Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の耐洪水塀を備えた耐水害建物の一実施形態を概念的に示した図である。本発明は既存の建物にも新築の建物にも適用可能であるが、図1の実施形態は建物1として既存の集合住宅を想定しており、水害に対するリノベーション工法において、建物1の周囲の敷地内に、建物1のほぼ全周を取り囲む形で、後から耐洪水塀2を構築する場合である。
図3は、その開口部3を閉塞するための開口部閉塞手段の一例を示したものである。
Claims (11)
- 建物の周囲に、該建物と間隔をおいて、常時の出入口としての開口部を除く建物のほぼ全周を取り巻く形で水密性を有する耐洪水塀が構築されており、前記耐洪水塀は想定浸水深以上の高さを有し、想定浸水深以上の水圧に抵抗可能な耐力を有する塀であり、前記開口部には浸水時に該開口部を水密に閉塞する開口部閉塞手段が設けられていることを特徴とする耐洪水塀を備えた耐水害建物。
- 請求項1記載の耐洪水塀において、前記耐洪水塀は水密コンクリートを主体として形成されていることを特徴とする耐洪水塀を備えた耐水害建物。
- 請求項1または2記載の耐洪水塀において、前記耐洪水塀には水密性の窓が複数設けられていることを特徴とする耐洪水塀を備えた耐水害建物。
- 請求項1、2または3記載の耐洪水塀において、前記耐洪水塀の表面には装飾が施されていることを特徴とする耐洪水塀を備えた耐水害建物。
- 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の耐洪水塀を備えた耐水害建物において、前記開口部閉塞手段は、前記開口部の両側に設置されたガイド溝を有する支柱と、両端が前記ガイド溝に嵌合する上下方向複数枚の止水パネルと、前記ガイド溝と前記止水パネルの間および前記止水パネル間に介在させた止水材とを備えるものであることを特徴とする耐洪水塀を備えた耐水害建物。
- 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の耐洪水塀を備えた耐水害建物において、前記開口部閉塞手段は、上下方向または水平方向に摺動して前記開口部を閉塞する止水シャッターであることを特徴とする耐洪水塀を備えた耐水害建物。
- 請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の耐洪水塀を備えた耐水害建物において、前記建物が既存の建物であり、前記耐洪水塀が敷地内に前記建物と所定間隔をおいて後から構築されたものであることを特徴とする耐洪水塀を備えた耐水害建物。
- 既存の建物の周囲に、該建物と間隔をおいて、常時の出入口としての開口部を除く建物のほぼ全周を取り巻く形で水密性を有する耐洪水塀を構築し、前記開口部には浸水時に該開口部を水密に閉塞する開口部閉塞手段を設ける建物の耐水害リノベーション工法であって、前記耐洪水塀として想定浸水深以上の高さを有し、想定浸水深以上の水圧に抵抗可能な耐力を有する塀を構築することを特徴とする建物の耐水害リノベーション工法。
- 請求項8記載の建物の耐水害リノベーション工法において、前記建物の地下または敷地内または屋上部分に、災害時の上水供給用の受水槽を設置することを特徴とする建物の耐水害リノベーション工法。
- 請求項8または9記載の建物の耐水害リノベーション工法において、前記建物の屋上に災害時用の非常用発電機を設置することを特徴とする建物の耐水害リノベーション工法。
- 請求項8、9または10記載の建物の耐水害リノベーション工法において、前記建物の地下または敷地内に災害時用の汚水槽を設置することを特徴とする建物の耐水害リノベーション工法。
