Claims (4)
- コンプレッサインペラを収容するコンプレッサハウジングと、
タービンホイールを収容するタービンハウジングと、
前記コンプレッサハウジングと前記タービンハウジングとの間において、前記コンプレッサインペラと前記タービンホイールとを連結するシャフト、および、前記シャフトを受けるベアリングを収容するベアリングハウジングと、
前記タービンハウジング内に配置されており、排ガスの排気流路の流路面積の大きさを調整可能な可変ノズルユニットと、
前記可変ノズルユニットを前記タービンハウジング内に固定する固定部材と、を備え、
前記可変ノズルユニットは、
円環状に形成された第1プレートと、
前記第1プレートよりも前記ベアリングハウジングに近い位置でかつ前記第1プレートと対向する位置に配置されており、円環状に形成された第2プレートであって、前記第1プレートと前記第2プレートとの間に前記排気流路を形成する前記第2プレートと、
前記第1プレートおよび前記第2プレート間に配置されており、前記排気流路の流路面積の大きさを変更する複数のノズルベーンと、
前記複数のノズルベーンの各ノズルベーンの姿勢を変更する姿勢変更機構と、を有し、
前記固定部材は、
前記第1プレートおよび前記第2プレートの少なくとも一方のプレートに係合する係合部と、
前記係合部に接続されており、前記コンプレッサハウジングに向かって前記ベアリングハウジングを貫通するように延びる形状を有する貫通軸部と、
前記貫通軸部における前記コンプレッサハウジング側の端部を前記ベアリングハウジングに固定する固定部と、を有する、ターボチャージャ。 - 前記第2プレートには、前記貫通軸部を挿通させる第2挿通孔が設けられており、
前記貫通軸部は、前記第2挿通孔に挿通されており、
前記係合部は、前記第1プレートに係合している、請求項1に記載のターボチャージャ。 - 前記貫通軸部は、前記第2挿通孔に圧入されている、請求項2に記載のターボチャージャ。
- 前記貫通軸部は、
前記タービンハウジング内に配置された第1軸部と、
前記ベアリングハウジング内に配置された第2軸部と、を有し、
前記第2軸部は、前記第1軸部の径よりも小さな径を有する小径部を含む、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のターボチャージャ。
