Abstract
Description
請求項2の発明は、前記環状溝(12)の前記1対の内側面(12A,12B)は、前記樹脂成形品(10)の表面(10A)に対して傾斜し、前記1対の内側面(12A,12B)と前記樹脂成形品(10)の表面(10A)とがそれぞれ第1湾曲面(13)にて連絡されると共に、前記1対の内側面(12A,12B)同士の間が第2湾曲面(14)にて連絡されている請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品(10)である。
請求項8の発明は、第1樹脂(23)が含浸している繊維シート(21)の裏側に第2樹脂(30,35)が重ねられて、それら繊維シート(21)と第2樹脂(35)とが加熱された成形金型(80)にて加圧され、前記繊維シート(21)の側方まで広がる前記第2樹脂(30,35)製の樹脂層(30)の表面の一部に前記繊維シート(21)が埋設された構造の樹脂成形品(10)が製造される製造方法であって、前記成形金型(80)の下型(81)に環状丘部(81A)が設けられ、前記繊維シート(21)が、前記環状丘部(81A)の内側に、外縁が前記環状丘部(81A)の環内側の斜面上に位置するようにして前記下型(81)に配置される樹脂成形品(10)の製造方法である。
また、環状溝(12)において、樹脂成形品(10)の表面と内側面(12A,12B)との間や内側面(12A,12B)同士の間が角ばっていてもよいし、請求項2のように、曲面になっていてもよい。後者の場合、応力集中を防げ、樹脂成型品(10)の破損を抑制することができる。
本発明は、前記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば、以下に説明するような実施形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれ、さらに、下記以外にも要旨を逸脱しない範囲内で種々変更して実施することができる。

Claims (8)
- 表面(10A)の一部に繊維シート(21)が樹脂層(30)に埋設された状態に成形され、その繊維シート(21)に樹脂(23)が含浸している樹脂成形品(10)であって、
前記表面(10A)に成形されて、前記繊維シート(21)の外縁部に沿って延びる開環状又は閉環状の環状溝(12)と、
前記繊維シート(21)の外縁部の全周に、連続して又は断続的に形成され、前記環状溝(12)の環内側の開口縁で前記繊維シート(21)の本体部分から曲がって前記環状溝(12)の1対の内側面(12A,12B)のうち前記環内側の内側面(12A)内に前記繊維シート(21)の外縁が位置し、かつ、前記繊維シート(21)の外縁が前記環状溝(12)の最深部よりも手前に位置している見切り部(25)と、を備える樹脂成形品(10)。 - 前記環状溝(12)の前記1対の内側面(12A,12B)は、前記樹脂成形品(10)の表面(10A)に対して傾斜し、前記1対の内側面(12A,12B)と前記樹脂成形品(10)の表面(10A)とがそれぞれ第1湾曲面(13)にて連絡されると共に、前記1対の内側面(12A,12B)同士の間が第2湾曲面(14)にて連絡されている請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品(10)。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂成形品(10)であって、全体が板状をなし、
前記環状溝(12)の裏側部分が、前記樹脂成形品(10)の裏面から突出する環状突条(16)になっている樹脂成形品(10)。 - 前記繊維シート(21)を下に向け、車両(100)のエンジン(90)の下面を覆った状態に固定するための固定部(11)を有する請求項1乃至3の何れか1の請求項に記載の樹脂成形品(10)。
- 前記表面(10A)の一部に前記繊維シート(21)が複数枚重ねて埋設されている請求項1乃至4の何れか1の請求項に記載の樹脂成形品(10)。
- 複数の前記繊維シート(21)のうち最も外側に位置する繊維シート(21A)が、それより内側の繊維シート(21B,21C)より大きい請求項5に記載の樹脂成形品(10)。
- 前記繊維シート(21)はガラス繊維からなる請求項1乃至6の何れか1の請求項に記載の樹脂成形品(10)。
- 第1樹脂(23)が含浸している繊維シート(21)の裏側に第2樹脂(30,35)が重ねられて、それら繊維シート(21)と第2樹脂(35)とが加熱された成形金型(80)にて加圧され、前記繊維シート(21)の側方まで広がる前記第2樹脂(30,35)製の樹脂層(30)の表面の一部に前記繊維シート(21)が埋設された構造の樹脂成形品(10)が製造される製造方法であって、
前記成形金型(80)の下型(81)に環状丘部(81A)が設けられ、
前記繊維シート(21)が、前記環状丘部(81A)の内側に、外縁が前記環状丘部(81A)の環内側の斜面上に位置するようにして前記下型(81)に配置される樹脂成形品(10)の製造方法。
