Description
本発明は、このような事情に基づいてなされたもので、強化繊維のズレを防止し、外観の向上と模様層の強度の安定とを図ることのできる管状体を提供することを目的とする。
図2に示すように、本実施形態の管状体10は、強化繊維に合成樹脂を含浸させたプリプレグシートを積層して形成した本体層12と、この外側に形成された模様層14とを備え、この模様層14が透明樹脂製のクリア層16で覆われている。
図6の(A)に示すように、強化繊維29a,29bを交差させて形成した布状の強化材40の一側から、先に形成したループ30aを通して針44を刺し入れ、先端に形成したフック状の針先に給糸側の編糸30を引掛ける。この後、図6の(B)に示すように、針44を強化材40の一側に引き戻し、先に形成したループ30aを引き絞りつつ、図6の(C)に示すように新しいループ30bを形成する。そして、強化材40あるいは針44を移動して、上記の図6の(A)に示す工程を繰返す。針44に設けられたべら45が開閉することにより、好適な位置でフック状の針先に編糸30を給糸しあるいは抜出すことができる。これにより、強化材40の一側に形成される単環状の第1ループと、これに対向する他側では直線状に露出する第2ループとで編目が形成され、強化繊維29a,29bがこの編目内に保持される。編成は編糸30のみで行うため、強化繊維29a,29bの蛇行が生ぜず、編成シート28Sの強度が安定する。
編成シート28Sの内層を織布で形成する場合には、この織布を隙間46から露出させることが可能となり、外観が向上する。
Claims (2)
- 強化繊維に合成樹脂を含浸させたプリプレグシートを積層して形成した本体層と、この本体層の外側に積層した編成シートで形成される模様層とを備えた管状体であって、前記模様層を形成する編成シートは、互いに交差する方向に配向された強化繊維の2つの斜向繊維層を、合成繊維と天然繊維との少なくとも一方により、強化繊維よりも大径でかつ強化繊維と異なる色彩に形成された糸状部材を編成することで形成された編成条部を有し、無色透明あるいは有色透明の合成樹脂を含浸させて形成されていることを特徴とする管状体。
- 前記編成条部は、強化繊維の配向方向と交差する方向に延びる請求項1に記載の管状体。
