Description

Claims (29)
- 正電極集電体と、
負電極集電体と、
前記正電極集電体と前記負電極集電体との間に配置されたイオン透過膜であって、
前記正電極集電体から第1の距離の間隔をおいて配置され、少なくとも部分的に正の電気活性ゾーンを規定し、
前記負電極集電体から第2の距離の間隔をおいて配置され、少なくとも部分的に負の電気活性ゾーンを規定し、前記第2の距離が前記第1の距離より小さい、イオン透過膜と、
前記正の電気活性ゾーン内に配置され、非水液体電解質内に活物質と導電物質の懸濁を含む、半固体正極と、
前記負の電気活性ゾーン内に配置された負極と、

約700mAh/g〜約1200mAh/gの範囲内の容量と約30μm〜約600μmの範囲内の厚さを有する負極と、
前記負極と前記半固体正極との間に配置されたセパレータと、
を含む電気化学セル。 - 前記負極が、スズ、シリコン、アンチモン、アルミニウム、及び酸化チタンから選択されたリチウム合金形成化合物を含む、

請求項19記載の電気化学セル。 - 前記大容量負極物質が、スズ、シリコン、アンチモン、アルミニウム、及び酸化チタンから選択された少なくとも1つの大容量負極物質を含む、
請求項24記載の電気化学セル。 - 重量で約60%〜約80%の活物質と、重量で約1%〜約6%の導電物質と、重量で約20%〜約40%の非水液体電解質とを含む半固体正極であって、約250μm〜約2000μmの範囲内の厚さを有する半固体正極と、
高電荷容量物質を含み、約700mAh/g〜約1200mAh/gの範囲内の全体的な容量を有する負極であって、前記正極の前記厚さの約20%〜約25%の範囲内の厚さを有する負極と、
前記負極と前記半固体正極との間に配置されたセパレータと、
