Claims (4)
- 積層ガラスユニットであって、

前記積層ガラスユニットの第4主要面は、複数の薄膜層を含む第1低放射率コーティングを支持し、
前記第1の低放射率コーティングは、前記第2ガラス基板から離れる順に、
屈折率が1.5〜2.1で厚さが50〜90nmの第1シリコンオキシ窒化物含有層と、
屈折率が1.7〜2.1で厚さが85〜125nmのITO含有層と、
屈折率が1.5〜2.1で厚さが50〜90nmの第2シリコンオキシ窒化物含有層と、を含み、
前記積層ガラスユニットの第2主要面及び/又は第3主要面は、第1及び第2ガラス基板の間に配置された第2低放射率コーティングを支持し、
前記第2低放射率コーティングは、前記第1ガラス基板及び/又は前記第2ガラス基板から離れる順に、
第1シリコン系層と、
第1誘電体層と、
第1部分及び第2部分を形成するように、チタニウム酸化物又はスズ酸化物を含む第3誘電体層によって分離された第2誘電体層と、
前記第2誘電体層の第2部分上に直接接触する金属性又は実質的に金属性の赤外線(IR)反射層と、
前記IR反射層上に直接接触する、Ni及び/又はCrの酸化物を含む上部接触層と、
第4誘電体層と、
第2シリコン系層と、
を含む複数の薄膜層を有する
積層ガラスユニット。 - 前記第1低放射率コーティングは、ジルコニウム酸化物を含むオーバーコート層を備える、
請求項1に記載の積層ガラスユニット。 - 親水性及び/または光触媒薄膜コーティングは、前記ジルコニウム酸化物上に設けられる、
請求項2に記載の積層ガラスユニット。 - 前記第2基板は、その上に蒸着された前記第1低放射率コーティングと共に熱処理される、
