Claims (14)
- 炭素源を部分酸化させることにより一酸化炭素を含む合成ガスを生成させる合成ガス生成炉と、
前記合成ガスから有機物質を生成させる有機物質合成部と、
前記合成ガス生成炉と前記有機物質合成部との間に配されており、前記合成ガスの含水率を上昇させる含水率上昇部と、
前記含水率上昇部と前記有機物質合成部との間に配されており、前記合成ガスの含水率を低下させる含水率低下部と、
を備える、有機物質の製造装置。 - 前記含水率上昇部は、前記合成ガスに水中を通過させる、請求項1に記載の有機物質の製造装置。
- 前記含水率上昇部は、前記合成ガスの含水量が飽和水蒸気量に達するまで、前記合成ガスの含水率を上昇させる、請求項1又は2に記載の有機物質の製造装置。
- 前記合成ガス生成炉は、炭素源を含む廃棄物を部分酸化させることにより一酸化炭素を含む合成ガスを生成させる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の有機物質の製造装置。
- 前記含水率低下部と前記有機物質合成部との間に配されており、合成ガス中の固形分を除去するフィルターをさらに備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の有機物質の製造装置。
- 前記含水率低下部は、冷媒を用いて前記合成ガスを冷却すること、または膜式脱水により前記合成ガスの含水率を低下させる、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の有機物質の製造装置。
- 前記有機物質合成部は、発酵することにより合成ガスから有機物質を生成させる微生物を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の有機物質の製造装置。
- 前記合成ガス生成炉と前記有機物質合成部とを接続している配管をさらに備え、
前記含水率低下部は、前記配管のうち、最も温度が低くなる部分よりも上流側に配されており、前記合成ガスの含水量が前記配管の最も温度が低くなる部分の最低温度における飽和水蒸気量よりも低くなるように前記合成ガス中の水分を除去する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の有機物質の製造装置。 - 前記含水率低下部は、前記配管の最低温度よりも低い温度まで前記合成ガスを冷却する、請求項8に記載の有機物質の製造装置。
- 炭素源を部分酸化させることにより、一酸化炭素を含む合成ガスを生成させる合成ガス生成工程と、
前記合成ガスの含水率を上昇させる含水率上昇工程と、
前記含水率が上昇した合成ガスの含水率を低下させる工程と、
前記含水率が低下した合成ガスから有機物質を生成させる工程と、
を備える、有機物質の製造方法。 - 前記含水率上昇工程において、前記合成ガスに水中を通過させる、請求項10に記載の有機物質の製造方法。
- 前記含水率上昇工程において、前記合成ガスの含水量を飽和水蒸気量とする、請求項10又は11に記載の有機物質の製造方法。
- 前記合成ガス生成炉と前記有機物質合成部とを接続している配管のうち、最も温度が低くなる部分よりも上流側において、前記合成ガスの含水量が前記配管の最も温度が低くなる部分の最低温度における飽和水蒸気量よりも低くなるように前記合成ガス中の水分を除去する含水率低下工程をさらに備える、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の有機物質の製造装置。
- 前記含水率低下工程において、前記配管の最低温度よりも低い温度まで前記合成ガスを冷却する、請求項13に記載の有機物質の製造方法。
