Abstract
【解決手段】低圧領域4と高圧領域6と燃料を低圧領域から高圧領域に輸送する高圧ポンプ2を有する高圧ポンプ装置3とを有する内燃機関のコモンレール燃料供給システムを運転する方法において、装置3とインジェクタ1の間の高圧領域に蓄圧システム7設け、装置3の輸送量は絞り弁13で調整できる。内燃機関の動作点により、ポンプ装置3の設定輸送量と、蓄圧システム7に関する設定圧力とが決定される。設定輸送量により、絞り弁13の位置に関する開ループ制御分が決定され、開ループ制御分で絞り弁13が作動する。蓄圧システム7内での設定圧力と実圧力の差に依存して、絞り弁13の第1の部分量に関して、絞り弁の位置に関する閉ループ制御分が決定され、閉ループ制御分で、絞り弁13の第2の部分量の絞り弁13又は絞り弁13は専ら開ループ制御分で作動する。

Claims (9)
- 内燃機関のコモンレール燃料供給システムを運転するための方法であって、
前記コモンレール燃料供給システムは、低圧領域(4)と、高圧領域(6)と、少なくとも2つの高圧ポンプ(2)を有する高圧ポンプ装置(3)と、を有しており、
前記高圧ポンプ装置を用いて、燃料が、前記コモンレール燃料供給システムの前記低圧領域(4)から、前記コモンレール燃料供給システムの前記高圧領域(6)に輸送可能であり、前記高圧ポンプ装置(3)と、シリンダに配設されたインジェクタ(1)との間における前記高圧領域(6)には、持続的に高圧下にある蓄圧システム(7)が設けられており、前記高圧ポンプ装置(3)の輸送量は、前記高圧ポンプ(2)の上流に配置された絞り弁(13)によって調整可能であり、
内燃機関の要求される動作点に依存して、一方では前記高圧ポンプ装置(3)の設定輸送量が、他方では高圧下にある前記蓄圧システム(7)に関する設定圧力が決定され、
前記高圧ポンプ装置(3)の設定輸送量に依存して、全ての前記絞り弁(13)に関して、前記絞り弁(13)それぞれの位置に関する開ループ制御分が決定され、前記開ループ制御分で、前記絞り弁(13)それぞれが作動し、
高圧下にある前記蓄圧システム(7)内での設定圧力と実圧力との差に依存して、前記絞り弁(13)の第1の部分量に関して、前記絞り弁(13)それぞれの位置に関する閉ループ制御分が決定され、前記閉ループ制御分で、前記開ループ制御分に加えて、前記絞り弁(13)の前記第1の部分量の前記絞り弁(13)それぞれが作動するのみであるが、これに対して、前記絞り弁(13)の第2の部分量の前記絞り弁(13)又は前記絞り弁(13)それぞれは、専ら前記開ループ制御分で作動する方法。 - 前記開ループ制御分及び前記閉ループ制御分で作動する前記絞り弁(13)の前記第1の部分量が、シリンダバンクごとに、ただ1つの絞り弁を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記開ループ制御分及び前記閉ループ制御分で作動する前記絞り弁(13)の前記第1の部分量の前記絞り弁(13)又は前記絞り弁(13)それぞれが、時間制御下で変更又は交換されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 所定の時間が経過した後に、前記開ループ制御分及び前記閉ループ制御分で作動する前記絞り弁(13)の前記第1の部分量の前記絞り弁(13)又は前記絞り弁(13)それぞれが、変更又は交換されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記開ループ制御分及び前記閉ループ制御分で作動する前記絞り弁(13)の部分量の前記絞り弁(13)又は前記絞り弁(13)それぞれが、事象制御下で変更又は交換されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記開ループ制御分及び前記閉ループ制御分で作動する前記絞り弁(13)の部分量の前記絞り弁(13)又は前記絞り弁(13)それぞれが、エンジンの始動に際して変更又は交換されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 内燃機関の要求される負荷に依存して、前記設定輸送量及び前記設定圧力が決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 内燃機関のコモンレール燃料供給システムを運転するための制御装置であって、
前記コモンレール燃料供給システムは、低圧領域(4)と、高圧領域(6)と、少なくとも2つの高圧ポンプ(2)を有する高圧ポンプ装置(3)と、を有しており、
前記高圧ポンプ装置を用いて、燃料が、前記コモンレール燃料供給システムの前記低圧領域(4)から、前記コモンレール燃料供給システムの前記高圧領域(6)に輸送可能であり、前記高圧ポンプ装置(3)と、シリンダに配設されたインジェクタ(1)との間における前記高圧領域(6)には、持続的に高圧下にある蓄圧システム(7)が設けられており、前記高圧ポンプ装置(3)の輸送量は、前記高圧ポンプ(2)の上流に配置された絞り弁(13)によって調整可能であり、
前記制御装置は、内燃機関の要求される動作点に依存して、一方では前記高圧ポンプ装置(3)の設定輸送量を、他方では高圧下にある前記蓄圧システム(7)に関する設定圧力を決定し、
前記制御装置は、前記高圧ポンプ装置(3)の設定輸送量に依存して、前記絞り弁(13)それぞれに関して、前記絞り弁(13)それぞれの位置に関する開ループ制御分を決定し、前記開ループ制御分で、前記制御装置は、前記絞り弁(13)それぞれを作動させ、
前記制御装置は、高圧下にある前記蓄圧システム(7)内での設定圧力と実圧力との差に依存して、前記絞り弁(13)の第1の部分量に関して、前記絞り弁(13)それぞれの位置に関する閉ループ制御分を決定し、前記制御装置は、前記閉ループ制御分で、前記開ループ制御分に加えて、前記絞り弁(13)の前記第1の部分量の前記絞り弁(13)それぞれを作動させるのみであるが、これに対して、前記制御装置は、前記絞り弁(13)の第2の部分量の前記絞り弁(13)又は前記絞り弁(13)それぞれを、専ら前記開ループ制御分で作動させる制御装置。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法を、制御側において実施するように構成されていることを特徴とする制御装置。
