Claims (4)
- 磁石挿入孔に磁石を挿入した積層鉄心、又は外周側に磁石と外装部材を取り付けた積層鉄心を嵌合させて保持する嵌合凹部、及び前記積層鉄心の軸線方向に貫通形成された中心孔に嵌合する円柱状の芯棒を有する第1金型と、
前記第1金型に係合し、前記第1金型とともに前記積層鉄心を型締めして封止する第2金型と、
前記第1金型又は前記第2金型に設けられ、成形機を用いて前記磁石挿入孔、又は前記外装部材と前記積層鉄心の間に樹脂材を注入する樹脂注入部と、
軸線中心に前記芯棒を挿通する貫通孔を有し、前記積層鉄心の前記第1金型側の軸線方向一端部に前記貫通孔と前記中心孔とを連通させて着脱可能に取り付けられるガイド板とを備え、
前記ガイド板は、前記貫通孔の前記積層鉄心の一端部側の一面側の開口径が前記中心孔と略同径とされ、前記貫通孔の前記第1金型側の他面側の開口径が前記一面側の開口径よりも大とされている、ロータコアの製造装置。 - 前記ガイド板の貫通孔は、内面に、前記軸線方向の前記一面側から前記他面側に向かうに従い漸次径が大となる誘導面を備えて形成されている、請求項1に記載のロータコアの製造装置。
- 前記ガイド板の貫通孔は、前記他面側の周縁部を面取りして形成されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載のロータコアの製造装置。
- 磁石挿入孔に磁石を挿入した積層鉄心、又は外周側に磁石と外装部材を取り付けた積層鉄心の軸線方向一端部に、軸線中心に貫通孔を備えたガイド板を、前記貫通孔と前記積層鉄心の軸線方向に貫通形成された中心孔とを連通させて着脱可能に取り付けるガイド板取付工程と、
第1金型の嵌合凹部に、前記第1金型に設けられた円柱棒状の芯棒を前記ガイド板の貫通孔から前記積層鉄心の中心孔に挿通しつつ前記積層鉄心を嵌合して配設する第1金型取付工程と、
第2金型を前記第1金型に係合させ、前記第1金型とともに前記積層鉄心を型締めして封止する第2金型取付工程と、
前記第1金型又は前記第2金型に設けられた樹脂注入部を通じて前記磁石挿入孔、又は前記外装部材と前記積層鉄心の間に樹脂材を注入する樹脂注入工程とを備えており、
前記ガイド板は、前記貫通孔の前記積層鉄心の一端部側の一面側の開口径が前記中心孔と略同径とされ、前記貫通孔の前記第1金型側の他面側の開口径が前記一面側の開口径よりも大とされ、
前記第1金型取付工程では、前記貫通孔の内面の誘導面によって前記芯棒を案内させながら前記貫通孔に挿入する、ロータコアの製造方法。
