Abstract
Description
単層フィルム
トリブロック共重合体を含む4つの異なるサンプルの単層フィルムを調製し、これらをそれぞれ約4ミルの厚さを有するものとした。吸音能力に相関する各フィルムのtanδ値を測定し、対照のフィルムと比較した。対照のフィルムは、約2.24ミル(57μm)の厚さを有するとともに、シール層/結合層/バリア層/結合層/内側層/スキン層の構成を含む6層のフィルムとした。シール層は、約22.5μmの厚さを有し、97.5質量%のEVA共重合体(エクソンモービル社から入手可能なEscorene(登録商標)FL00218)と、2.5質量%の耐ブロッキング/スリップ添加剤(シュルマン社から入手可能なPolybatch(登録商標)SAB1982VA)との混合物を含む。結合層のそれぞれは、約4μmの厚さを有し、80質量%のEMA(Lotryl(登録商標)18MA02)と、20質量%のMAHグラフト化LLDPE(Bynel(登録商標)CXA41E710)との混合物を含む。バリア層は、約4μmの厚さを有し、85質量%の非晶質ポリアミド(シーラー(登録商標)PA3426R)と、15質量%の官能化ゴム混合物(Lotader(登録商標)4720)との混合物を含む。内側層は、約18μmの厚さを有し、87質量%〜89.5質量%のEVA共重合体(Escorene(登録商標)FL00218)と、10.5質量%〜13質量%のSchulman(登録商標)T92030Beigeとの混合物を含む。
5つの異なる不織布サンプルを調製し、防音特性に関して試験した。不織布サンプル♯1は、約100%のSepton(登録商標)SEPSブロック共重合体から形成される約20gsmの坪量の繊維を有する不織布の層と、PPコア及び高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)シースを含む約20gsmの坪量の2成分繊維を有する不織布の層とを含むものとした。不織布サンプル♯1は、予め形成したPP/HDPE2成分繊維不織布を用いるとともに、PP/HDPE不織布層上にSepton(登録商標)SEPSブロック共重合体繊維を積層し、約20gsmの坪量を有するSepton(登録商標)SEPSブロック共重合体繊維不織布層を形成することによって調製した。
実施形態1では、図1のオストミーパウチを、Hybrar(登録商標)5125又はHybrar(登録商標)5127のような水素化されていないビニル結合リッチなトリブロック共重合体を含む少なくとも1つの層と、水素化されていないビニル結合リッチなトリブロック共重合体を含む繊維から形成される不織布材料とを含む多層フィルムを用いて作った。パウチ12の第1の壁16及び第2の壁18のそれぞれは、図2に示されている構成を有する7層のフィルムから形成する。この実施形態では、7層のフィルムは、約4ミルの厚さを有し、約4μmの厚さを有する臭気バリア層30と、それぞれが約3μmの厚さを有する2つの結合層32,34と、それぞれが約10μmの厚さを有する2つの内側層36,38と、それぞれが約40μmの厚さを有する2つのスキン層とを含んでいる。
