Abstract
Description
SH(CH2)3Si(OCH2CH3)(O(CH2CH2O)5(CH2)13CH3)2
製造混合ステップであって、加硫系および酸化亜鉛を調製中の配合物に添加し、混合する、製造混合ステップとを含み;前記プロセスは、前記シリカがジカルボン酸で官能化されており、第1の非製造混合ステップが、酸化亜鉛を含まないことを特徴とする。

混合を開始する前に、接線ローターおよび230〜270リットルの内容積を有するミキサーに、架橋性不飽和鎖ポリマーベース、シリカ、シラン結合剤、および提供される場合には、酸化亜鉛を、66〜72%の充填率に達するまで、装填した。
前のステップから得られた混合物を40〜60rpmの間の速度で運転しているミキサー中で再加工し、その後、130〜150℃の間の温度に達したところで除去した。
加硫系、酸化防止化合物および酸化亜鉛を、前のステップから得た混合物に添加して、63〜67%の充填率とした。

Claims (9)
- 空気入りタイヤの部分用のゴム配合物を調製するプロセスであって、前記プロセスは、
第1の非製造混合ステップであって、少なくとも1つの架橋性不飽和鎖ポリマーベースと、シリカと、トリアルコキシメルカプトアルキル−シランのクラス内に含まれるシラン結合剤とを一緒に混合する、第1の非製造混合ステップと、
製造混合ステップであって、少なくとも加硫系および酸化亜鉛を調製中の配合物に添加し、混合する、製造混合ステップとを含み;
前記プロセスは、前記シリカがジカルボン酸で官能化されており、前記第1の非製造混合ステップが、酸化亜鉛を含まないことを特徴とする、空気入りタイヤの部分用のゴム配合物を調製するプロセス。 - 前記ジカルボン酸内で、2個のカルボキシル基は、2〜18個の炭素原子からなるアルキル鎖によって隔てられている、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記アルキル鎖が、2〜10個の炭素原子からなる、請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ジカルボン酸が、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸およびこれらの組合せからなる群より選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記シラン結合剤が、SH(CH2)3Si(OCH2CH3)(O(CH2CH2O)5(CH2)13CH3)2である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセスを用いて得られたゴム配合物。
- 請求項6に記載のゴム配合物で製造された空気入りタイヤの部分。
- 請求項6に記載のゴム配合物で製造されたトレッド部分。
- 請求項7または8に記載の部分を含む空気入りタイヤ。
