Description
Claims (20)
- 共通の回転軸(14a−e)の周りを回転可能な少なくとも1つの内側攪拌ブレード(10a−e)と少なくとも1つの外側攪拌ブレード(12a−e)とを有する、特に幅広い粘度範囲を有する媒体を混合するための、特に重縮合反応器用の攪拌要素装置であって、少なくとも1つの内側攪拌ブレード(10a−e)が回転軸(14a−e)に対して少なくとも部分的に傾斜を付けられる、攪拌要素装置において、
前記少なくとも1つの内側攪拌ブレード(10a−e)が、ベース領域として360°未満の円形セクタを有する円筒セクタ(18a−e)に等しい、回転軸(14a−e)の周りの部分領域(16a−e)内に全体的に配置されることを特徴とする、攪拌要素装置。 - ベース領域として円形セクタを有する対応する円筒セクタ(26a−e)に等しい、前記回転軸(14a−e)の周りの、前記部分領域(16a−e)と重ならない対応する部分領域(24a−e)内に全体的に配置された少なくとも1つの対応する内側攪拌ブレード(22a−e)を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 前記回転軸(14a−e)を中心に配置された回転シャフト(20a−e)であって、回転シャフト(20a−e)の長手方向に沿って前記内側攪拌ブレード(10a−e)と少なくとも部分的に接触する回転シャフト(20a−e)を特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 前記外側攪拌ブレード(12a−e)が、ベース領域として360°未満の円形セクタを有するさらなる円筒セクタ(32a−e)に等しい、前記回転軸(14a−e)の周りのさらなる部分領域(30a−e)内に全体的に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 前記内側攪拌ブレード(10a−e)及び前記外側攪拌ブレード(12a−e)が少なくとも1つの回転動作モードにおいて同一の角速度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 前記内側攪拌ブレード(10b;10c;10d;10e)及び前記外側攪拌ブレード(12b;12c;12d;12e)が異なる湾曲を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 前記内側攪拌ブレード(10a−e)が、前記回転軸(14a−e)を中心に配置されたスクリュー(34a−e)として少なくとも部分的に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 前記内側攪拌ブレード(10a−e)が、前記回転軸(14a−e)に平行な前記内側攪拌ブレード(10a−e)の総延長(36a−e)の少なくとも3倍になるねじ山ピッチを有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 少なくとも1つの動作状態において、少なくとも部分的に前記外側攪拌ブレード(12a−e)より上に配置された少なくとも1つの表面攪拌ブレード(38a−e)を特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 少なくとも1つの対応する外側攪拌ブレード(40a−e)と、前記少なくとも1つの外側攪拌ブレード(12a−e)を前記対応する外側攪拌ブレード(40a−e)に接続する少なくとも1つのアンカー要素(42a−e)とであって、少なくとも1つのアンカー要素(42a−e)が、前記回転軸(14a−e)に対して方向付けられたアンカー攪拌面(44a−e)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 前記回転シャフト(20a−e)が前記アンカー要素(42a−e)と接触し、前記アンカー要素(42a−e)に固定式に接続されることを特徴とする、少なくとも請求項3及び10に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 半径方向(48a−e)において、前記外側攪拌ブレード(12a−e)よりも長い前記回転軸(14a−e)までの間隔を有する少なくとも1つのさらなる外側攪拌ブレード(46a−e)を特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 前記回転軸(14a;14c;14e)に沿って見た場合、前記外側攪拌ブレード(12a;12c;12e)が前記さらなる外側攪拌ブレード(46a;46c;46e)の湾曲方向と反対の湾曲方向を有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 回転動作モードにおいて前記外側攪拌ブレード(12a−e)が移動する領域と、回転動作モードにおいて前記さらなる外側攪拌ブレード(46a−e)が移動するさらなる領域とが、半径方向に互いに離間され、加熱及び/又は冷却レジスタ(52a−e)を受け入れるように構成された中間空間(50a−e)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 前記さらなる外側攪拌ブレード(46a−e)が、先端に向かって先細になる自由端部(54a−e)を有することを特徴とする、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 前記内側攪拌ブレード(10d)が少なくとも1つの凹部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 前記アンカー要素(42d)がその主延在方向に沿って湾曲することを特徴とする、少なくとも請求項10に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 前記アンカー要素(42e)又は前記外側攪拌ブレード(12e)或いはその両方に配置された少なくとも1つの羽根要素(120e)を特徴とする、少なくとも請求項10に記載の攪拌要素装置。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の攪拌要素装置を有するとともに、前記攪拌要素装置の周囲で少なくとも部分的に係合する容器(56a)を有するシステム(104a)、特に攪拌及び/又は反応器システム。
- 少なくとも請求項14に記載の攪拌要素装置を有するとともに、前記攪拌要素装置の周囲で少なくとも部分的に係合する容器(56a)を有するシステム(104a)、特に攪拌及び/又は反応器システムにおいて、加熱及び/又は冷却レジスタ(52a)であって、前記少なくとも1つの外側攪拌ブレード(12a)及び前記少なくとも1つのさらなる外側攪拌ブレード(46a)が、少なくとも1つの動作状態において少なくとも2つの相互に異なる側で加熱及び/又は冷却レジスタ(52a)の周囲を循環する加熱及び/又は冷却レジスタ(52a)を特徴とする、システム(104a)。
