Description
前記タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物は、軟化点が90℃~130℃であり、ガラス転移温度が20℃~90℃であり、アリファティック(Aliphatic)系又はナフテニック(Naphthenic)系と、アロマティック(Aromatic)系が共重合された第1のレジンと、ガラス転移温度が-25~-10℃であり、アリファティック(Aliphatic)系又はアロマティック(Aromatic)系が重合された第2のレジンを1:0~3:1の重量比で含むことができる。
下記表1に示すような組成で、配合剤をバンバリーミキサーで配合して150℃で放出した。物性試験は、得られたゴム試験片を168℃で加硫して試験を実施した。
Claims (7)
- ガラス転移温度(Tg)が-70~-45℃である第1の溶液重合スチレンブタジエンゴム30重量部~60重量部及びガラス転移温度(Tg)が-50~-20℃である第2の溶液重合スチレンブタジエンゴム20重量部~50重量部を含む原料ゴム100重量部と、
補強性充填剤80重量部~110重量部と、
シランカップリング剤6重量部~12重量部と、
官能化された液状高分子(Liquid Polymer)5重量部~20重量部と、
ガラス転移温度が20~90℃である第1のレジン及びガラス転移温度が-25℃~-10℃である第2のレジンからなる群から選択された、少なくとも一つのレジン、
を含み、
ここで、前記第1のレジン含有量は、0重量部~30重量部であり、
前記第2のレジン含有量は、ガラス転移温度が-25℃~-10℃である第2のレジン0重量部~20重量部であり、
前記第1の溶液重合スチレンブタジエンゴムは、スチレン含有量が5重量%~30重量%であり、ビニル含有量が10重量%~35重量%であり、分子量分布(Poly Dispersity Index、PDI)が2~5であり、両末端がアミン(Amine)系又はアミノシラン(Amino Silane)系に変性され、ゴム成分100重量部に対するオイルの含有量が0重量部~35重量部であり、
前記第2の溶液重合スチレンブタジエンゴムは、スチレン含有量が15重量%~40重量%であり、ビニル含有量が20重量%~50重量%であり、末端がアミノシラン(Amino Silane)系に変性され、ゴム成分100重量部に対するオイルの含有量が0重量部超過~37.5重量部以下であるものである、
タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。 - 前記原料ゴムは
オイルを含み、ガラス転移温度(Tg)が-60~-40℃であり、スチレン含有量が23重量%~27重量%であり、ビニル含有量が18重量%~22重量%であり、末端がアミノシラン(Amino Silane)系に変性された第3の溶液重合スチレンブタジエンゴム20重量部~50重量部、又は
ガラス転移温度(Tg)が-120℃~-105℃であるブタジエンゴム20重量部~50重量部をさらに含むものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。 - 前記補強性充填剤は、窒素吸着比表面積が150m2/g~300m2/gであり、CTAB吸着比表面積が140m2/g~280m2/gであり、水素イオン濃度指数(pH)が5~8であるシリカであるものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記シランカップリング剤は、TESPT(Bis-(triethoxysilylpropyl)tetrasulfide)であるものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記官能化された液状高分子は、数平均分子量(Number Average Molecular Weight、Mn)が2,000g/mol~15,000g/molであり、ガラス転移温度(Tg)が-50~-25℃であり、末端がシラン(Silane)系に変性されたポリブタジエン液状ポリマーであるものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物は、軟化点が90℃~130℃であり、ガラス転移温度が20℃~90℃であり、アリファティック(Aliphatic)系又はナフテニック(Naphthenic)系と、アロマティック(Aromatic)系が共重合された前記第1のレジンと、
ガラス転移温度が-25~-10℃であり、アリファティック(Aliphatic)系又はアロマティック(Aromatic)系が重合された前記第2のレジンを1:0~3:1の重量比で含むものである、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。 - 請求項1~請求項6のいずれか一つの項に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物を用いて製造されたタイヤ。
