Claims (20)

請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のIGユニット。 - 前記第2低放射率コーティングは、前記IGユニットのU値が0.30以下になるために十分な、SHGCを有する、
請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のIGユニット。 - 絶縁ガラスユニット(IGU)の製造方法であって、
第1ガラス基板を提供するステップと、
前記第1ガラス基板の第1主要面に、直接的に又は間接的に、前記第1ガラス基板から離れる順に、第1シリコンオキシ窒化物含有層と、ITO含有層と、第2シリコンオキシ窒化物含有層と、を含む複数の薄膜層を有する第1低放射率コーティングを蒸着するステップと、
前記第1ガラス基板から離れる順に、第1シリコン系層と、第1誘電体層と、第1部分及び第2部分を形成するように、チタニウム酸化物又はスズ酸化物を含む第3誘電体層によって分離された第2誘電体層と、前記第2誘電体層の前記第2部分上に直接接触する金属性又は実質的に金属性の赤外線(IR)反射層と、前記IR反射層上に直接接触する、Ni及び/又はCrの酸化物を含む上部接触層と、第4誘電体層と、第2シリコン系層と、を含む複数の薄膜層を有する第2低放射率コーティングを、前記第1ガラス基板の前記第1主要面に対向する前記第1ガラス基板の第2主要面上に、直接的に又は間接的に蒸着するステップと、
前記第1ガラス基板に対して実質的に平行に間隔をあけて配置された第2ガラス基板を、前記第1ガラス基板の第1主要面が、前記第2ガラス基板から遠い側に配置されるように提供するステップと、
を含み、
前記第1低放射率コーティングを含む前記第1ガラス基板は、熱処理後に半球放射率が0.20以下で、シート抵抗が20Ω/□以下である、
絶縁ガラスユニット(IGU)の製造方法。 - 前記第1誘電体層は、チタニウム酸化物又はチタニウム亜酸化物を含む高屈折率層である、
請求項13に記載の方法。 - 前記第3誘電体層及び前記第4誘電体層は、スズ酸化物を含む、
請求項13又は請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記第2誘電体層は、亜鉛酸化物を含む、
請求項13から請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第2誘電体層は複数の部分に分離され、前記複数の部分が互いに5%異なる厚さを有する、
請求項13から請求項16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1シリコン系層及び前記第2シリコン系層は各々シリコン窒化物を含み、前記第1誘電体層はチタニウム酸化物を含み、前記第2誘電体層は亜鉛酸化物を含み、前記第3誘電体層及び前記第4誘電体層は各々スズ酸化物を含み、前記IR反射層はAgを含む、
請求項13から請求項17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1ガラス基板は、その上に蒸着された前記第1低放射率コーティング及び/又は前記第2低放射率コーティングと共に熱処理される、
請求項13から請求項18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第2低放射率コーティングは、前記IGユニットのU値が0.30以下になるために十分なSHGCを有する、
