Abstract
Description
a)ポリエステルを含む少なくとも1つのポリマー、および炭酸カルシウムを含む少なくとも1つの充填材の混合物を提供するステップと、
b)混合物を繊維、フィラメントおよび/またはフィルム状のフィラメント構造体に成形するステップと、
c)繊維、フィラメントおよび/またはフィルム状のフィラメント構造体から不織布を形成するステップと
を含む、不織布を製造するための工程を提供する。
本発明の不織布は、ポリエステルを含む少なくとも1つのポリマーを含む。
本発明によれば、不織布は、炭酸カルシウムを含む少なくとも1つの充填材を含む。少なくとも1つの充填材は、少なくとも1つのポリマー内に分散している。
不織布は、繊維、フィラメントおよび/またはフィルム状のフィラメント構造体の層またはネットワークを絡み合わせることにより製造される平坦で柔軟な多孔質シート構造体である。
以下において、実施例で用いた測定方法および材料を説明する。
炭酸カルシウム充填材の粒子分布は、Micromeritics社(米国)製Sedigraph5120を用いて測定した。方法および測定器は当業者に周知であり、充填材および顔料の粒度を求めるために一般に用いられる。測定は、0.1重量%のNa4P2O7を含む水溶液中で行った。サンプルは、高速撹拌機および超音波を用いて分散させた。
固有粘度またはIVは、ポリマーの分子質量の測定値であり、希薄溶液粘度測定により測定される。全てのIVは、ウベローデ型キャピラリー粘度計内で、ASTM D4603に従って重量比60/40のフェノール/テトラクロロエタン溶液中、25℃で測定した。通常、約8から10個のチップを溶解させて、約0.5%の濃度の溶液を作製した。
引張試験はISO527−3にしたがい、1 BA(1:2)試験サンプルを用いて50mm/minの速度で行った。引張試験を通じて測定した特性は、ポリマーまたはポリマー組成物の降伏応力、破断−ひずみ、破断−応力およびe−弾性率である。
シャルピー衝撃試験は、ISO179−2:1997(E)にしたがい、50×6×6mmのサイズのノッチ付きおよびノッチなし試験サンプルを用いて行った。
ポリマー1:Lighter S98 PET(Equipolymers GmbH(ドイツ)から市販されている。)
固有粘度:0.85±0.02;Tg:78℃;Tm:247℃;結晶度:最低50
ポリマー2:Lighter C93 PET(Equipolymers GmbH(ドイツ)から市販されている。)
固有粘度:0.80±0.02;Tg:78℃;Tm:247℃;結晶度:最低50。
充填材:Omyafilm 707−OG(粉砕された炭酸カルシウム)(Omya AG(スイス)から市販されている。)
粒径d50:1.6μm;トップカットd98:6μm
ポリマー1のみを含む試験サンプル、ならびに組成物の全重量に基づいて、90重量%のポリマー1および10重量%の充填材の組成物を調製した。
ポリマー2のみを含む試験サンプル、ならびに組成物の全重量に基づいて、90重量%のポリマー2および10重量%の充填材の組成物、および80重量%のポリマー2および20重量%の充填材の組成物を調製した。
Claims (15)
- ポリエステルを含む少なくとも1つのポリマー、および炭酸カルシウムを含む少なくとも1つの充填材を含む不織布。
- 前記ポリエステルが、ポリグリコール酸、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリエチレンアジペート、ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート、ポリヒドロキシブチレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリ乳酸またはこの混合物またはこのコポリマーからなる群から選択され、好ましくは、前記ポリエステルがポリエチレンテレフタレートである請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 前記ポリエステルが、5000から100000g/mol、好ましくは10000から50000g/mol、より好ましくは15000から20000g/molの数平均分子量を有する請求項1または2に記載の不織布。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムが、粉砕された炭酸カルシウム、沈降炭酸カルシウム、改質炭酸カルシウム、表面処理された炭酸カルシウムまたはこの混合物、好ましくは表面処理された炭酸カルシウムである請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムが、0.1から3μm、好ましくは0.4から2.5μm、より好ましくは1.0から2.3μm、最も好ましくは1.2から1.8μmの平均粒径d50を有する請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムが、1から10μm、好ましくは5から8μm、より好ましくは4から7μm、最も好ましくは6から7μmのトップカット粒径d98を有する請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムが、前記不織布内に、前記不織布の全重量に基づいて、0.1から50重量%、好ましくは0.2から40重量%、より好ましくは1から35重量%の量で存在する請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- a)ポリエステルを含む少なくとも1つのポリマー、および炭酸カルシウムを含む少なくとも1つの充填材の混合物を提供するステップと、
b)前記混合物を繊維、フィラメントおよび/またはフィルム状のフィラメント構造体に成形するステップと、
c)前記繊維、フィラメントおよび/またはフィルム状のフィラメント構造体から不織布を形成するステップと
を含む不織布を製造するための工程。 - ステップb)において、前記混合物が、好ましくは押出工程によって、より好ましくはメルトブロー工程、スパンボンド工程またはこの組み合わせによって繊維に成形される請求項8に記載の工程。
- 前記不織布が、前記繊維を表面またはキャリヤー上に集めることによって形成される請求項9に記載の工程。
- ステップb)およびc)が、多層不織布、好ましくはスパンボンド−メルトブロー−スパンボンド(SMS)、メルトブロー−スパンボンド−メルトブロー(MSM)、スパンボンド−メルトブロー−スパンボンド−メルトブロー(SMSM)、メルトブロー−スパンボンド−メルトブロー−スパンボンド(MSMS)、スパンボンド−メルトブロー−メルトブロー−スパンボンド(SMMS)またはメルトブロー−スパンボンド−スパンボンド−メルトブロー(MSSM)の不織布を製造するために2回以上繰り返される請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- ポリエステルを含む少なくとも1つのポリマーを含む不織布内での充填材としての炭酸カルシウムの使用。
- 前記繊維が、ポリエステルを含む少なくとも1つのポリマー、および炭酸カルシウムを含む少なくとも1つの充填材を含む不織布の製造のための繊維の使用。
- 建造物、防水材、断熱材、防音材、屋根材、消費者向けアパレル、室内装飾産業および衣料産業、工業用アパレル、医療用品、家庭用備品、防護用品、梱包材料、化粧品、衛生用品または濾材における請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の不織布の使用。
- 建造物、消費者向けアパレル、工業用アパレル、医療用品、家庭用備品、防護用品、梱包材料、化粧品、衛生用品または濾材から選択される請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の不織布を含む物品。
