Abstract

本发明提供一种一次性穿着物品,其具备:吸收性主体,其构成为,在以规定的图案相互划分的多个配置区域中的每个配置区域,多个粒状体配置在根据图案在接合部彼此接合的两张透液性的无纺布之间;以及非透液性的底层片材,其配置在吸收性主体的非肌肤面,所述一次性穿着物品配置有覆盖肌肤面侧的无纺布的整面的透液性的片材,在至少一方的无纺布的配置区域,形成有在粒状体吸收体液而膨润时破裂的易破裂部。

Description

一次性穿着物品及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一次性物品及其制造方法,该一次性物品具有吸收体液而膨润的多个粒状体(以下,简称为“粒状体”。)。
背景技术
近年来,提出了将多个粒状体封入多个小空间而成的吸收性的芯(专利文献1)。在这种吸收性物品中,在两张基材片之间以规定的图案配置粒状体,在没有配置粒状体的区域中,将两张基材片相互接合。
两张基材片的接合部以如下程度的低强度接合:在粒状体吸水而膨润时,在区域内,该接合部因多个粒状体膨胀而产生的分离力进行分离。由此,能够增大在两张基材片之间能够收容的粒状体的量(volume)。

但是,恰当地维持以所述低强度接合的部分的接合强度存在困难。
另外,由于接合部分因膨润而分离,因此,粒状体的配置图案的初期形状走样,粒状体在两张基材片之间偏向一方。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供能够以简单的构造收容多个粒状体的一次性穿着物品及其制造方法。
本发明涉及一种一次性穿着物品,其具备:
吸收性主体,其构成为,在以规定的图案彼此划分出的多个配置区域中的每个配置区域,吸收体液而膨润的多个粒状体配置在根据所述图案在接合部彼此接合的两张透液性的无纺布之间;以及
非透液性的底层片材,其配置在所述吸收性主体的非肌肤面,其中,
所述一次性穿着物品配置有透液性的片材,该片材覆盖所述两张无纺布中的肌肤面侧的无纺布的整面,
在所述两张无纺布中的至少一方的无纺布的所述多个配置区域的至少一个以上的配置区域中,形成有因所述粒状体吸收体液而膨润时产生的力进行破裂的易破裂部。
在本发明中,当粒状体吸收体液而膨润时,两张无纺布之间大幅膨胀,此外,当粒状体吸收体液而膨润时,因膨润时产生的力而使形成于配置区域的易破裂部发生破裂。
在该破裂之后,一部分粒状体通过破裂的易破裂部从两张吸收性主体的配置区域被挤出。但是,吸收性主体的非肌肤面侧被底层片材覆盖,并且吸收性主体的肌肤面侧被与所述吸收性主体的无纺布不同的其他透液性片材覆盖。由此,不存在吸收体液后的粒状体、体液从穿着物品漏出的担忧。
在本发明中,“易破裂部”并非是指在配置于两张无纺布之间的粒状体没有膨润的状态下,粒状体实质上溢出的开口,而是表示当该粒状体吸液而膨润时,因此时产生于配置区域内的压力而破裂、进而溢出粒状体的部分。
因此,能够利用在至少一方的无纺布形成易破裂部的简单构造将大量的粒状体收容于所述各配置区域。
需要说明的是,在本发明中,“肌肤面”是指穿着有穿着物品时,与穿着者的肌肤直接或者间接接触的内侧的面,“非肌肤面”表示所述肌肤面的相反一侧的面。

具体实施方式
优选的是,所述接合部是通过向所述两张无纺布赋予超声波能量而形成的超声波接合部,且具有如下结合强度,所述无纺布彼此不会因所述粒状体吸收体液而膨润时产生的力在所述接合部相互分离。
在通过超声波接合将无纺布彼此以相互不分离的方式在接合部接合的情况下,当所述粒状体吸收体液而膨润时,接合部不发生破裂,易破裂部发生破裂。
更优选的是,易破裂部呈线状断续地形成于无纺布。即,所述易破裂部呈穿孔状。
该穿孔状的易破裂部构成为,在具有易破裂部的无纺布因吸收性主体内的膨润的粒状体的压力而破裂时,易破裂部相连而形成大开口。因此,粒状体容易通过易破裂部而离开吸收性主体。另一方面,进行超声波熔敷后的所述无纺布彼此不分离,粒状体的配置图案的初期的形状不易变形。
进一步优选的是,作为所述穿孔状的易破裂部,包括断续地形成于所述无纺布的多个孔、狭缝以及/或者切口(fissue:裂缝)。
在该情况下,当粒状体吸液而膨润时,穿孔状的多个孔、狭缝或者切口彼此容易相连而形成大开口。
在本发明中,形成易破裂部的穿孔状的“切口”在负荷未作用于无纺布的情况下实际上不打开,因此,在制造中或使用前,粒状体不易通过“切口”向吸收性主体的外部漏出。
“切口”是指,在无纺布上不产生碎片(日文:トリミング片)地生成的、切断纤维的连续的线。
作为所述易破裂部,除了“切口”之外,也可以是小孔、细长的长方形的狭缝、菱形状的狭缝。
另外,所述易破裂部也可以通过利用热量使无纺布固化而变脆弱,由此使强度变差(降低)。
此外,无纺布本身由在沿宽度方向拉拽时容易破裂的材料构成,因此也可以不形成易破裂部。
另外,易破裂部既可以均匀地设置于各配置区域,也可以根据各配置区域的粒状体的量、吸收性主体的部位而不均匀地设置。此外,在吸液量少的一部分配置区域,也可以不设置易破裂部。
所述穿着物品的制造方法包括以下工序:
一边利用搬运装置的搬运面来保持形成所述两张无纺布中的一张无纺布的载置织物的第一面,一边沿着规定的搬运路线来搬运所述载置织物;
向所述搬运中的载置织物的与所述第一面相反的第二面上供给所述粒状体;
在所述载置织物的所述第二面上的所述各配置区域中的各个配置区域保持被供给的所述多个粒状体的一部分,并以所述规定的图案对所述粒状体进行配置;
在形成所述两张无纺布中的另一张无纺布的覆盖织物上形成所述易破裂部;
在将所述粒状体以所述规定的图案配置的工序之后,利用具有所述易破裂部的覆盖织物来覆盖所述载置织物的所述第二面以及所述粒状体,生成夹层构造体;以及
为了抑制或者防止以所述规定的图案配置的所述各配置区域的所述粒状体从所述多个配置区域中的一个配置区域向其他配置区域移动,在成为所述接合部的部位使所述载置织物与所述覆盖织物接合。
这样,通过在成为夹层构造体之前的无纺布上形成易破裂部而使易破裂部的形成变得容易。
优选的是,在形成所述易破裂部的工序中,以沿着所述接合后的所述载置织物与所述覆盖织物的流动方向的方式,线状的所述易破裂部断续或者连续地形成。
在该情况下,在载置织物以及覆盖织物的流动方向上产生用于搬运的规定的张力,但沿着所述流动方向延伸的易破裂部不会因所述张力而扩大。因此,不需要担心在夹层构造体的搬运中粒状体从所述易破裂部漏出。
实施例
根据参照附图的理想实施例的说明而更加清楚地理解本发明。然而,实施例以及附图仅用于图示以及说明,并不应当用于限定本发明的范围。本发明的范围仅由权利要求书来限定。在附图中,多个附图中的相同的附图标记表示相同或者相当的部分。
以下,根据附图对本发明的一实施例进行说明。
穿着物品100:
如图1A所示,本实施例的穿着物品100具备吸收性主体(尿布主体)200、前腰身部301以及后腰身部302。所述吸收性主体200具有覆盖穿着者的前躯干的前部201、覆盖穿着者的后躯干的后部202、以及覆盖所述前部201与后部202之间的胯裆的裆部203。
所述裆部203与前部201以及后部202相连,且在与腰身方向X正交的纵向Y上延伸。前腰身部301与后腰身部302既可以在穿着时彼此接合,或者也可以在穿着前预先接合。
也可以在吸收性主体200上设置立体折裥(未图示)。
另外,也可以在吸收性主体200上形成沿着穿着者的腿部扎紧的腿周部。
此外,也可以在吸收性主体200的成为腿周的部分等设置有用于使穿着物品100贴合穿着者的弹性构件。该弹性构件例如能够采用多个橡胶线或橡胶片、薄膜或者含有热塑性树脂的材料等。另外,这些材料也可以用作使穿着物品100贴合穿着者的弹性构件而设置于前部201以及后部202或者前腰身部301以及后腰身部302。
如图2所示,所述吸收性主体200具备与穿着者的肌肤面接触的第一织物21、不与所述肌肤面接触的第二织物22以及吸收性的芯23。芯23夹在第一织物21与第二织物22之间。
图3B的第一织物21与第二织物22如图3A那样沿着例如纵横延伸的例如格子状的熔敷线L、L彼此熔敷,形成在所述第一织物21与第二织物22之间夹有芯23的夹层构造。即,如图3B所示,芯23被沿着所述熔敷线L、L相互熔敷的第一织物21以及第二织物22包围。
所述各熔敷线L利用将第一织物21与第二织物22连续或者断续地熔敷而成的接合部W形成。所述接合部W也可以是通过向所述两张无纺布21、22赋予超声波能量而形成的超声波接合部。所述接合部W也可以具有如下接合强度:所述无纺布21、22彼此不因所述粒状体3吸收体液而膨润时产生的力在所述接合部W处相互分离。
需要说明的是,在各附图中,熔敷的接合部以xx进行表示。
图3B的所述第一织物21以及第二织物22含有彼此能够熔敷的热塑性树脂,均由具有透液性以及通气性的无纺布形成。在图1B中,在所述第二织物22的非肌肤面附着有非透液性的底层片材24,吸收性主体200被底层片材24覆盖。另一方面,在所述第一织物21的肌肤面配置有覆盖第一织物21的整面的透液性的顶层片材6。
需要说明的是,作为无纺布,能够列举出聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯等热塑性树脂制无纺布,另外,也可以采用将棉、人造丝等不显示热塑性的纤维等与所述热塑性树脂制纤维混纺而成的无纺布。
所述芯23由大量吸收性的粒状体3构成。该粒状体3由公知的吸收性的高分子聚合物构成,一般来说,在吸收水分前的状态下,平均粒径约为10μm~1000μm左右,在吸水后进行膨润,达到几倍~几百倍的体积。
需要说明的是,在各附图中,粒状体3通过大量微小点来表示。另外,对于图1A以及图5A~图5C,为了容易理解易破裂部10而不图示粒状体3。
图3A的所述芯23是通过将集中有大量所述粒状体3的各集合组30分别配置于多个配置区域D而形成的。所述各集合组30、30分开排列在由沿着纵横延伸的所述格子状的熔敷线L、L划分出的所述配置区域D、D中。即,配置有所述各集合组30、30的各配置区域D、D由所述熔敷线L、L进行划分。
换言之,所述各集合组30由多个粒状体3的集合构成,如图3A所示,所述集合组30中的一组与另一组以将所述熔敷线L、L夹在中间的方式沿纵横方向排列。如图3A所示,所述各集合组沿纵横方向排列有多个(三个以上)。
另外,各熔敷线L不需要完全连接,也可以将熔敷部位断续地形成为各集合组30的粒状体3难以向另一个集合组30移动。
换句话说,也可以将熔敷线L、L形成为能够抑制以规定图案配置的所述各集合组30中的粒状体3从所述多个组中的一组向另一组移动。
所述集合组30的配置只要是规定的确定图案即可,不需要规则地沿纵横方向排列。另外,各集合组30所包含的粒状体3的个数(量)不需要彼此相同,各集合组30具有与排泄的体液的量相应的个数(量)即可。
如图3A所示,集合组30可以是矩形或者圆形,其一边的长度、直径为数mm~10mm左右即可。另外,集合组30、30彼此的配置间距为10mm左右~十几mm左右即可。
接下来,对本发明的主要部分进行说明。
如图1A~图2所示,在第一织物21的各配置区域D例如形成有穿孔状的易破裂部10,该易破裂部10含有断续地形成的“切口”。
该易破裂部10只要设置于所述两张无纺布21、22中的至少一方的无纺布即可,利用所述粒状体3吸收体液而膨润时产生的力进行破裂。即,在本实施例的情况下,若第一织物21的易破裂部10破裂,则断续地形成的“切口”彼此相连而形成长“切口”,其结果是,允许吸收所述体液后的粒状体3或体液从两张织物21、22之间向第一织物21的上表面溢出。
因而,能够在使用前向各配置区域D收容多个粒状体3。另一方面,在所述第一织物21的肌肤面侧设置有覆盖第一织物21的整面的顶层片材6,从切口溢出的膨润状态的粒状体3不会附着于穿着物品100的穿着者的肌肤。
需要说明的是,在顶层片材6与第一织物21之间,也可以设置有使体液在芯23的面方向(沿着面)上扩散的扩散层或暂时保持体液的液体保持层。
接下来,对夹层构造体20的制造方法的概要进行说明。
如图4所示,利用第一导入辊71将成为第二织物22(图2)的载置织物1导入至搬运筒4,一边利用搬运筒4的搬运面41吸附保持载置织物1的第一面11,一边沿着规定的搬运路线、换句话说沿着所述搬运筒4的搬运面41来搬运所述载置织物1。
在所述第一导入辊71与第二导入辊72之间,从所述供给装置5向所述搬运中的载置织物1的与第一面11相反的第二面12上供给多个粒状体3。被供给的粒状体3在所述第二面12上形成层。
通过朝向形成于所述搬运筒4的吸引孔(未图示)吸引空气,由此,所述供给的粒状体3在所述载置织物1上的所述第二面12的所述配置区域D中被吸附保持成一个个集合组30。
需要说明的是,对所述空气的至少一部分赋予沿着载置织物1的所述第二面12的方向的流动成分的气流偏转体也可以设置为与载置织物1的第二面12对置。(PCT/JP2012/52371)
所述粒状体3也可以断续地供给至每个吸收性主体200(图1)。
粒状体3的层的厚度也可以构成为,在搬运筒4的轴向上,中央比两端厚。另外,粒状体3的层的厚度也可以构成为,在一个吸收性主体200(图1)的周缘较薄,并且在中央或其附近较厚。
另一方面,成为第一织物21(图2)的覆盖织物2在被导入至所述搬运筒4之前预先形成易破裂部10(图2)。即,在配置于第二导入辊72的上游的切割辊90与支承辊91之间,穿孔状的切口形成于覆盖织物2。
如图3A所示,在从所述供给装置5供给的所述粒状体3以规定的图案配置在载置织物1上之后(配置于每个配置区域D之后),所述载置织物1的没有配置粒状体3的图4的第二面12与配置在载置织物1上的所述粒状体3被利用所述第二导入辊72导入的覆盖织物2覆盖,生成夹层构造体20。
之后,所述夹层构造体20被搬运面41继续搬运,当到达图4的超声波焊头81时,在图2的没有配置粒状体3的部位对所述载置织物1与所述覆盖织物2进行超声波熔敷。由此,利用进行超声波熔敷后的载置织物1以及覆盖织物2相互划分粒状体3的各集合组30,保持所述粒状体3的规定图案。
即,为了抑制或者防止以所述规定的图案配置的所述各配置区域D的所述粒状体3(集合组30)从所述多个配置区域D中的一个配置区域D向其它配置区域D移动,在成为所述接合部W的部位使所述载置织物1与所述覆盖织物2接合。
之后,所述夹层构造体20被切分为各个穿着物品的单位、换句话说图3A所示的各个吸收性主体200的单位。
之后,如图5A~图5C所示,所述各吸收性主体200被夹在所述透液性的顶层片材6与所述非透液性的底层片材24之间。需要说明的是,所述顶层片材6与底层片材24也可以在周缘的接合部W1(图1B)相互粘合或者熔敷。另外,也可以对底层片材24与吸收性主体200之间进行粘合。
接下来,对本物品的使用方法进行说明。
当体液被图1A的吸收性主体200吸收时,因体液而使图1B的粒状体3膨润,第一织物21(无纺布)与第二织物22(无纺布)之间膨胀,其中,所述吸收性主体200具有包括所述易破裂部10的第一织物21以及覆盖该第一织物21的顶层片材6。若施加于所述第一织物21的负荷因该粒状体3的膨胀而变得过大,则第一织物21在图1A的所述易破裂部10处开裂,所述第一织物21的易破裂部10的切口彼此连接,在配置区域D内,第一织物21的一部分破裂。
另一方面,在接合部W,即便发生粒状体3的膨润,彼此进行过超声波熔敷的第一织物21与第二织物22也不会相互分离。
虽然从破裂的第一织物21的易破裂部10溢出吸收体液后的粒状体3或体液,但图1B的顶层片材6覆盖吸收性主体200的上表面,不存在膨润的粒状体3或体液附着于图1A的穿着物品100的穿着者的肌肤而使穿着感降低的担忧。
如上,虽参照附图对理想实施例进行了说明,但本领域技术人员能够在阅读本说明书后在不言自明的范围内容易地想到各种变更以及修改。
例如,作为搬运装置,也可以不采用筒,而采用传送带。
另外,作为载置织物1与覆盖织物2的接合方法,除了超声波熔敷之外,也可以使用例如热封等基于热熔敷的接合方法、使用了粘合剂的基于粘合的接合方法。
另外,在本发明中,在各配置区域D中,除了仅配置有粒状体的集合体的情况之外,也可以在多个粒状体中混合其他粒状的材料或纸浆等纤维材料。
因此,这样的变更以及修改包含于根据权利要求书确定的本发明的范围内。
工业上的可利用性
除了吸收性主体以外,本发明还能够应用于以规定图案配置有粒状体的一次性穿着物品。

Claims (1)

1.一种一次性穿着物品,其具备:
吸收性主体,其构成为,在以规定的图案彼此划分出的多个配置区域中的各配置区域,吸液性的多个粒状体配置在根据所述图案在接合部彼此接合的两张透液性的无纺布之间;以及
非透液性的底层片材,其配置在所述吸收性主体的非肌肤面,
所述各配置区域分别是被所述接合部包围周围且不包含所述接合部的一个区域,
所述接合部是通过向所述两张无纺布赋予超声波能量而形成的超声波接合部,且具有如下接合强度:所述无纺布彼此不会因所述粒状体吸收体液而膨润时产生的力在所述接合部相互分离,其中,
所述一次性穿着物品配置有透液性的片材,该片材覆盖所述两张无纺布中的肌肤面侧的无纺布的整面,
在所述两张无纺布中的至少一方的无纺布的所述多个配置区域的至少一个以上的各配置区域中,呈线状且断续地形成有因所述粒状体吸收体液而膨润时产生的力进行破裂的易破裂部,
在所述一个以上的配置区域的各配置区域,所述易破裂部包括断续地形成于所述无纺布的多个孔、狭缝以及/或者切口,由此形成为所述线状。
