Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年5月12日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/505,589号に対する優先権の利益を主張するものであり、その全体が参照により本明細書に援用される。
ブロック共重合体成分を含む公知のフッ素化多孔質膜としては、フッ素含有ポリマー/共重合体のコーティングがあげられる。さらに、当該ブロック共重合体中の化学物質のいくつかは、供給ストリームの成分に対して望ましくない汚染特性(例えば、望ましくない物理的及び化学的な相互作用)を有する。

Claims (16)
- マクロ細孔、メソ細孔、又はミクロ細孔の少なくとも1つを含有し、少なくとも部分がアイソポーラスである、少なくとも2つの異なるポリマーブロックを含む、マルチブロックフッ素化ポリマー材料であって、少なくとも1つのポリマーブロックの少なくとも部分がフッ素化された、マルチブロックフッ素化ポリマー材料。
- 前記材料が、マクロ細孔、メソ細孔、又はミクロ細孔の少なくとも1つを含有し、少なくとも部分がアイソポーラスである、2つの異なるポリマーブロックを含む2ブロック共重合体を含み、少なくとも1つのポリマーブロックの少なくとも部分がフッ素化された、請求項1に記載のマルチブロックのフッ素化された材料。
- 非対称又は対称である、請求項1に記載の材料。
- 単一の一体化した、拡張可能な(scalable)構造物内に、マクロ細孔ドメイン構造物及びメソ細孔壁構造物をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の材料。
- 連続マクロ細孔ドメインをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の材料。
- 前記材料に約1〜200nmの大きさのメソ細孔を含むメソ細孔がある、請求項1に記載の材料。
- 前記材料が、二次元構造物の形態である、請求項1に記載の材料。
- 前記材料が、三次元構造物の形態である、請求項1に記載の材料。
- 前記アイソポーラス材料の少なくとも部分がフッ素化されてから、前記アイソポーラス構造物が形成される、る、請求項1に記載の材料を調製する方法。
- 前記アイソポーラス構造物が形成されてから、前記アイソポーラス材料の少なくとも部分がフッ素化される、請求項1に記載の材料の調製方法。
- フッ素化したモノマーをモノマー供給物の少なくとも部分に包含する工程、前記モノマーを重合させてマルチブロックフッ素化ポリマーを形成する工程、及び、アイソポーラス構造物を形成する工程、を含む、請求項1に記載の材料の調製方法。
- フッ素化したモノマーをモノマー供給物の少なくとも部分に包含する工程、前記モノマーを重合させてマルチブロックフッ素化共重合体を形成する工程、アイソポーラス構造物を形成する工程、及び、前記モノマーを重合して、マルチブロックフッ素化を形成し、次いで、アイソポーラス構造物を形成する工程、非フッ素化ブロックの少なくとも部分を官能化後反応でフッ素化する工程、を含む、請求項1に記載の材料の調製方法。
- マルチブロック共重合体からアイソポーラス構造物を形成する工程、及び、少なくとも1つの非フッ素化ブロックの少なくとも部分を官能化後反応でフッ素化する工程、を含む、請求項1に記載の材料の調製方法。
- ブロック共重合体の少なくとも1つの非フッ素化ブロックの少なくとも部分をフッ素化する工程、及び、アイソポーラス構造物を形成する工程、を含む、請求項1に記載の材料の調製方法。
- 前記アイソポーラス材料が以下の工程
a) ポリマーを少なくとも1つの化学溶媒に溶解する工程、
b) ポリマー溶液を基板若しくは金型に、又はダイを介して分配する工程、
c) 前記ポリマーの少なくとも部分の自己組織化において、化学溶媒の少なくとも一部を除去する工程、
d) 前記ポリマーを非溶媒に暴露して、前記ポリマーの少なくとも部分を沈殿する工程、及び
e) 場合によっては、洗浄工程、
で形成される、請求項1に記載の材料を形成する方法。 - 対象分析物を含む媒体を、請求項1に記載の材料に接触させることにより、前記対象分析物を単離又は検出する方法。
