技术领域
本发明一般涉及弹性材料,并且更具体地,涉及用于制造弹性的非纺织材料的设备。
背景技术
弹性的非纺织材料用于各种物品,包含个人护理用品(例如,成人内裤、婴儿尿布、儿童/成人外裤、适合外形卫生用品等等。)和医疗服装(例如面罩、帽子、长袍、鞋类等等。)。
至少一些用于制造弹性的非纺织材料的常规方法包含当弹性线股在拉伸时,在非纺织织物层之间通过粘结剂粘结弹性线股。一旦允许弹性线股收缩,弹性线股聚集非纺织织物的区域,使非纺织织物具有弹性特性的作用。然而,由这些传统方法制造的弹性的非纺织材料的耐久性是不理想的,因为粘结剂容易发生蠕变,导致随着时间的推移失去弹性。此外,使用这些传统方法制造弹性的非纺织材料过于昂贵。因此,提供以更具成本效益的方式制造更耐用的弹性的非纺织材料的系统是有用的。
发明内容
在一个实施例中,用于制造弹性的非纺织材料的设备一般包括旋转超声波变幅杆和可定位为接近超声变幅杆的旋转砧。砧包括具有宽度和圆周轴线的面。该面具有许多脊,每个脊定义多个间隔的凸面和缺口。
在另一个实施例中,用于制造弹性的非纺织材料的设备一般包含变幅杆模块和砧模块,变幅杆模块包含安装在架上的旋转超声波变幅杆,砧模块包含安装在架上并可定位为接近超声波变幅杆的旋转砧。设备也包含凸轮装置,其可移位地连接变幅杆模块和砧模块以在设备的粘结操作期间周期性地相对于砧模块移位变幅杆模块。
在又一个实施例中,用于制造弹性的非纺织材料的设备一般包括变幅杆模块,其包含安装在架上的旋转超声变幅杆;和砧模块,其包含安装在架上并且可定位为接近超声波变幅杆的旋转砧。该设备也包含夹紧装置,其安装至变幅杆模块的架和砧模块的架的之一,使得夹紧装置可定位为浮动接触砧。

参考附图,尤其是图1,用于制造弹性的非纺织材料的系统通常用100表示。所示的系统100包含通常由102表示的供给台,通常由104表示的处理台,以及通常由106表示的收集台。在不偏离本发明的范围的情况下,也考虑的其他台。

在图示的实施例中,变幅杆模块204包含架206,在其上安装了圆盘状的旋转变幅杆208,用于通过合适的传动系212驱动变幅杆208旋转的电动机210,以及壳体214,其容纳使变幅杆208振动控制单元(未图示)的至少一部分。变幅杆208具有带有大体上连续的轮廓的面216(即,变幅杆面216具有轮廓,其在其整个表面面积上大体上是光滑的(或连续)。在其他实施例中,变幅杆面216能够具有任何合适的轮廓,其有助于使变幅杆208起到如文中描述的功能。

尤其参考图2的实施例,设备200能够构成为连续压夹设备,在其中,变幅杆204:㈧当系统100在线且变幅杆208运行时相对于砧模块202固定;并且⑶当系统100离线并且变幅杆208静止时,可相对于砧模块202移位。这样的移位通过将架206、218互相连接的可选择地致动的气缸228(或其他合适的线性致动器)促进。以这种方式,变幅杆面216与砧面226之间的间隔可调节,主要用于当系统100离线时维修设备200。
现在参考图3和图4的实施例,设备200也能够构成为间歇性压夹设备,在其中,当系统100在线并且变幅杆208运行时,变幅杆模块204可通过旋转凸轮装置230相对于砧模块202移位。旋转凸轮装置230具有安装至变幅杆模块架206的随动件232,和安装至砧模块架218的可通过伺服电机236旋转的凸轮齿轮234。凸轮齿轮234具有不规则凸轮表面238,使得当凸轮齿轮234通过伺服电机236旋转时,随动件232沿不规则凸轮表面238运动以将变幅杆模块架206以预先确定的频率相对于砧模块架218周期性地移位。以这种方式,变幅杆面216与砧面226之间的间隔,和/或变幅杆面216接触砧面226的频率选择性地可调。在不偏离本发明范围的情况下也考虑了变幅杆204和砧模块202的其他可移位配置。
如图5和图6的实施例中所述,设备200也能够包含夹持装置260。在图示的实施例中,夹持装置260包含基底262和通过至少一个偏置构件266浮动安装至基底262的辊264。夹持装置260也包含支架总成265,基底262和辊264通过支架总成265被安装至架206和架218中的至少一个,使得基底262和辊264关于砧220在至少两个自由度上可调(如下文更详细地描述),以便有助于夹持装置260与不同尺寸的砧结合使用。
图示的支架总成265包含第一支架267和第二支架268。第一支架267具有至少一个供螺栓271(其固定在变幅杆204的架206或砧模块202的架218)延伸穿过的直线槽269,并且螺栓271可沿其滑动,从而使第一支架267相对于架206和/或架218可平移。第二支架268具有至少一个供螺栓270(固定于第一支架267)延伸穿过的大体上的弧形槽272,并且螺栓270可沿其滑动,从而使第二支架268相对于第一支架267可旋转。基底262安装至第二支架268,使得基底262(和,以及,辊264通过第二支架268的旋转在第一自由度上可旋转调节,并且通过第一支架267的平移在第二自由度上可平移调节。
凭借螺栓270和螺栓271,基底262,并且因此辊264的位置是灵活的,以实现所期望的辊264与砧面226之间的夹持接触。例如,在图示的实施例中,基底262和辊264被定向,使得偏置构件266施加方向大体上垂直于砧220的旋转轴线的偏置力(当在图6中看时)。在其他实施例中,夹持装置260可以具有任何合适的组件,其以任何合适的方式布置并且可以以任何合适的方式移动(例如,可平移和/或可旋转),合适的布置和移动方式有助于使夹持装置260执行在此描述的夹持动作(例如,布置在任何合适的支架总成上,其有利于使基底262和辊264能够在至少两个自由度上调节,例如,两个平移自由度,或一个平移自由度和一个旋转自由度)。
以这种方式,夹持装置260限制在粘结操作过程中变幅杆208与砧220之间的弹性线股120、124、128、132断开而产生的快速返回(snap-back)的可能性。更具体地,夹持装置260有效地捕捉辊264与砧220之间的断裂的弹性线股120、124、128、132以防止断裂的弹性线股120、124、128、132快速返回到它们各自的供给线轴118、122、126、130。此外,由于辊264凭借与砧220接触而旋转,所以任何断裂的弹性线股120、124、128、132在辊264和砧220的分界面被捕捉并且自动馈送回到变幅杆208与砧220之间的分界面。像这样,夹持装置260作为用于断裂的弹性线股120、124、128、132的自动穿线装置。
尤其是,设备200可能具有任何合适数量的相互配合的砧模块202和/或变幅杆模块204,以有助于使设备200如在此描述那样发挥作用。例如,如在图7的实施例中说明那样,设备200能够构成为具有砧滚筒274,其中一对砧220被定位为使滚筒274具有一对彼此分开的预定的环形面226。以这种方式,单独的变幅杆模块204的变幅杆208用于每个这样的砧面226,从而有助于在其上只需要部分弹性的更大的非纺织织物的的有限区域上的粘结操作(例如,这些更大的非纺织织物的不期望其上有弹性的片段能够沿滚筒274的非接触区域277移动以避免与相关联的变幅杆208相互作用)。
为了有助于减少在粘结操作期间,弹性线股120、124、128、132在变幅杆208与砧220之间发生切断,期望的是当非纺织织物112、116在变幅杆208与砧220之间彼此粘结时有效地使弹性线股120、124、128、132在砧面226的缺口中保持就位。至少以下操作参数有助于最大限度地减少弹性线股120、124、128、132在粘结操作期间发生切断:A特定能源(例如,当接触砧220时变幅杆208的振动幅度和其压力);(B)能量指示(例如,砧面226的几何形状);以及(C)材料系统(例如,弹性线股120、124、128、132的分特和张力,和非纺织织物112、116的基本重量)。
关于一个这样的参数(即,砧面226的几何形状),图8是设备200的砧面226的实施例的平放图示。在图示的实施例中,砧面226具有圆周中心轴线276和垂直于轴线276定向的宽度尺寸278。砧面226的轮廓沿轴线276不规则(即,不连续),砧面226定义多个圆周间隔脊280。例如,在一些实施例中,每对相邻的脊280可以具有沿轴线276测量在约0.10英寸和约1.00英寸之间(例如,在约0.20英寸和约0.50英寸之间)的间隔(或间距)。虽然所有在砧面226上的相邻的一对脊280在图示的实施例中大体上彼此相等地间隔开,但可以预见的是,在其他实施例中,相邻的一对脊280之间的间隔能够沿轴线276变化。
在图示的实施例中,每个脊280沿圆周轴线276大体上呈直线延伸以大体上跨越砧面226的整个宽度278。每个脊280具有倾斜于圆周轴线276的延伸轴线282。如图9所示,每个脊280包含多个沿其延伸轴线282间隔的凸面284,使得每对相邻的凸面284通过缺口286隔开(或位于侧面)。虽然凸面284和缺口286仅在图8中的精选的少数脊280上示出,但是应当清楚的是,砧面226的所有脊280同样具有沿各自的延伸轴线282的一组凸面284和缺口286。尤其是,每个脊280的相邻的凸面284成形为使相应的缺口286在其中限定为方向大体上平行于圆周轴线276(即,脊284和缺口286每个具有在图示的实施例中方向大体上平行于圆周轴线276的纵向尺寸298)。
在一些实施例中,砧面226能够构成为用于连续包埋(entrapment)粘结操作。更具体地,在这样的实施例中,每个脊280具有至少一个缺口286,其在宽度尺寸278上与每个其它脊280的相应的缺口286对齐,以及位于每个对齐的缺口286的侧面的凸面284被间隔开以制造在非纺织织物112、116中的横向相邻粘结处,横向相邻粘结处在宽度尺寸278上靠得足够近以永久地保持相关弹性线股120、124、128、132在其间张紧。作为结果,在粘结操作完成并且非纺织织物112、116从系统100移除,弹性线股120、124、128、132的至少之一随后被允许在弹性线股120、124、128、132延伸通过的粘结处的圆周相邻行之间收缩,而不是而在横向相邻粘结处之间收缩。包埋粘结操作因此在某种意义来说是连续的,因为弹性线股120、124、128、132的至少一个形成为在其延伸通过的横向相邻的每对粘结处之间永久地保持张紧。
在砧面226的连续包埋构造的一个实施例中,每个脊280的凸面284和缺口286相对于彼此具有与在砧面226上的所有其他脊280大体上相同的尺寸(并且因此间隔)。缺口286通常是口形或通常是乂形,使得位于每个缺口286侧面的凸面284的侧壁当如图9中所示从缺口286的横截面轮廓看时,能够形成约0。(即,侧壁能够约平行于彼此)与约140。(例如,约60。与约100。之间)之间的楔角。也考虑了其他形状的缺口286。

通过提供具有上述示例的尺寸的凸面284和缺口286,砧面226有助于改善弹性线股120、124、128、132在缺口286中的夹紧情况并且,因此,有助于防止弹性线股120、124、128、132从缺口286收回以减少弹性线股120、124、128、132发生断裂。在不偏离本发明范围的情况下也设想了凸面284和缺口286的其他合适的尺寸。
在其他实施例中,砧面226能够构成为用于间歇性包埋粘结操作,使得位于在至少一个缺口286侧面的凸面284被间隔开以在非纺织织物112、116中制造横向相邻粘结处,横向相邻粘结处在宽度尺寸278上不足够近而不能永久地保持相关的弹性线股120、124、128、132在其间张紧。作为结果,在粘结操作完成后并且非纺织织物112、116从系统移除,相应的弹性线股120、124、128、132随后允许在其延伸通过的宽度相邻粘结处之间收缩,使得其在这些宽度相邻粘结处之间的张紧大体上被解除。包埋粘结操作因此在某种意义上是间歇性的,因为弹性线股120、124、128、132的至少一个不在其延伸通过的宽度相邻粘结处的所有对之间保持永久张紧。

利用在此描述的旋转超声波粘结系统和方法来直接将张紧的弹性物包埋在非纺织织物中而不使用粘结剂,从而提供各种功能和商业优势。系统和方法消除与粘结剂粘结处理相关联的复杂的粘结剂输送系统和昂贵的粘结剂材料,并且系统和方法提供简单、干净和安全的(例如,温度更低)生产环境,具有低功耗和低材料成本。另外,粘结材料的各种功能的不足被消除,包含粘结剂渗透、硬化和蠕变,常见于传统的粘结材料。因此,可以使用低成本无纺/膜基体和弹性材料。
此外,在此描述的系统和方法有助于更连续的生产顺序(即,增加的处理的正常运行时间),这是由于(至少在某种程度上)缺乏:与粘结剂有关的清洁操作;粘结剂系统输送义可靠性问题;加热设备在维护前的冷却时间段;冷启动时间段;和重新加热或净化-校准事件。此外,更加连续的生产顺序还通过断开的弹性线股在系统在线时的自动穿线(或自穿线),以及连续运行的、从不停止的(over-the-end)的弹性线轴的使用进一步促进。
此外,在此描述的系统和方法能够用于附着(例如,包埋)弹性线股,同时也实现其他弹性物处理步骤例如切割丨切处理、缝合处理、切边处理等等。系统和方法还可适应现有的资本资产基础以提供改造能力(如果需要可以定制配置),以及通过软件界面随着附着物区域长度改变而快速改变等级的能力。
系统和方法也有助于最大化弹性性能。例如,与其他附着方法相比较,本系统和方法有助于降低拉伸张力(例如,系统和方法可以提供当利用至少一些基体时对应力与应变的几乎纯弹性响应)。系统和方法也有助于最小化蠕变(或性能的丧失)(例如,系统和方法制造弹性材料,其在温度、时间和终端用户溶剂(例如,润肤剂)的方面更稳健,这是由于(至少在某种程度上)以下事实:弹性线股可以包埋在热塑性基体中,而不是附着于具有敏感的中间粘结材料的基体。
系统和方法还有助于定制的美学和功能性利益。例如,收集是通过粘结方式和/或线股进给定位产生的,使得尺寸、形状和频率可选择。同样,可以实现分区张力,因为张力可以通过取决于所需的织物配置的弹性段控制(例如,取决于所需的在织物(在道(lane)之间)的横向定位和/或在在织物(在道之中)中的纵向定位)。如果需要,弧形附着也是有帮助的。此外,用于可调配合的控制的滑动/蠕动是有帮助的,弹性物至基体的间歇或连续的附着是可选的以使可用弹性和非弹性片段的配置/分区变得可能。
除了上述系统和方法的实施例,也考虑其他实施例。例如,考虑非旋转附着系统(例如,固定(或叶片)超声变幅杆、热、压等等同样,结合上述旋转实施例,粘结剂系统能够用于替代的实施例中。此外,潜伏的弹性物在一些实施例中可以替代张紧的弹性物使用。继而,系统和方法有助于以破损少的方式弯曲(或转移)弹性线股,并且系统和方法还有助于产生张力矩阵(例如,棋盘效应)、差别的皱褶(ruffling)、死区,和/或同时掺入不同分特的弹性线股。
尤其是,在此描述的系统和方法有助于制造各种可用于各种物品,如个人护理用品(例如,成人内裤、婴儿尿布、儿童/成人外裤、适合外形卫生用品,等等)或医疗服装(例如,面罩、帽子、长袍、鞋类,等等)的弹性的非纺织材料。此外,物品的单个组件(例如,布/网、尿布侧面、分立面板(discreet panels))等等)可以使用通过上述的系统和方法制造的弹性的非纺织材料制造。在其中可以利用非纺织材料的其他考虑的产品,包含绝热材料或过滤器(例如,相关的皱褶或女衬衫),以及弹性的垃圾袋、无粘绷带、发网、家用包裹物等等。

Claims (20)

1.一种用于制造有弹性的非纺织材料的设备,所述设备包括:
第一粘结模块;
第二粘结模块,定位成接近所述第一粘结模块,所述第一粘结模块和所述第二粘结模块适于粘结所述弹性的非纺织材料的至少一个弹性线股;以及
夹紧装置,其适于如果在所述至少一个弹性线股在粘结期间被切断,则限制所述至少一个弹性线股的快速返回的可能性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述夹紧装置包括浮动地接触所述第二粘结模块的辊。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中,所述夹紧装置包括基底和偏置构件,所述辊通过所述偏置构件浮动地安装到所述基底。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述夹紧装置能够在至少两个自由度上调节。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其中,所述至少两个自由度包括至少一个平移自由度和至少一个旋转自由度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述第一粘结模块安装在第一粘结模块框架上,所述第二粘结模块安装在第二粘结模块框架上,以及所述夹紧装置包括安装到所述第一粘结模块框架和所述第二粘结模块框架中的至少一个的支架总成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述第二粘结模块是砧。
8.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其中,所述第一粘结模块是超声波变幅杆。
9.根据权利要求8所述的设备,其中,所述夹紧装置包括浮动地接触所述砧的辊。
10.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述第二粘结模块具有面,所述面具有宽度和周向轴线,所述面具有多个脊,所述脊中的每一个均定义多个间隔的凸面和缺口。
11.根据权利要求10所述的设备,其中,所述脊横穿所述周向轴线倾斜地延伸。
12.一种用于制造有弹性的非纺织材料的设备,所述设备包括:
第一粘结模块;
第二粘结模块,定位成接近所述第一粘结模块;以及
夹紧装置,定位成接近所述第二粘结模块,所述夹紧装置包括基底、偏置构件和辊,其中,所述偏置构件将所述辊偏置成与所述第二粘结模块接触。
13.根据权利要求12所述的设备,其中,所述夹紧装置能够在至少两个自由度上调节。
14.根据权利要求12所述的设备,其中,所述第二粘结模块是砧。
15.根据权利要求12所述的设备,其中,所述基底和所述辊定向为使得所述偏置构件施加基本上垂直于所述第二粘结模块的旋转轴线的偏置力。
16.一种用于制造有弹性的非纺织材料的系统,所述系统包括:
供给台,包括:
第一供应辊,配置成供给第一非纺织织物;
第二供给辊,配置成供给第二非纺织物;以及
至少一个供给线轴,配置成供给至少一个弹性线股;
处理台,包括:
第一粘结模块;
第二粘结模块,配置成与所述第一粘结模块协作,以在所述第一非纺织织物和所述第二非纺织物之间执行所述弹性线股的粘结操作,所述第二粘结模块定位成接近所述第一粘结模块;以及
夹紧装置,适于如果在所述至少一个弹性线股在粘结期间被切断,则限制所述至少一个弹性线股的快速返回的可能性。
17.根据权利要求16所述的系统,其中,所述夹紧装置包括浮动地接触所述第二粘结模块的辊。
18.根据权利要求17所述的系统,其中,在所述第一粘结模块与所述第二粘结模块之间定义分界面,所述辊和所述第二粘结模块配置成自动地将至少一根切断的弹性线股馈送回到所述分界面中。
19.根据权利要求16所述的系统,其中,所述第一粘结模块是超声波变幅杆,所述第二粘结模块是砧。
20.根据权利要求16所述的系统,其中,所述处理台还包括收集台,所述收集台包括配置成收集所述有弹性的非纺织材料的牵引辊。
