背景技术
已知有一种关于包含纤维的树脂结构体的技术(参照日本特开2014-69390号公报以及日本特开平5-38798号公报)。例如,在日本特开2014-69390号公报中,公开了一种关于在纤维质薄片之上层压有树脂层并且进一步在表面上具有浮雕凹凸图案的层压薄片的技术。
但是,在上述技术中并没有考虑到活用层压薄片中的纤维而对从外观设计面侧可见的图案赋予纵深感这一点,在这一点上还有改善的余地。
发明内容
本发明考虑到上述的事实,其目的在于,提供一种能够活用树脂中所包含的纤维而对从外观设计面侧可见的图案赋予纵深感的树脂结构体。

在本方式中,也可以采用如下方式,即,在从与所述特征外观设计面对置的一侧观察时,所述第一图案部的纤维的取向方向与所述第二图案部的纤维的取向方向被设定为相互正交的方向。
根据上述结构,通过在从面向特征外观设计面的一侧观察时使第一图案部以及第二图案部的各纤维的取向方向相互正交,从而进一步对从特征外观设计面侧可见的图案赋予了纵深感。
如上所述,根据本发明的树脂结构体,能够活用树脂中所包含的纤维而对从特征外观设计面侧可见的图案赋予纵深感。

具体实施方式
对一种实施方式所涉及的树脂结构体利用图1~图3B而进行说明。图1为表示作为实施方式所涉及的树脂结构体的扰流板10的一部分的立体图。并且,在图1中,箭头FR表示车辆前方侧,箭头UP表示车辆上方侧,箭头IN表示车辆宽度方向内侧。
扰流板的结构
如图1所示的扰流板10也被称为后翼扰流板,其作为整流用而被设置于车辆后部12处,并且沿着车辆宽度方向而被配置于后尾门面板14的上端部处。扰流板10被形成为,在从车辆上方侧观察时前端部以沿着车顶板16的后端部的方式而在车辆宽度方向上延伸,后端部向车辆后方侧凸起。在扰流板10的侧面上,于其中央区域(预定区域)内设置有外观设计与周围不同的特征外观设计面10S。
扰流板10具有:第一构成部20,其构成扰流板10的包含特征外观设计面10S的该特征外观设计面10S侧的端部,以及第二构成部30,其包含相对于第一构成部20被配置在特征外观设计面10S侧的相反侧的部位并且与第一构成部20一体地设置。
第一构成部20具备在特征外观设计面10S的中央部侧构成标识部分的图案(第一图案)的第一图案部22。第一图案部22被形成为预定的标识的形状(在实施方式中为字母“F”的艺术化形状)。此外,第一图案部22由包含纤维22F的树脂而构成,纤维22F在从与特征外观设计面10S对置的一侧观察时构成标识部分的图案(第一图案)的一部分并且被取向于一个方向(在本实施方式中为朝向车辆后方侧而向车辆下方侧倾斜的方向)上。
此外,第一构成部20具备在特征外观设计面10S的外周部侧构成标识周边图案(第二图案)并且被配置于第一图案部22的外周侧的第二图案部24、26。第二图案部24被配置在第一图案部22的车辆前方侧(标识左侧),第二图案部26以包围第一图案部22以及第二图案部24的方式而配置。第二图案部24、26由包含纤维24F、26F的树脂而构成,纤维24F、26F在从与特征外观设计面10S对置的一侧观察时构成标识周边图案(第二图案)的一部分并且被取向于与第一图案部22的纤维22F的取向方向(所述一个方向)不同的方向上。具体而言,纤维24F被取向于朝向车辆后方侧而向车辆上方侧倾斜的方向上,纤维26F被取向于车辆前后方向上。
在实施方式中,第一构成部20中所包含的纤维22F、24F、26F作为一个示例而应用了3K斜纹编织的纤维(即,通过加捻3000根碳纤维丝而形成的产品)。
第二构成部30构成了扰流板10的大部分,且具有与第一构成部20重叠的部位32(参照附图中由双点划线所包围的部分)、以及与第一构成部20不重叠的部位34。在第二构成部30中,不与第一构成部20重叠的部位34具备被配置于第一构成部20的外周侧的部位34X、以及与被配置于第一构成部20的外周侧的部位34X重叠的部位34Y。此外,第二构成部30中的被配置于第一构成部20的外周侧的部位34X的表面与第一构成部20的表面对齐。
第二构成部30由包含纤维30F的树脂而构成,纤维30F与第一构成部20中所包含的纤维22F、24F、26F的纤维宽度不同。纤维30F作为一个示例而被取向于朝向车辆后方侧而向车辆下方侧倾斜的方向上。并且,在图1中,为了使附图易于观察,省略了对从扰流板10的上表面30U侧观察到纤维30F的图示。在实施方式中,第二构成部30所包含的纤维30F与第一构成部20所包含的纤维22F、24F、26F相比,纤维宽度被设定得较大。第二构成部30所包含的纤维30F作为一个示例而应用了12K斜纹编织的纤维(即,通过加捻12000根碳纤维丝形成的产品)。
构成第一构成部20的树脂以及构成第二构成部30的树脂应用了具有透光性材质的树脂,在第二构成部30中与第一构成部20重叠的部位32所包含的纤维30F的一部分被设定为,能够穿过第一构成部20的树脂而被透视观察到。并且,在图1中,为了防止附图难以观察,从而省略了纤维30F的一部分被透视了的状态的图示。因此,如进行补充说明,则与第一构成部20的外周侧邻接且可见的直线状的纤维30F被设定为,在第一构成部20的背后侧(车辆宽度方向内侧)也延伸成直线状,并且从第一构成部20的树脂的背后侧可见。
扰流板的制造方法
接下来,参照图2A~2D以及图3A~3B,对如图1所示的扰流板10的制造方法进行说明。
首先,如图2A~图2C所示,从设为3K斜纹编织的纤维和热固性树脂树脂的复合材料的纤维强化树脂制的预浸料的薄片40A、40B、40C中,以成为第一图案部22以及第二图案部24、26(均参照图1)的各形状的方式而切割出部件22P、24P、26P。此时,使相对于各形状的纤维22F、24F、26F的取向方向与图1所示的制造后的车辆的侧面观察时的第一构成部20的纤维22F、24F、26F的取向方向一致,并如图2A~图2C所示的方式而切割出部件22P、24P、26P。如图2D所示,当对三个部件22P、24P、26P进行排列时,则成为形成第一构成部20(参照图1)的原型的集合体20P。
此外,虽然省略了图示,但从设为12K斜纹编织的纤维和热固性树脂树脂的复合材料的纤维强化树脂制的预浸料的薄片中,切割出多个用于形成第二构成部30(参照图1)的部件30P(参照图3A~3B)。此时,也使纤维30F相对于图3B所示的部件30P的形状的取向方向与图1所示的制造后的车辆的侧面观察时的第二构成部30的纤维30F的取向方向一致,而切割出如图3A~3B所示的部件30P。
接下来,如图3A所示,在模座42(或者模具)上装载成为第一构成部20(参照图1)的原型的集合体20P,并从其上以层压的方式而装载用于形成第二构成部30(参照图1)的多个部件30P。并且,在图3A中,为了使附图易于观察,将集合体20P和部件30P隔开间隔而进行图示,并且对于相互邻接的部件30P之间也隔开间隔而进行图示。根据扰流板10的长度方向而层压相当数量的部件30P。此外,图3A的集合体20P的截面相当于沿着图3B的3A-3A线的截面。
在如图3A所示而层压了集合体20P以及多个部件30P之后,通过进行真空热压,且进一步实施固化,从而使部件22P、24P、26P、30P被粘合以及硬化。通过以上方式,从而获得了如图1所示的扰流板10。
并且,当然,制造树脂结构体时的部件的层压数会根据所制造的树脂结构体的大小而发生变化。
作用以及效果
接下来,对上述实施方式的作用以及效果进行说明。
如图1所示,在构成扰流板10的包含特征外观设计面10S的特征外观设计面10S侧的端部的第一构成部20中,第一图案部22的纤维22F的取向方向和第二图案部24、26的纤维24F、26F的取向方向不同,这些纤维22F、24F、26F构成了图案的一部分。此外,在包含了相对于第一构成部20被配置在特征外观设计面10S侧的相反侧的部位的第二构成部30中所包含的纤维30F与第一构成部20中所包含的纤维22F、24F、26F的纤维宽度不同,在第二构成部30中与第一构成部20重叠的部位32所包含的纤维30F的一部分被设定为,能够穿过第一构成部20的树脂而被透视观察到。由此,能够实现对从特征外观设计面10S侧可见的图案赋予纵深感的、更有质感的图案。
如以上所说明的那样,根据作为实施方式的树脂结构体的扰流板10,能够活用树脂中所包含的纤维22F、24F、26F、30F而对从特征外观设计面10S侧可见的图案赋予纵深感。如进行补充说明,则在实施方式中,由于被形成在标识的形状中的第一图案部22立体可见从而美观度较好,因而提高了扰流板10的商品价值。
此外,由于实施方式的扰流板10的侧面是平坦的,不会产生例如使用电镀或树脂等而后期附加了分体的标识部分的对比结构的这种凹凸,因此在空气动力学方面与所述对比结构相比较为有利。此外,在实施方式中,由于在构成特征外观设计面10S的第一构成部20中包含有纤维22F、24F、26F,因此与例如所述对比结构的分体的标识部分不包含纤维的情况相比,在刚性方面较为有利。
此外,在实施方式中,由于不需要像所述对比结构那样进行后期附加,而是能够也包含标识部分在内而进行一体成型,从而还能够抑制成本。
此外,在实施方式中,第二构成部30所包含的纤维30F与第一构成部20所包含的纤维22F、24F、26F相比,纤维宽度被设定得较大。因此,能够在通过第一构成部20所包含的纤维22F、24F、26F而表现纤细的图案的同时,通过第二构成部30所包含的纤维30F而进一步提高扰流板10的刚性。
实施方式的改变例
接下来,参照图4,对上述实施方式的改变例进行说明。在图4中图示了作为改变例所涉及的树脂结构体的扰流板50的侧面。在扰流板50的侧面上,于其中央区域(预定区域)内设置有与周围的外观设计不同的特征外观设计面50S。该改变例替代上述实施方式中的第二图案部24(参照图1)而设置有第二图案部54,在这一点上与上述实施方式不同。该改变例中的第二图案部54所包含的纤维54F的取向方向与上述实施方式的如图1所示的第二图案部24所包含的纤维24F的取向方向有少许不同。图4所示的第二图案部54与上述实施方式的第二图案部24(参照图1)在其他点上被设为相同的结构。此外,在该改变例中,具备第一图案部22以及第二图案部26、54的第一构成部52除了上述这一点以外,被设为与上述实施方式的第一构成部20(参照图1)相同的结构。
在下文的记述中,对于与如图1所示的上述实施方式实质上相同的构成部分添加相同的符号并省略说明。此外,在图4中,为了防止附图难以观察,而与图1同样地省略了纤维30F的一部分能够穿过第一构成部52的树脂而被透视的状态的图示。
如图4所示,在从与特征外观设计面50S对置的一侧观察时,第一图案部22的纤维22F的取向方向与第二图案部54的纤维54F的取向方向被设定为相互正交的方向。因此,在此改变例中,对从特征外观设计面50S侧可见的图案进一步赋予了纵深感,从而第一图案部22的图中左侧以上浮一层(换而言之图案以立体)的方式而被观察到。
实施方式的补充说明
并且,虽然如图1以及图4所示的上述实施方式以及其改变例中,作为树脂所包含的强化用纤维而使用了碳纤维,但是也可以替代碳纤维而使用公知的各种纤维,例如,芳纶纤维、纤维素纤维、尼龙纤维、维尼纶纤维、涤纶纤维、聚烯烃纤维、人造丝纤维等的树脂纤维、玻璃纤维、金属纤维等。
此外,虽然在如图1以及图4所示的上述实施方式以及其改变例中,构成扰流板10、50的树脂被设为热硬化性树脂,但是构成树脂结构体的树脂也可以设为热塑性树脂。
此外,虽然在如图1以及图4所示的上述实施方式以及其改变例中,树脂结构体被设为扰流板10、50,树脂结构体也可以适用于例如车辆用的车顶板、机罩面板、挡泥板、门板、侧外板等的其他的部件。
此外,虽然在如图1以及图4所示的上述实施方式以及其改变例中,作为第一构成部20、52所包含的纤维22F、24F、26F、54F应用了3K斜纹编织的纤维,但是第一构成部所包含的纤维并不限定于该纤维。
此外,虽然在如图1以及图4所示的上述实施方式以及其改变例中,第二构成部30所包含的纤维30F与第一构成部20、52所包含的纤维22F、24F、26F、54F相比纤维宽度被设定得较大,且该结构为优选的结构,但是,也可以采用第二构成部所包含的纤维的纤维宽度与第一构成部所包含的纤维的纤维宽度相比被设定得较窄的结构。
此外,虽然在如图1以及图4所示的上述实施方式以及其改变例中,第二图案部24、26、54被设定有多个,但是第二图案部也可以不被设定为复数而为单个。
此外,虽然上述在实施方式中,层压了相当数量的图3A所示的部件30P而制造出了如图1所示的扰流板10,但是也可以采用如下形式,例如,分别逐层地层压用于形成第一构成部的薄片状的部件的集合体以及用于形成第二构成部的薄片状的部件而制造出薄片状的树脂结构体,并将该薄片状的树脂结构体粘接于车辆等中的其他部件上。
并且,上述实施方式以及上述的多个改变例能够适当组合实施。
以上,对本公开内容的一个示例进行了说明,但是本公开内容并不限定于上述方式,除了上述方式以外,显然也可以在不脱离其主旨的范围内进行各种改变而实施。

Claims (3)

1.一种树脂结构体,具有:
第一构成部,其被设置于预定区域内,并且构成所述树脂结构体的、包含与周围外观设计有所不同的特征外观设计面的该特征外观设计面侧的端部;以及
第二构成部,其包含相对于所述第一构成部而被配置在所述特征外观设计面侧的相反侧的部位,并且与所述第一构成部一体地设置,
所述第一构成部具备:
第一图案部,其在所述特征外观设计面的中央部侧构成第一图案,并且,在从与所述特征外观设计面对置一侧观察时构成所述第一图案的一部分,并由包含被取向于一个方向上的纤维的树脂而构成;以及
第二图案部,其在所述特征外观设计面的外周部侧构成第二图案且被配置于所述第一图案部的外周侧,并且,在从与所述特征外观设计面对置的一侧观察时构成所述第二图案的一部分,并由包含被取向于与所述一个方向不同的方向上的纤维的树脂而构成,
所述第二构成部由包含与所述第一构成部中所包含的纤维的纤维宽度不同的纤维的树脂而构成,在所述第二构成部中与所述第一构成部重叠的部位中所包含的纤维的一部分被设定为,能够穿过所述第一构成部的树脂而被透视观察到。
2.如权利要求1所述的树脂结构体,其中,
所述第二构成部中所包含的纤维与所述第一构成部中所包含的纤维相比,纤维宽度被设定得较大。
3.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的树脂结构体,其中,
在从与所述特征外观设计面对置的一侧观察时,所述第一图案部的纤维的取向方向与所述第二图案部的纤维的取向方向被设定为相互正交的方向。
