Description

Claims (20)
- 約250μm~約2000μmの範囲内の厚さを有する半固体正極と、
約700mAh/g~約1200mAh/gの範囲内の容量を有し、約30μm~約600μmの範囲内の厚さを有し、前記半固体正極の厚さよりも少ない厚さを有する負極と、
前記負極と前記半固体正極との間に配置されたセパレータと、
を含み、
前記半固体正極は、重量で約60%~約80%の活物質と、重量で約1%~約6%の導電物質と、重量で約20%~約40%の非水液体電解質とを含み、
前記負極は、スズ、シリコン、アンチモン、アルミニウム、及び酸化チタンから選択される大容量活物質を含み、前記負極の厚さは、前記半固体正極の厚さの約20~25%の範囲内の厚さを有し、
前記半固体正極中の前記活物質は、LiCoO2、LiNiO2、LiMnO2、Li(Ni,Co,Al)O2、Li(Ni,Mn,Co)O2、LiMn2O4、LiMPO4(ここでMは、Mn、Fe、Co、及びNiのうちの1以上を含み)、V2O5、FeF2、FeF3、BiF3、CoF2、硫黄含有酸化物、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、及びポリチオフェンのうちの1以上を含む、

請求項1記載の電気化学セル。 - 前記半固体負極中の前記非水液体電解質が非多孔質かつ非水液体電解質である、
請求項3記載の電気化学セル。 - 負極と、
液体電解質内に活物質と導電物質を含む半固体正極と、
前記負極と前記半固体正極との間に配置されたセパレータと、
を含み、
前記半固体正極の半固体厚さが前記負極の厚さの少なくとも約2倍であり、
前記半固体正極中の前記活物質は、LiCoO2、LiNiO2、LiMnO2、Li(Ni,Co,Al)O2、Li(Ni,Mn,Co)O2、LiMn2O4、LiMPO4(ここでMは、Mn、Fe、Co、及びNiのうちの1以上を含み)、V2O5、FeF2、FeF3、BiF3、CoF2、硫黄含有酸化物、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、及びポリチオフェンのうちの1以上を含み、

請求項7記載の電気化学セル。 - 前記負極が、体積で約50%~約75%の炭素質活物質と、体積で約1%~約10%の高容量負極物質と、体積で約0.5%~約2%の導電物質と、体積で約20%~約40%の非水液体電解質を含む半固体負極である、
請求項5記載の電気化学セル。 - 前記高容量負極物質が、スズ、スズ合金、シリコン、シリコン合金、アンチモン、アルミニウム、及び酸化チタンのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項9記載の電気化学セル。 - ある厚さを有し、重量で約60%~約80%の活物質と、重量で約1%~約6%の導電物質と、重量で約20%~約40%の非水液体電解質とを含む半固体正極と、
スズ、シリコン、アンチモン、アルミニウム、及び酸化チタンから選択される高容量物質を含み、約700mAh/g~約1200mAh/gの範囲内の全体容量を有し、前記半固体正極の厚さの約20%~約25%の範囲内の厚さを有する負極と、
前記負極と前記半固体正極との間に配置されたセパレータと、
を含み、
前記半固体正極中の前記活物質は、LiCoO2、LiNiO2、LiMnO2、Li(Ni,Co,Al)O2、Li(Ni,Mn,Co)O2、LiMn2O4、LiMPO4(ここでMは、Mn、Fe、Co、及びNiのうちの1以上を含み)、V2O5、FeF2、FeF3、BiF3、CoF2、硫黄含有酸化物、ポリアニリン、ポリピロール、及びポリチオフェンのうちの1以上を含む、

請求項11記載の電気化学セル。 - 非水液体電解質中に、活物質と、導電物質を含み、約150mAh/g~約200mAh/gの容量を有する半固体正極と、
700mAh/g~約1200mAh/gの範囲内の容量を有し、30μm~600μmの範囲内の厚さを有する負極と、
前記負極と前記半固体正極との間に配置されたセパレータと、
を含み、
前記半固体正極が、前記負極の厚さの少なくとも約2倍の厚さを有し、
