Claims (31)
- 弾性不織布を製造するための装置であって、
第1接着モジュールと、
前記第1接着モジュールに近接して配置可能な第2接着モジュールとを含み、
前記第1接着モジュール及び前記第2接着モジュールの1つは、幅寸法と円周中心軸とを含むフェイスを有し、前記フェイスは、前記フェイスから盛り上がった複数のリッジを有し、前記複数のリッジの各々は、盛り上がった表面と、前記盛り上がった表面に形成された複数の互いに離間したランド及びノッチとを有し、
前記ノッチは、前記円周中心軸に平行な方向を向いて延びていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記リッジは、前記円周中心軸を斜めに横切って延在することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記リッジは、前記フェイスの前記幅寸法の、全体を横切って延在することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記フェイス上で隣接する全てのリッジの対が、前記円周中心軸に沿って相互に、等間隔で離間されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記円周中心軸に沿って2.54mm〜25.40mmで測定される間隔を、1対の隣接するリッジが有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項5に記載の装置であって、
前記間隔は、5.08mm〜12.70mmであることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記フェイス上のすべてのノッチは、同じサイズであることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記ノッチの1つが、一対の隣接する前記ランドの横側に位置し、前記隣接するランドのそれぞれがピークを有することにより、前記ノッチの1つが前記隣接するランドの前記ピークにおいて0.15mm〜0.41mmで測定される幅を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置であって、
前記幅は、0.20mm〜0.30mmであることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記ノッチの1つが、一対の隣接する前記ランドの横側に位置し、前記隣接するランドのそれぞれがピークを有することにより、前記ノッチの1つが前記隣接するランドの前記ピークにおいて0.13mm〜0.51mmで測定される深さを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項10に記載の装置であって、
前記深さは、0.18mm〜0.25mmであることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記ノッチの1つが、一対の隣接する前記ランドの横側に位置し、前記隣接するランドのそれぞれがピークを有することにより、前記ノッチの1つが前記隣接するランドの前記ピークにおいて0.25mm〜6.35mmで測定される幅を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項12に記載の装置であって、
前記幅は、0.76mm〜1.52mmであることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項13に記載の装置であって、
前記幅は、0.89mmであることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記ランドはそれぞれピークを有し、前記ランドの1つは、0.25mm〜6.35mmのピークで測定される長さを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項15に記載の装置であって、
前記長さは、0.76mm〜1.52mmであることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記ランドはそれぞれピークを有し、前記ランドの1つは、0.20mm〜1.27mmのピークで測定される幅を有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項17に記載の装置であって、
前記幅は、0.76mm〜1.52mmであることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記第1接着モジュール及び前記第2接着モジュールの他方は、連続した輪郭を有するフェイスを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記フェイスは、第1サイズのノッチを画定するリッジを含む第1周方向領域と、前記第1サイズと異なる第2サイズのノッチを画定するリッジを含む第2周方向領域とを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項20に記載の装置であって、
前記フェイスは、互いに離間した一対の前記第1周方向領域と、互いに離間した一対の前記第2周方向領域とを画定することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記フェイスは、前記リッジが第1サイズのノッチを画定する第1幅方向セグメントと、前記リッジが前記第1サイズと異なる第2サイズのノッチを画定する第2幅方向セグメントとを有することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記リッジは、前記円周中心軸を横切って直線的に延在することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記リッジは、前記円周中心軸を横切って非直線的に延在することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項24に記載の装置であって、
前記リッジは、前記円周中心軸を横切って弓状に延在することを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記第1接着モジュールと前記第2接着モジュールとを変位可能に接続することにより、前記装置の接着作業中に前記第1接着モジュール及び前記第2接着モジュールの少なくとも1つを、他方に対して循環的に変位させるカムデバイスを更に含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記第1接着モジュールは、第1接着モジュールフレームに取り付けられ、
前記第2接着モジュールは、第2接着モジュールフレームに取り付けられ、かつ前記第1接着モジュールに近接して配置可能であり、
前記装置は、
前記第2接着モジュールに浮動的に接触すべく、前記第1接着モジュールフレーム及び前記第2接着モジュールフレームの1つに取り付けられるピンチデバイスを更に含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、
前記第1接着モジュールは、回転式の超音波ホーンを含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項28に記載の装置であって、
前記第2接着モジュールは、回転式のアンビルを含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 供給ステーションと、処理ステーションとを有する弾性不織布を製造するためのシステムであって、
前記供給ステーションは、
第1不織布を供給するように構成された第1供給ロールと、
第2不織布を供給するように構成された第2供給ロールと、
弾性ストランドを供給するように構成された、少なくとも1つの供給スプールとを含み、
前記処理ステーションは、
第1接着モジュールと、
前記第1接着モジュールと協働して、前記第1不織布と前記第2不織布との間に前記弾性ストランドを接着する接着操作を行うべく構成され、前記第1接着モジュールに近接して配置可能な第2接着モジュールとを含み、
前記第1接着モジュール及び前記第2接着モジュールの1つは、幅寸法と円周中心軸とを含むフェイスを有し、前記フェイスは、前記フェイスから盛り上がった複数のリッジを有し、前記複数のリッジの各々は、盛り上がった表面と、前記盛り上がった表面に形成された複数の互いに離間したランド及びノッチとを有し、
前記ノッチは、前記円周中心軸に平行な方向を向いて延びていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 処理ステーションと、収集ステーションとを有する弾性不織布を製造するためのシステムであって、
前記処理ステーションは、
第1接着モジュールと、
前記第1接着モジュールと協働して、第1不織布と第2不織布との間に弾性ストランドを接着する接着操作を行うべく構成され、前記第1接着モジュールに近接して配置可能な第2接着モジュールとを含み、
前記第1接着モジュール及び前記第2接着モジュールの1つは、幅寸法と円周中心軸とを含むフェイスを有し、前記フェイスは、前記フェイスから盛り上がった複数のリッジを有し、前記複数のリッジの各々は、盛り上がった表面と、前記盛り上がった表面に形成された複数の互いに離間したランド及びノッチとを有し、
前記ノッチは、前記円周中心軸に平行な方向を向いて延びており、
前記収集ステーションは、
前記弾性不織布を収集するべく構成されたプラーロールを含むことを特徴とするシステム。
