Abstract
Description
50μmの厚さのPET(polyethylene terephthalate)上に、E−beam sputter設備を用いて、気相蒸着工程により付着増進層として16nmのITOをPET上に蒸着させた。この後、ITO層上にメッキによりCu層を形成した後、印刷工程によりエッチングレジストパターンを形成した。エッチングレジストパターンが形成された金属層を選択的にエッチングして金属パターンを形成した後、金属パターンの上部に残留するエッチングレジストを1.0wt%濃度の水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を通して除去した。この後、粘着層としてPVBを140℃で30分間真空とともにラミネーション(Lamination)して金属パターンフィルムを作製した。
付着増進層として下記表1の物質を用いたことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方法で実施例2〜4の金属パターンフィルムを作製した。
PET(polyethylene terephthalate)の代わりに、下記表1に記載のフィルム製造業者から手に入れたPETフィルムを用い、付着増進層を用いないことを除けば、実施例1と同様の方法で比較例1〜13の金属パターンフィルムを作製した。下記表1の基材は、多様なフィルム業者から手に入れたPETフィルムのgrade名称である。

Claims (14)
- 基材と、
前記基材の両面にそれぞれ備えられた第1付着増進層および第2付着増進層と、
前記第1付着増進層の前記基材に接する面の反対面に備えられた金属パターンと、
前記第1付着増進層の前記金属パターンが備えられた面上に前記金属パターンを覆うように備えられた第1粘着層と、
前記第2付着増進層の前記基材に接する面の反対面に備えられた第2粘着層とを含み、
前記第1付着増進層および第2付着増進層は、無機酸化物を含む金属パターンフィルム。 - 前記第1および第2付着増進層は、ニオブオキサイド、酸化アルミニウム、酸化ケイ素、酸化亜鉛、酸化ニオブ、酸化スズ、酸化ジルコニウム、および酸化インジウムスズからなる群より選択される1以上を含む、請求項1に記載の金属パターンフィルム。
- 前記第1および第2付着増進層のそれぞれの厚さは、0.1nm以上30nm以下である、請求項1または2に記載の金属パターンフィルム。
- 前記金属パターンは、アルミニウム、銅、ニッケル、クロム、金、銀、および白金からなる群より選択される1以上を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の金属パターンフィルム。
- 前記金属パターンの線高さは、10μm以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の金属パターンフィルム。
- 前記金属パターンの線高さの偏差は、20%以内である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の金属パターンフィルム。
- 前記第1および第2粘着層は、PVB(polyvinylbutyral)、EVA(ethylene vinyl acetate)、PU(polyurethane)、またはPO(Polyolefin)を含むものである、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の金属パターンフィルム。
- 前記第1および第2粘着層は、PVB(polyvinylbutyral)層である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の金属パターンフィルム。
- 前記第1および第2粘着層のそれぞれの厚さは、1μm以上1000μm以下である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の金属パターンフィルム。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の金属パターンフィルムを含む合わせガラス。
- 基材の両面にそれぞれ第1付着増進層および第2付着増進層を形成するステップと、
前記第1付着増進層の前記基材に接する面の反対面に金属パターンをパターニングして金属パターンを形成するステップと、
前記第1付着増進層の前記金属パターンが備えられた面上に前記金属パターンを覆うように第1粘着層を形成するステップと、
前記第2付着増進層の前記基材に接する面の反対面に第2粘着層を形成するステップとを含み、
前記第1付着増進層および第2付着増進層は、無機酸化物を含むものである、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の金属パターンフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記金属パターンを形成するステップは、
金属層を形成するステップと、
前記金属層をパターニングして金属パターンを形成するステップとを含むものである、請求項11に記載の金属パターンフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記金属層をパターニングして金属パターンを形成するステップは、前記金属層上にエッチングレジストパターンを形成した後、エッチングレジストパターンによって覆われない金属層を除去することにより行われるものである、請求項12に記載の金属パターンフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記第1粘着層を金属パターンの備えられた基材から剥離工程を行うステップをさらに含む、請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の金属パターンフィルムの製造方法。
