Description
図1は、本実施形態の電解水生成装置1の概略構成を示している。図2は、電解水生成装置1の電気的構成を示している。電解水生成装置1は、電気分解される水が供給される電解室40と、互いに極性の異なる第1給電体41及び第2給電体42と、電解室40を区分する隔膜43と、電解水生成装置1の各部の制御を司る制御部5とを備えている。

Claims (6)
- 水を電気分解して電解水を生成するための電解室と、
前記電解室内に配され、直流電圧が印加される第1給電体及び第2給電体と、
前記第1給電体と前記第2給電体との間に配され、前記電解室を前記第1給電体側の第1極室と前記第2給電体側の第2極室とに区分する隔膜と、
前記第1給電体の極性を陽極又は陰極に、前記第2給電体の極性を陰極又は陽極に切り替える制御部と、
前記陰極側の前記電解室への単位時間あたりの通水量を検出する流量センサーと、
前記第1給電体及び前記第2給電体に供給される直流電流を検出する電流検出手段とを備え、
前記第1給電体及び前記第2給電体の表面は、水素吸蔵金属によって形成され、
前記制御部は、前記極性を切り替えた後の前記通水量の積算値及び前記直流電流に基づいて、前記陰極側の前記電解室で生成される電解水中の水素吸蔵金属コロイドの濃度を計算する、
電解水生成装置。 - 前記制御部は、さらに前記極性を切り替える前の前記直流電流に基づいて、前記濃度を計算する、請求項1記載の電解水生成装置。
- 予め測定された前記通水量の積算値及び前記極性を切り替えた後の前記直流電流と、前記濃度との相関関係を示すデーターを記憶する記憶部をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記記憶部に記憶されたデーターに基づいて、前記濃度を計算する、請求項1又は2記載の電解水生成装置。 - 前記制御部によって計算された前記濃度を表示する表示部をさらに備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電解水生成装置。
- 水を電気分解して電解水を生成するための電解室と、
前記電解室内に配され、表面が水素吸蔵金属によって形成された第1給電体及び第2給電体を用いて、水を電気分解して電解水を生成する電解水生成方法であって、
前記第1給電体の極性を陽極又は陰極に、前記第2給電体の極性を陰極又は陽極に切り替えるステップと、
前記陰極側の前記電解室への単位時間あたりの通水量を検出するステップと、
前記第1給電体及び前記第2給電体に供給される直流電流を検出するステップと、
前記極性を切り替えた後の前記通水量の積算値及び前記直流電流に基づいて、前記陰極側の前記電解室で生成される電解水中の水素吸蔵金属コロイドの濃度を計算する計算ステップと、を含む、
電解水生成方法。 - 前記計算ステップは、前記極性を切り替える前の前記直流電流に基づいて、前記濃度を計算する、請求項5記載の電解水生成方法。
