Claims (4)
- 気筒列方向に並んで配列された複数の吸気ポートを有するシリンダヘッドと、
前記気筒列方向に延びるサージタンクと、前記サージタンクと複数の前記吸気ポートとを前記気筒列方向の配列順に連絡する複数の分岐管と、を有する吸気マニホールドと、
前記サージタンクの上流端に連結され、前記サージタンクに流入する空気の量を調整する吸気部品と、
前記吸気マニホールドの上方に配置され、前記気筒列方向に排気ガスが通過するEGRクーラと、
前記EGRクーラの排気ガス出口部に連結されるEGRバルブと、
前記EGRバルブから前記サージタンクに排気ガスを導くEGRパイプと、を備え、
前記サージタンクの上流端が、複数の前記吸気ポートのうち前記気筒列方向における端部に位置する外側吸気ポートの側方に配置され、
前記サージタンクの下流端が、複数の前記吸気ポートのうち前記気筒列方向における中央部に位置する内側吸気ポートの側方に配置される車両用エンジンであって、
複数の前記分岐管は、その上流端に対してその下流端が前記気筒列方向で前記吸気部品と反対側にオフセットするように湾曲する湾曲分岐管を少なくとも1つ含み、
前記EGRクーラは、前記吸気マニホールドにおける前記気筒列方向で前記湾曲分岐管より前記吸気部品側の箇所に固定され、
前記EGRバルブは、前記湾曲分岐管の上方に配置され、かつ、前記EGRパイプの上部に固定され、
前記EGRパイプは、前記湾曲分岐管の上面に沿って前記サージタンクの上面に延び、前記湾曲分岐管および前記サージタンクの上面に一体的に連結されていることを特徴とする車両用エンジン。 - 前記EGRバルブは、前記EGRパイプと連結するEGRバルブ側フランジ部を有し、
前記EGRパイプの上端には、上方に延びて前記EGRバルブ側フランジ部と連結するEGRパイプ側フランジ部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用エンジン。 - 前記吸気マニホールドは、複数の前記分岐管を複数の前記吸気ポートに連結するフランジ部を有し、前記湾曲分岐管の上面と前記フランジ部とを連結する連結リブが前記湾曲分岐管に形成され、
前記EGRパイプは、前記連結リブを介して前記フランジ部に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用エンジン。 - 前記EGRクーラは、ブラケットを介して前記サージタンクに固定され、
前記ブラケットは、前記サージタンクと前記シリンダヘッドとを連結していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両用エンジン。
