吸收性物品的制造装置
技术领域
本发明涉及具有吸收体液的多个粒状体(以下,仅称为“粒状体”。)的吸收性物品的制造装置。
背景技术
近年来,提出了一种吸收性物品的制造方法,在该制造方法中,在基材片上以规定的图案吸引并配置由超吸水性树脂构成的所述粒状体,在所述基材片与另一个基材片之间夹住所述粒状体,在不存在粒状体的部位对所述基材片彼此进行超声波接合(专利文献1)。
通过利用超声波接合将所述基材片彼此接合,从而不需要使用粘合剂。

但是,在超声波接合中,在进行接合时,若粒状体咬入到支承体的突起部与焊头之间,则会发生接合不良,无法获得所期望的接合状态、接合强度。另外,在这样的情况下,存在对焊头、支承体等的装配造成负面影响的顾虑。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种吸收性物品的制造装置,该吸收性物品的制造装置抑制粒状体咬入到支承体的突起部与焊头之间,从而容易获得所期望的接合状态、接合强度。
本发明涉及一种吸收性物品的制造装置,在该吸收性物品中,在两张相互面对的透液性的无纺布之间具有吸收体液的多个粒状体,所述制造装置具备:
支承辊,其在两张所述无纺布重叠的状态下搬运两张所述无纺布;
多个突起部,其形成于所述支承辊,且朝向所述支承辊的径向的外侧突出;以及
焊头,其进行超声波振动,从而在该焊头与所述多个突起部的各个突起部之间将两张所述无纺布接合,形成接合部,
所述支承辊界定至少一个吸引孔与突条,
为了搬运所述无纺布、并且抑制所述粒状体配置于所述突起部上的无纺布,所述至少一个吸引孔通过所述无纺布将第一空气与所述粒状体以及所述无纺布一并吸引,
所述突条设置在所述多个突起部与所述吸引孔之间,朝向所述支承辊的径向外侧突出,且该突条的突出高度比所述突起部的突出高度低,并且该突条沿着所述吸引孔的外周延伸。
根据本发明,所述突条的突出高度设定为比所述突起部的突出高度低,因此,两张所述无纺布中的被吸附保持于所述支承辊而与该支承辊相接的无纺布从所述突起部朝向所述突条向斜下方倾斜。由此,在进行超声波敷时,在所述突起部与所述突条之间,形成被倾斜的所述无纺布与所述支承辊包围的空间。
因此,在进行超声波熔敷时,即便在所述突起部的附近,所述粒状体残留在所述无纺布上,与所述支承辊相接的无纺布以及所述粒状体能够与所述无纺布一并朝向所述突起部与突条之间的空间退让,不存在所述粒状体咬入到所述支承辊的突起部与焊头之间的顾虑。
在本发明中,吸收性物品在一次性尿布、短裤的半成品即吸收性主体、吸收性芯的部分之外,还包括女性用生理用品、吸收垫等。另外,无纺布具有透液性以及通气性。

具体实施方式
在本发明中,优选的是,所述支承辊在所述突条与所述多个突起部之间界定沿着所述突条延伸的槽。
在这种情况下,在进行超声波熔敷时,所述粒状体以及与所述支承辊相接的无纺布容易向所述槽退让。
更优选的是,所述突条设置为环状,以便包围所述吸引孔的整周。
在所述突条呈环状的情况下,利用被所述吸引孔吸引的空气的吸引力,使两张所述无纺布中的与所述支承辊相接的无纺布与所述突条容易接触。
在本发明中,“环状”是指,不仅包括所述突条完全相连的情况、还包括所述突条断续地形成在所述吸引孔的周围的情况的概念。
需要说明的是,与所述突条为断续的情况相比,在完全相连的情况下,空气的吸引力更难以作用于所述突起部与突条之间的所述空间。即,在所述突条断续地形成的情况下,空气的吸引力略微从所述突条彼此之间作用。
更优选的是,将所述突条形成为,在从所述吸引孔吸引所述第一空气时,两张所述无纺布中的与所述支承辊相接的一方的无纺布与所述突起部以及所述突条接触。
在这种情况下,由于所述空气的吸引力难以作用于所述突起部与所述突条之间的、利用所述无纺布与所述支承辊形成的所述空间,因此,所述粒状体不易在所述突起部的周围被吸引到无纺布上。
更优选的是,所述突条形成为所述突条的厚度随着靠近所述径向的外端(前端)而变小的锥状。
若所述突条的厚度大,则所述粒状体容易残留于突条的部位自身,与此相对,若所述突条的外端形成为锥状而较薄,则所述粒状体难以残留在所述突条之上,万一残留,夹在所述突条与所述焊头之间的所述粒状体也容易粉碎。
另外,由于突条呈锥状,因此能够增大所述突条与所述突起部之间的槽的截面积,所述粒状体可能容易向槽退让。
更优选的是,为了抑制所述粒状体配置在无纺布的与多个所述突起部的各个突起部对应的部位,所述支承辊界定排出第二空气的排出孔,各个所述排出孔开设在所述突起部的表面。
在这种情况下,利用第二空气的排出来抑制所述粒状体残留于所述接合部,在超声波熔敷中容易获得所期望的接合状态、接合强度。
更优选的是,所述吸引孔在所述支承辊上设置有多个,并且以规定的图案配置,由此,所述多个吸引孔设置为界定用于划分并配置所述粒状体的集合的多个配置区域。
在这种情况下,以所述规定的图案配置的粒状体不易配置为从所述配置区域突出。因此,所述粒状体在所述配置区域之外被夹在两张所述无纺布之间的可能性更少。

如图1所示,本实施例的穿着物品100具备吸收性主体(吸收性物品的一例)200、前腰身部301以及后腰身部302。所述吸收性物品200具有 覆盖穿着者的前身的前部201、覆盖穿着者的后身的后部202、以及覆盖所述前部201与后部202之间的胯裆的裆部203。
所述裆部203与前部201以及后部202相连,且在与腰身方向X正交的纵向Y上延伸。前腰身部301与后腰身部302既可以在穿着时彼此接合,或者也可以在穿着前预先接合。
也可以在吸收性物品200上设置立体折裥(未图示)。
另外,也可以在吸收性物品200上形成沿着穿着者的腿部扎紧的腿周部。
此外,也可以在吸收性物品200的成为腿周的部分等设置有用于使穿着物品100贴合穿着者的弹性构件。该弹性构件例如能够采用多个橡胶线或橡胶片、薄膜或者含有热塑性树脂的材料等。另外,这些材料也可以用作使穿着物品100贴合穿着者的弹性构件而设置于前部201以及后部202。
如图2所示,所述吸收性物品200具备与穿着者的肌肤面接触的顶层片材21、不与所述肌肤面接触的覆盖片材22以及吸收性的芯23。图3B(熔敷部)的顶层片材21与覆盖片材22如图3A那样沿着纵横延伸的例如格子状的熔敷线L、L彼此熔敷,在相邻的所述熔敷线L、L彼此之间形成将芯23夹在中间的夹层构造。
即,如图3A所示,芯23被沿着所述熔敷线L、L相互熔敷的顶层片材21以及覆盖片材22包围。
需要说明的是,在各附图中,熔敷部位以xx、黑色小长方形进行表示。
图3B的所述顶层片材21以及覆盖片材22由具有透液性以及通气性的无纺布形成。在所述覆盖片材22的背面附着有非透液性的后片24,吸收性物品200被后片24覆盖。
所述芯23由多个吸收性的粒状体3构成。该粒状体3由公知的吸收性的高分子聚合物构成,一般来说,在吸收水分前的状态下,平均颗粒直径约为10μm~1000μm左右,在吸水后膨胀,达到几倍~几百倍的体积。
需要说明的是,在各附图中,粒状体3由多个微小的点进行表示。
所述芯23是通过将集中有多个所述粒状体3的各集合组30分别配置于多个配置区域D而形成的。所述各集合组30、30分开排列在由沿着纵横延伸的所述格子状的熔敷线L、L划分的所述配置区域D、D中。即, 配置有所述各集合组30、30的各配置区域D、D由所述熔敷线L、L进行划分。
换言之,所述各集合组30由多个粒状体3的集合而构成,如图3A所示,所述集合组30中的一组与另一组以将所述熔敷线L、L夹在中间的方式沿纵横方向排列。如图3A所示,所述各集合组沿纵横方向排列有多个(三个以上)。
另外,各熔敷线L不需要完全连接,也可以是,熔敷部位断续地形成为各集合组30的粒状体3难以向另一个集合组30移动。
换句话说,也可以是,熔敷线L、L形成为能够抑制以规定的图案配置的所述各集合组30中的粒状体3从所述多个组中的一组向另一组移动。
所述集合组30的配置只要是规定的确定图案即可,不需要规则地沿纵横方向排列。另外,各集合组30所包含的粒状体3的个数(量)不需要彼此是相同程度,各集合组30也可以是与排泄的体液的量相应的个数(量)。
如图3A的放大图所示,集合组30可以是矩形或者圆形,其一边的长度、直径为数mm~10mm左右即可。另外,集合组30、30彼此的配置的间距为10mm左右~十几mm左右即可。
在本实施例中,如图3A所示,所述熔敷线L包括第一高强度接合部W1、第二高强度接合部W2以及低强度接合部W3。
如图1所示,所述第一高强度接合部W1呈环状形成在吸收性物品200的周缘,多列涂黑的小长方形的熔敷部位例如排列成锯齿状,以彼此接近的状态断续地形成。第一高强度接合部W1抑制粒状体3、体液、吸收体液后的粒状体3从顶层片材21与覆盖片材22之间漏出。
如图3A所示,所述低强度接合部W3在被所述环状的第一高强度接合部W1包围的内侧区域A中例如配置成格子状,如上所述,将所述内侧区域A划分为多个各配置区域D。该低强度接合部W3在附图中以xx显示。
所述第二高强度接合部W2也可以在所述内侧区域A内例如形成为线状,配置在所述低强度接合部W3与低强度接合部W3之间。
该第二高强度接合部W2在附图中以涂黑的长方形进行表示。
所述第一高强度接合部W1以及第二高强度接合部W2通过即使所述粒状体3膨胀而向两张所述无纺布即顶层片材21与覆盖片材22的接合部位作用分离力也不会分离的较大的熔敷力进行熔敷。
所述低强度接合部W3形成为利用所述粒状体3膨胀而向所述两张顶层片材21、覆盖片材22的接合部位作用分离力从而在该接合部位处使所述顶层片材21、覆盖片材22彼此分离进而分开的程度的较小熔敷力对两个片材21、22彼此进行熔敷。
即,低强度接合部W3处的无纺布21、22的熔敷力比第一高强度接合部W1以及第二高强度接合部W2处的熔敷力小。
因此,若来自穿着者的体液通过图3B的顶层片材21后被粒状体3吸收,则粒状体3大幅膨胀,如图3B那样,压力作用于顶层片材21与覆盖片材22之间的空间,如图3C那样,所述低强度接合部W3处的顶层片材21与覆盖片材22分离,能够利用粒状体3进一步吸收液体。
由此,即便使用前的吸收性主体200的厚度小,也能够吸收大量的体液。
另一方面,第二高强度接合部W2在所述粒状体3膨胀而所述分离力作用后也维持接合状态。因此,限制膨胀而变重的粒状体3在内侧区域A自由地移动。
需要说明的是,作为无纺布,能够列举出聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯等热塑性树脂制无纺布,另外,也可以采用将棉、人造纤维等不显示热塑性的纤维与所述热塑性树脂制纤维混纺而成的无纺布等。
接下来,对所述吸收性物品200的制造装置进行说明。
如图4所示,本装置在支承辊4的周围具备供给装置5、第一导入辊71、第二导入辊72以及超声波焊头81。
所述第一导入辊71以及第二导入辊72分别是用于将载置织物1以及覆盖织物2导入到所述支承辊4的外周的辊。
所述吸收性物品200中的所述顶层片材21以及覆盖片材22(图2)分别从所述载置织物1以及覆盖织物2生成。
所述支承辊4一边利用搬运面41对具有通气性的所述载置织物1的第一面11进行吸附保持,一边沿着规定的搬运路径来搬运所述载置织物1。 所述第一面11形成与穿着者的肌肤接触的肌肤面。
所述供给装置5在所述第一导入辊71的下游向搬运中的所述载置织物1的与所述第一面11相反的第二面12上供给无数个粒状体3。
关于所述无数个粒状体3的供给,向载置织物1的单位面积分别断续或连续地供给规定量的所述粒状体3。
如图5~图7所示,在所述搬运面41的吸引区域4B形成(开设)有多个吸引孔40(配置装置的一例)。吸引孔40与未图示的吸引源(负压源)连通,透过图8的所述载置织物1将第一空气α1吸引至所述吸引孔40,在所述载置织物1的第二面12上吸附保持所述粒状体3。
如图6A以及图6B所示,所述吸引孔40设置有多个,并且设置为界定以规定的图案配置的图1的多个配置区域D。多个所述配置区域D是用于划分并配置所述粒状体的集合的区域。
如图6A以及图6B所示,在所述支承辊4中,在所述吸引孔40与吸引孔40之间的包括第一突起部44B以及第二突起部45在内的不进行吸引的非吸引区域4A中,形成(开设)有排出孔42(配置装置的一例)。所述排出孔42在所述搬运面41的所述第一突起部44B以及第二突起部45开口,排出第二空气α2
另一方面,在支承辊4中,在吸收性主体200的周缘的与第一高强度接合部W1(图1)对应的部位设置有第一突起部44A。也可以不在所述第一突起部44A形成排出孔42。
其原因在于,在从供给装置5供给的粒状体3的供给宽度以与吸收性物品200中的粒状体3的配置宽度大致相同的宽度供给的情况下,基本不向载置织物1的周缘供给粒状体3,因此不需要形成排出孔42。
需要说明的是,也可以在所述第一突起部44A形成与第一突起部44B以及第二突起部45相同的所述排出孔42。
所述排出孔42与空气的正压源(未图示)连通,从所述排出孔42朝向所述载置织物1的第二面12排出所述第二空气α2。由此,从所述第二面12通过所述载置织物1后的所述第二空气α2在图8的载置织物1上的所述非吸引区域1A中使所述粒状体3飞散。
所述吸引孔40以及排出孔42抑制粒状体3配置在所述突起部44A(图 6B)、44B、45上的载置织物1上。
如图4以及图8所示,从所述供给装置5供给到所述载置织物1上的粒状体3随着向下游搬运所述载置织物1而利用配置装置(吸引孔40以及排出孔42)彼此划分为各集合组30。即,为了搬运所述无纺布1、并且抑制在所述突起部44A、44B、45上的无纺布1处配置所述粒状体3,吸引孔40将所述粒状体3与所述无纺布1一并吸引。
在将粒状体3配置于所述载置织物1上之后,图4的所述第二导入辊72在所述载置织物1的搬运路径的下游将所述覆盖织物2导入到所述搬运路径,以便生成覆盖织物2覆盖所述载置织物1的所述第二面12以及所述粒状体3的夹层构造体20(图7B)。
通过这样,支承辊4搬运所述夹层构造体20。
即,如图4所示,在所述载置织物1上,在所述粒状体3被划分为各集合组30之后,导入覆盖织物2。覆盖织物2覆盖没有配置所述粒状体3的所述载置织物1的第二面12与配置在所述载置织物1上的粒状体3。由此,生成所述夹层构造体20。
需要说明的是,利用被图6B的支承辊4的吸引孔40吸引的第一空气α1,被导入到所述第二面12以及粒状体3上的所述覆盖织物2朝向支承辊4的内侧凹陷。
如图5所示,所述支承辊4也可以构成为,环状的支承体4R以能够装卸的方式安装在辊主体43的外周。由此,能够容易地改变配置图案等。
如图6A~图7B所示,在所述支承体4R的吸引孔40周围设置有多个所述第一突起部44A、44B以及第二突起部45。这些突起部44A、44B以及45向支承辊4的径向外侧突出,伴随着支承辊4的旋转而隔着夹层构造体20与超声波焊头81(图4)面对。
图6B的所述第一突起部44B(或者第一突起部44A)比所述第二突起部45进一步朝焊头81(图4)略微向径向外侧突出。其原因在于,第一突起部44A、44B形成高强度接合部W1、W2,第二突起部45形成低强度接合部W3。
如图6A局部所示,所述第一突起部44A以所述第一高强度接合部W1(图1)呈环状形成于所述吸收性物品200的周缘的方式配置于支承辊 4。
另一方面,为了在图1的所述内侧区域A形成所述第二高强度接合部W2,图6A的第一突起部44B配置于所述支承辊4。
将图6A的所述第二突起部45配置于所述支承辊4,使得图1的所述低强度接合部W3形成于被所述第一高强度接合部W1包围的内侧区域A。
即,所述第一高强度接合部W1、第二高强度接合部W2以及低强度接合部W3分别沿着配置有所述第一突起部44A、44B以及第二突起部45的位置形成。
如图4所示,所述超声波焊头81在比所述第二导入辊72靠所述载置织物1的搬运路径的下游的位置与形成支承辊4的搬运面41的环状的支承体4R(图5)配合,将所述振动能量赋予所述两织物(无纺布)1、2。由此,在图7B的第一突起部44B(44A)以及第二突起部45,所述载置织物1与所述覆盖织物2相互熔敷。
在利用超声波振动进行的熔敷(密封)中,利用超声波将机械振动传送至图4的焊头81,热塑性的无纺布以加压后的状态通过焊头81与支承体4R之间,从而无纺布(载置织物1以及覆盖织物2)彼此因摩擦热而相互熔敷。因此,在图6A的非吸引区域4A中,若在两织物1、2间存在作为异物的粒状体3,则容易产生密封不合格。
接下来,对本发明的主要部分进行说明。
如图8以及图7A(以深色网点示出)所示,在所述吸引孔40的周缘,例如在吸引孔40的整周范围内设置有突条6。
如图8所示,将所述突条6形成为,在从所述吸引孔40吸引第一空气α1时,两张所述无纺布1、2中的与支承辊4接触的无纺布1与所述突起部44B、45以及突条6接触。
即,如图7A所示,所述突条6设置在所述多个突起部44B、45与所述吸引孔40之间,朝向图8的所述支承辊4的径向的外侧突出,且所述突条6的突出高度比所述突起部44B、45的突出高度低,并且所述突条6沿着所述吸引孔40的外周延伸。
在图7A以及图7B中,在所述突条6与所述多个突起部44B、45之间,沿着所述突条6延伸的槽60设置于所述支承辊4。如图9A所示,所 述突条6也可以形成为所述突条6的厚度随着靠近所述径向的外端(前端)而变小的锥状。
如图8所示,吸附保持于所述支承辊4(4R)的所述载置织物1的所述第一面11与所述突条6以及所述突起部44B(45)接触。在该接触状态的所述载置织物1与所述支承辊4之间,相当于所述槽60的部分维持空间原样。
在本实施例的情况下,图7A的所述突条6以包围所述吸引孔40的整周的方式连续地设置,但也可以如图7B那样断续地设置为环状。
接下来,对夹层构造体20的制造方法的概要进行说明。
如图4所示,一边利用第一导入辊71将载置织物1导入支承辊4,利用支承辊4的搬运面41吸附保持载置织物1的第一面11,一边沿着规定的搬运路径、换句话说沿着所述搬运筒4的搬运面41来搬运所述载置织物1。
在所述第一导入辊71与第二导入辊72之间,从所述供给装置5向所述搬运中的所述载置织物1的与第一面11相反的第二面12上供给多个粒状体3。所供给的粒状体3在所述第二面12上形成层。
通过朝向图8所示的形成于支承体4R的所述吸引孔40吸引第一空气α1,由此将所供给的所述粒状体3吸附保持在所述载置织物1上。
需要说明的是,向第一空气α1的至少一部分赋予沿着载置织物1的所述第二面12的方向的流动的成分的气流偏转体也可以与载置织物1的第二面12对置地设置。(PCT/JP2012/52371)
图4的所述粒状体3的层也可以断续地供给至每个吸收性主体200(图1)。
粒状体3的层的厚度也可以形成为,在支承辊4的轴向上,中央比两端厚。另外,粒状体3的层的厚度也可以形成为,在一个吸收性主体200(图1)的周缘处薄,并且,在中央或其附近厚。
在图8中,如上所述,从形成于所述搬运面41的多个吸引孔40通过所述载置织物1吸引第一空气α1,将所述多个粒状体3的一部分吸附保持在所述载置织物1的第二面12上。
另一方面,一边进行所述第一空气α1的吸引,一边从在所述搬运面 41的包括所述突起部44B、45在内的非吸引区域4A开口的排出孔42朝向所述载置织物1的第二面12排出第二空气α2。
通过同时进行所述第一空气α1的吸引与所述第二空气α2的排出,由此,利用从所述第二面12通过所述载置织物1后的第二空气α2使非吸引区域1A上的所述粒状体3飞散,该飞散后的所述粒状体3利用所述第一空气α1朝向吸引孔40之上的吸引区域1B被吸引。
如图8所示,所述载置织物1上的所述非吸引区域1A的所述粒状体3向吸引区域1B移动,所述粒状体3以规定的图案配置在所述载置织物1上。
即,所述非吸引区域1A中的一部分的粒状体3在所述吸引区域1B中朝向被吸引保持的另一个粒状体3移动。其结果是,如图1所示,在每个以规定的图案相互划分的所述配置区域D内,由多个粒状体3构成的各集合组30配置在载置织物1上。
如图4所示,在从所述供给装置5供给的所述粒状体3以规定的图案配置在载置织物1上之后(配置于每个配置区域D之后),所述载置织物1的没有配置粒状体3的第二面12与配置在载置织物1上的所述粒状体3被利用所述第二导入辊72导入的覆盖织物2覆盖,生成夹层构造体20。
之后,当所述夹层构造体20利用搬运面41持续旋转并到达图4的超声波焊头81时,在图2的与所述非吸引区域1A相当的部位,对所述载置织物1与所述覆盖织物2彼此进行超声波熔敷。
由此,保持所述粒状体3的规定图案。也可以在进行该两个织物1、2彼此的熔敷之后,停止进行来自图6B的所述吸引孔40的吸引以及来自排出孔42的排出。在进行所述熔敷时,图3B的后片24也熔敷在覆盖织物2上,但所述后片24也可以在进行载置织物1与覆盖织物2的熔敷之后利用粘合剂粘合在覆盖织物2上。
之后,所述夹层构造体20被切开为各个穿着物品的单位、换句话说图1的各个吸收性主体200的单位。
接下来,对设置有本发明的突条6的优点进行说明。
如上所述,图8的粒状体3聚集到载置织物1上的所述吸引区域1B,不易残留在该吸引区域1B以外的非吸引区域1A。但是,粒状体3的质量 较小,因此难以进行粒状体3的配置控制,因此,存在残留于图8的左侧的突起部44B、图9A的突起部44B(45)的附近的情况。
另外,存在所述粒状体3因无纺布的微小凹凸等而在从所述非吸引区域1A向所述吸引区域1B移动的中途钩挂于无纺布,从而残留在所述突起部44B(45)的附近的情况。
在这样的情况下,如图8所示,通过使所述突条6在所述突起部44B(45)的附近包围突起部的周围,从而在所述突条6与所述突起部44B(45)之间、且是在所述载置织物1与所述支承辊4之间,相当于所述槽60的部分保持空间原样。由此,如图9A所示,在进行超声波熔敷时,在突条6与突起部44B、45之间,载置织物1上的粒状体3能够朝向两者之间、换句话说朝向槽60与载置织物1一并向下方退让。因此,不易发生粒状体3咬入到焊头81与突起部之间的情况。
例如,在粒状体3残留于载置织物1的与槽60对应的部位的状态下,即使在焊头81(图4)与突起部44B、45对置的状态进行超声波振动,所述载置织物1上的粒状体3也能够朝向所述槽60退让。因此,所述粒状体3不会在所述突起部44B(45)的附近夹在支承辊4与焊头81(图4)之间,不存在咬入到两者之间的顾虑。
在本实施例的情况下,槽60的剖面形状朝向支承辊4的径向外侧扩张,因此,与所述槽60对应的位置处的所述载置织物1上的粒状体3容易向槽60的里侧(朝向支承辊的中心的方向)退让。
另外,在所述突起部44B(45)与所述突条6之间,所述空气的吸引力不易作用于被所述载置织物1覆盖的所述槽60(空间内)。因此,所述粒状体3不易在所述突起部44B(45)的周围被吸引到所述载置织物1上,不易阻碍所述粒状体3向所述吸引区域1B移动。
需要说明的是,突条6不需要设置在吸引孔40的外周缘,也可以如图9B那样设置在与吸引孔40略微分离的位置。
如上,虽参照附图说明了适当的实施例,但本领域技术人员能够根据本说明书在自知的范围内容易地想到各种变更以及修改。
例如,接合部也可以仅设置于低强度接合部或者高强度接合部中的一者。另外,也可以不设置排出孔。
另外,作为本发明中的“多个粒状体”的概念,除了仅由粒状材料的集合体构成的情况之外,还包括在多个粒状体中混合有粉状材料的情况。
因此,这样的变更以及修改应解释为由权利要求书确定的本发明的范围内的内容。
工业上的可利用性
本发明在一次性尿布、短裤之外,还能够使用于女性用生理用品、失禁衬垫等一次性穿着物品。

Claims (3)

1.一种吸收性物品的制造装置,在该吸收性物品中,在两张相互面对的透液性的无纺布之间具有吸收体液的多个粒状体,其中,
所述制造装置具备:
支承辊,其在两张所述无纺布重叠的状态下搬运两张所述无纺布;
多个突起部,其形成于所述支承辊,且朝向所述支承辊的径向的外侧突出;以及
焊头,其进行超声波振动,从而在该焊头与所述多个突起部的各个突起部之间将两张所述无纺布接合,形成接合部,
所述支承辊具备突条与至少一个吸引孔,
为了搬运所述无纺布、并且抑制所述粒状体配置于所述突起部上的无纺布,所述至少一个吸引孔透过所述无纺布将第一空气与所述粒状体以及所述无纺布一并吸引,
所述突条设置在所述多个突起部与所述吸引孔之间,朝向所述支承辊的径向的外侧突出,且该突条的突出高度比所述突起部的突出高度低,并且该突条沿着所述吸引孔的外周延伸,
所述支承辊在所述突条与所述多个突起部之间具备沿着所述突条延伸的槽,
所述突条设置为环状,以便包围所述吸引孔的整周,
所述突条形成为,在从所述吸引孔吸引所述第一空气时,两张所述无纺布中的与所述支承辊相接的一方的无纺布与所述突起部以及所述突条接触,
所述突条形成为所述突条的厚度随着靠近所述径向的外端而变小的锥状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造装置,其中,
为了抑制所述粒状体配置在无纺布的与所述多个突起部的各个突起部对应的部位,所述支承辊界定排出第二空气的排出孔,各个所述排出孔开设于所述突起部的表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制造装置,其中,
所述吸引孔在所述支承辊上设置有多个,并且以规定的图案配置,由此,所述多个吸引孔设置为界定用于划分并配置所述粒状体的集合的多个配置区域。
