールは、少なくとも1つのエーテル官能基を持つが三級炭素原子または四級炭素原子を持たない脂肪族ジオールから選択され、
溶融時に再結晶するポリエステルポリオールの半結晶性混合物を提供することにより達成される。
(a) ジカルボン酸の少なくとも50モル%は、偶数の少なくとも8個のメチレン基を有し、三級炭素原子も四級炭素原子も有さない飽和脂肪族ジカルボン酸から選択され;
(b) 少なくとも40モル%のジオールは、少なくとも1つのエーテル官能基を有するが三級または四級炭素原子は有さない脂肪族ジオールから選択され;
(c) おそらく触媒は、元素Tiのアルコキシドから選択されることが好ましく;
ここで、ジオールは、ジカルボン酸に対してモル過剰で反応混合物に含まれ、反応混合物は50〜300℃の温度範囲に維持され、反応混合物は、反応混合物の酸価が5mg KOH/g未満となるまで前記温度範囲より低い温度とはしない。
(a) ジカルボン酸の少なくとも50モル%は、三級炭素原子も四級炭素原子も持たない偶数の少なくとも8個のメチレン基を有する飽和脂肪族ジカルボン酸から選択され、
(b) 少なくとも40 モル%のジオールは、少なくとも1つのエーテル官能基を有するが、三級または四級炭素原子を持たない脂肪族ジオールから選択されるものを、
少なくとも反応混合物中の酸価が5mg KOH/g未満の値に低下するような期間、50〜300℃の範囲の温度にする。
以下では、本発明によるポリエステルポリオールの混合物の製造について説明し、それぞれの融解挙動は動的示差熱量測定(DSC)によって特徴付けられ、本発明の第一の請求項による成分a)またはb)ではないジカルボン酸およびジオールから製造されたポリエステルポリオールと比較される。
Claims (15)
(a) ジカルボン酸の少なくとも50モル%は、三級炭素原子も四級炭素原子も持たない少なくとも8個の偶数のメチレン基を有する飽和脂肪族ジカルボン酸から選択され;および
(b) 少なくとも40モル%のジオールは、少なくとも1つのエーテル官能基を持つが三級炭素原子または四級炭素原子を持たない脂肪族ジオールから選択され、
溶融時に再結晶するポリエステルポリオールの半結晶性混合物。
[式中、m、nは1〜4の正の整数、x、yは非負の整数、x+yは少なくとも1、zは正の整数、(x+y)zは少なくとも2であり、z(x(m+1)+y(n+1))は40未満であり、好ましくはmは2であり、xは1であり、yはゼロであり、zは好ましくは10未満、より好ましくは8未満、より好ましくは6未満である]
のジオールから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の混合物。
