Claims (5)
- 磁石挿入孔に磁石を挿入した積層鉄心、又は外周側に磁石と外装部材を取り付けた積層鉄心を嵌合させて保持する嵌合凹部を有する第1金型と、
前記第1金型に係合し、前記第1金型とともに前記積層鉄心を型締めして封止する第2金型と、
前記第1金型又は前記第2金型に設けられ、成形機を用いて前記磁石挿入孔、又は前記外装部材と前記積層鉄心の間に樹脂材を注入する樹脂注入部と、
前記第1金型の嵌合凹部に嵌合した状態で、前記磁石を位置決め保持する磁石位置決め保持機構とを備える、ロータコアの製造装置。 - 前記磁石位置決め保持機構が、前記第1金型の前記嵌合凹部を形成する金型面から前記磁石の端部を離間した状態で、前記磁石を位置決め保持するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のロータコアの製造装置。
- 前記磁石位置決め保持機構が、前記第1金型の前記嵌合凹部を形成する金型面に前記磁石の端部を当接させて、前記磁石を位置決め保持するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のロータコアの製造装置。
- 前記磁石位置決め保持機構が、電磁石、永久磁石、機械的磁石押圧機構、エア吸引機構、エア押圧機構のいずれかを備える、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のロータコアの製造装置。
- 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のロータコアの製造装置を用い、前記磁石を前記磁石位置決め保持機構で位置決め保持した状態で、前記磁石挿入孔、又は前記外装部材と前記積層鉄心の間に樹脂材を注入する、ロータコアの製造方法。
