- 第1樹脂(23)が含浸している繊維シート(21)が複数枚重ねられてなる複合シート(20)の裏面(20B)に第2樹脂(30,35)が重ねられて、それら複合シート(20)と第2樹脂(35)とが加熱された成形金型(80)にて加圧され、前記複合シート(20)の側方まで広がる前記第2樹脂(30,35)製の樹脂層(30)の表面の一部に前記複合シート(20)が埋設された構造の樹脂成形品(10)が製造される製造方法であって、
複数の前記繊維シート(21)のうち前記複合シート(20)の最も表面(20A)側に位置する第1の繊維シート(21A)が、他の繊維シート(21B,21C)よりも大きくかつ前記他の繊維シート(21B,21C)の全体を前記表面(20A)側から覆った状態に前記複合シート(20)が形成されて前記成形金型(80)内に配置される樹脂成形品(10)の製造方法。 - 前記複合シート(20)は、複数の前記繊維シート(21)が前記第1樹脂(23)にて一体に固定されかつ、前記複合シート(20)の表面(20A)が裏面(20B)より広くなるように前記複合シート(20)の側面の略全体が前記表面(20A)及び前記裏面(20B)に対して傾斜した構造にされてから、前記成形金型(80)内に配置される請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品(10)の製造方法。

- 前記繊維シート(21)を下に向け、車両(100)のエンジン(90)の下面を覆った状態に固定するための固定部(11)を備えた状態に成形される請求項1乃至5の何れか1の請求項に記載の樹脂成形品(10)の製造方法。
- 第1樹脂(23)が含浸している繊維シート(21)が複数枚重ねられてなる複合シート(20)が、その複合シート(20)の側方まで広がる第2樹脂(30,35)の樹脂層(30)の表面の一部に埋設されている樹脂成形品(10)であって、
複数の前記繊維シート(21)のうち前記複合シート(20)の最も表面(20A)側に位置する第1の繊維シート(21A)が、他の繊維シート(21B,21C)よりも大きい樹脂成形品(10)。 - 前記複合シート(20)を下に向け、車両(100)のエンジン(90)の下面を覆った状態に固定するための固定部(11)を有する請求項7に記載の樹脂成形品(10)。
- 前記樹脂成形品(10)の表面(10A)のうち前記複合シート(20)の外縁の境界線に沿って延び、その境界線を含む帯状領域にシボを成形してなるシボ形成部を有する請求項7又は8に記載の樹脂成形品(10)。
