Description
配合物Bは、本発明の可塑剤の溶融温度よりも低いガラス遷移温度を特徴とする可塑剤を含む、という点で配合物Aとは異なり、
配合物Cは、本発明の可塑剤の溶融温度よりも高い軟化温度を特徴とする可塑剤を含む、という点で配合物Aとは異なり、
配合物Dは、本発明により提供されるものと一致する溶融温度を有する可塑剤を含む、という点で配合物Aとは異なっている。
配合物Fは、本発明により提供されるものと一致する溶融温度を特徴とする可塑剤を含む、という点で配合物Eとは異なっている。
混合を開始する前に、接線ロータを有し、内容積が230~270リットルのミキサーに、架橋可能なポリマーベース、シリカ、シランバインダー、および提供される場合は可塑剤を充填した。これより、充填率が66~72%に達した。
先のステップで得られた混合物を、40~60回転/分の速度で操作されるミキサーで再加工し、その後、130~150℃の温度に達したら取り出した。
先のステップで得られた混合物に、硬化システム(硫黄、促進剤、酸化防止剤/オゾン劣化防止剤、酸化亜鉛、ステアリン酸)を加え、充填率が63~67%に達した。
Claims (4)
- 架橋後にエラストマーの化学的、物理的および機械的特性のすべてを想定できる、少なくとも1種の架橋可能な不飽和鎖ポリマーベースと、シリカを含む充填剤と、可塑剤と、硬化システムと、を含む、空気入りタイヤのトレッド部分を調製するためのゴム配合物であって;
前記架橋可能な不飽和鎖ポリマーベースが、-15℃~5℃の間にTanδのピーク値を有し、且つ前記架橋可能な不飽和鎖ポリマーベースが、溶液重合スチレン-ブタジエンゴムと、乳化重合スチレン-ブタジエンゴムと、ポリブタジエンゴムとの混合物から構成され、
前記可塑剤が、少なくとも1つの極性基を含む脂肪族鎖からなり、5℃~40℃の溶融温度を有し、前記極性基が、エステル基であり、前記脂肪族鎖が、C12~C18の長さを有し、且つ前記可塑剤が、配合物中に、1~10phrの量で存在し、
前記硬化システムが、少なくとも硫黄および促進化合物を含む成分の複合体であることを特徴とする、ゴム配合物。 - 前記架橋可能な不飽和鎖ポリマーベースが、-8℃~5℃の間にTanδのピーク値を有し、
前記可塑剤が、15℃~30℃の溶融温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の配合物。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の配合物で製造された、トレッド部分。
- 請求項3に記載のトレッド部分を具える、空気入りタイヤ。
