Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態の電解水生成装置1の概略構成を示している。電解水生成装置1は、家庭の飲料用及び料理用の水の生成や血液透析の透析液の生成に用いられてもよい。

Claims (8)
- 電気分解される水が供給される電解室が形成された電解槽と、
前記電解室内で、互いに対向して配置された陽極給電体及び陰極給電体と、
前記陽極給電体と前記陰極給電体との間に配され、かつ、前記電解室を前記陽極給電体側の陽極室と、前記陰極給電体側の陰極室とに区分する隔膜とを備えた電解水生成装置であって、
前記隔膜が、前記陽極給電体及び前記陰極給電体で挟持され、
前記電解槽は、前記陽極給電体側の第1ケース片と、前記陰極給電体側の第2ケース片とが固着されることにより前記電解室を形成し、
前記第1ケース片の前記電解室側を向く内面には、前記陽極給電体に当接する複数の第1突起と、前記第1突起よりも高さの小さい複数の第1小突起とが配設され、
前記第2ケース片の前記電解室側を向く内面には、前記隔膜、前記陽極給電体及び前記陰極給電体を挟んで前記第1小突起と対向する位置に、前記陰極給電体に当接する複数の第2突起が配設されると共に、前記隔膜、前記陽極給電体及び前記陰極給電体を挟んで前記第1突起と対向する位置に、前記第2突起よりも高さの小さい複数の第2小突起が配設されていることを特徴とする電解水生成装置。 - 前記第1小突起は、前記陽極給電体とは当接せず、
前記第2小突起は、前記陰極給電体とは当接しない請求項1記載の電解水生成装置。 - 前記第1突起及び第2突起は、前記電解室内での水の流れに沿う縦方向に長い縦長形状に形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の電解水生成装置。
- 前記第1小突起及び第2小突起は、前記縦方向に垂直な横方向に長い横長形状に形成されている請求項3記載の電解水生成装置。
- 前記第1突起は、前記電解室内での水の流れに沿う縦方向と前記縦方向に垂直な横方向とに、行列状に並べて配設され、
前記第2突起は、前記縦方向と前記横方向とに、行列状に並べて配設されると共に、前記縦方向に最も近い距離で隣り合う前記第1突起の間で、かつ前記横方向に最も近い距離で隣り合う前記第1突起の間に配置されている請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の電解水生成装置。 - 前記第1突起の頂部は、前記第1ケース片の側に中心を有する曲面を含み、
前記第2突起の頂部は、前記第2ケース片の側に中心を有する曲面を含む請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の電解水生成装置。 - 前記第1小突起及び前記第2小突起には、前記第1小突起及び前記第2小突起を前記電解室内での水の流れに沿う縦方向に貫く溝が形成されている請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の電解水生成装置。
- 前記第1ケース片の前記電解室側を向く内面のうち、前記第1小突起が前記電解室内での水の流れに沿う縦方向に垂直な横方向に並ぶ領域は、前記縦方向に沿った断面で前記第2ケース片の側に中心を有する曲面を含み、
前記第2ケース片の前記電解室側を向く内面のうち、前記第2小突起が前記横方向に並ぶ領域は、前記縦方向に沿った断面で前記第1ケース片の側に中心を有する曲面を含む請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の電解水生成装置。
