Abstract
Description
図1に示されるスポイラ10は、リアウイングスポイラとも称され、整流用として車両後部12に設けられ、バックドアパネル14の上端部に車両幅方向に沿って配設されている。スポイラ10は、車両上方側から見た場合に前端部がルーフパネル16の後端部に沿うように車両幅方向に延在され、後端部が車両後方側に凸となるように形成されている。スポイラ10の側面には、その中央領域(所定領域)に周囲とは意匠が異なる特徴意匠面10Sが設けられている。

なお、図1及び図4に示される上記実施形態及びその変形例では、樹脂に含まれる強化用の繊維として炭素繊維が用いられているが、炭素繊維に代えて、例えばアラミド繊維、セルロース繊維、ナイロン繊維、ビニロン繊維、ポリエステル繊維、ポリオレフィン繊維、レーヨン繊維等の樹脂繊維、ガラス繊維、金属繊維等のような公知の各種繊維が用いられてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 所定領域に設けられて周囲とは意匠が異なる特徴意匠面を含むその特徴意匠面側の端部を構成する第一構成部と、
前記第一構成部に対して前記特徴意匠面側とは反対側に配置される部位を含んで前記第一構成部と一体に設けられた第二構成部と、
を有し、
前記第一構成部は、
前記特徴意匠面の中央部側で第一の模様を構成すると共に、前記特徴意匠面に対向する側から見て前記第一の模様の一部を構成して一方向に配向された繊維を含む樹脂で構成された第一模様部と、
前記特徴意匠面の外周部側で第二の模様を構成して前記第一模様部の外周側に配置されると共に、前記特徴意匠面に対向する側から見て前記第二の模様の一部を構成して前記一方向とは異なる方向に配向された繊維を含む樹脂で構成された第二模様部と、
を備えており、
前記第二構成部は、前記第一構成部に含まれる繊維とは繊維幅が異なる繊維を含む樹脂で構成されており、前記第二構成部において前記第一構成部と重なる部位に含まれる繊維の一部は、前記第一構成部の樹脂を通して透視されるように設定されている、樹脂構造体。 - 前記第二構成部に含まれる繊維は、前記第一構成部に含まれる繊維よりも繊維幅が広く設定されている、請求項1記載の樹脂構造体。
- 前記特徴意匠面に対向する側から見て前記第一模様部の繊維の配向方向と前記第二模様部の繊維の配向方向とが互いに直交する方向に設定されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の樹脂構造体。
