Abstract
Description
入力軸に設けられる太陽歯車と、太陽歯車の外周側に噛合される遊星歯車と、遊星歯車の外周側で噛合される内歯車と、出力軸に連結され遊星歯車を回転自在に支持すると共に遊星歯車の公転に伴って一体的に回転しヒステリシス材から形成されるキャリアとを含んだ遊星歯車機構と、
内歯車とキャリアとの間で軸方向へのスラスト力を発生させる抵抗手段と、
出力軸に対する出力負荷の変化に伴って内歯車がスラスト力によって軸方向に移動した際に、内歯車の回転を規制する制動手段と、
を備え、
太陽歯車、遊星歯車及び内歯車がそれぞれはすば歯車であり、抵抗手段は、内歯車とキャリアとの間に設けられたマグネットである。

Claims (6)
- 入力軸へ入力される回転駆動力を所定の減速比で自動的に切り換えて出力軸から出力可能な減速比自動切換装置であって、
前記入力軸に設けられる太陽歯車と、該太陽歯車の外周側に噛合される遊星歯車と、該遊星歯車の外周側で噛合される内歯車と、前記出力軸に連結され前記遊星歯車を回転自在に支持すると共に該遊星歯車の公転に伴って一体的に回転しヒステリシス材から形成されるキャリアとを含んだ遊星歯車機構と、
前記内歯車と前記キャリアとの間で軸方向へのスラスト力を発生させる抵抗手段と、
前記出力軸に対する出力負荷の変化に伴って前記内歯車が前記スラスト力によって前記軸方向に移動した際に、該内歯車の回転を規制する制動手段と、
を備え、
前記太陽歯車、前記遊星歯車及び前記内歯車がそれぞれはすば歯車であり、前記抵抗手段は、前記内歯車と前記キャリアとの間に設けられたマグネットである、減速比自動切換装置。 - 請求項1記載の減速比自動切換装置において、
前記マグネットは、前記キャリアに臨む前記内歯車の内周面に装着され、該キャリアとの間にクリアランスを有している、減速比自動切換装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の減速比自動切換装置において、
前記マグネットは、前記内歯車の周方向に沿って異なる極を有した多極の永久磁石から構成される、減速比自動切換装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の減速比自動切換装置において、
前記マグネットは、前記内歯車の軸方向において前記遊星歯車に噛合する内歯に隣接するように設けられる、減速比自動切換装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の減速比自動切換装置において、
前記キャリアは、半硬質磁性材料から形成される、減速比自動切換装置。 - 請求項1記載の減速比自動切換装置において、
前記制動手段は、前記遊星歯車機構を収装するハウジングに設けられたロック部と、
前記内歯車の軸方向に沿った端部に設けられた内歯車クラッチと、
から構成され、
前記内歯車クラッチが前記ロック部に対して係合されることで前記内歯車の回転が規制されロックされる、減速比自動切換装置。
