Abstract
Description
式中、R1、R2、R3は、互いに同一又は異なり、水素、並びに、アルカン、アルケン、シクロアルカン、ヘテロ環化合物、芳香族化合物、アミン、イミン、アミド、スルフィド、アルコール、アルデヒド、ケトン、エーテル、エステル、ニトリル、ニトロ誘導体、及び、イソシアネートファミリーの基からなる群から選択される。
(第1の混合工程)
混合に先だって、230〜270リットルの接線式ローターミキサーに表I〜IIの成分を充填比66〜72%で投入した。
ミキサーを40〜60rpmの速度で作動させ、温度が140〜160℃に達した時点で、得られた混合物をミキサーから取り出した。
得られた混合物を40〜60rpmの速度で作動させた上記ミキサー内で再度混合し、温度が130〜150℃に達した時点で、配合物をミキサーから取り出した。
表I〜IIの成分を、第2の 混合ステップで得られた混合物に充填比63〜67%で添加した。
ミキサーを20〜40rpmの速度で作動させ、温度が100〜110℃に達した時点で、得られた混合物をミキサーから取り出した。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの架橋性不飽和鎖ポリマーベースと、シリカと、シラン結合剤と、0.6〜5phrの一般式(I)で表される化合物とを混合する混合ステップと;
少なくともステアリン酸及び硬化システムを調製された配合物に添加、混合する次の混合ステップとを含む、ゴムタイヤ配合物の製造方法。
式中、R1、R2、R3は、互いに同一又は異なり、水素、並びに、アルカン、アルケン、シクロアルカン、ヘテロ環化合物、芳香族化合物、アミン、イミン、アミド、スルフィド、アルコール、アルデヒド、ケトン、エーテル、エステル、ニトリル、ニトロ誘導体、及び、イソシアネートファミリーの基からなる群から選択される。 - 0.6phr以上5phr未満の一般式(I)で表される化合物が使用される、請求項1に記載のゴムタイヤ配合物の製造方法。
- 互いに同一又は異なるR1、R2、R3は、H、CH3、CH3CH2、CH3CH2CH2、CH3CH2CH2CH2、CH2CHCHCH、CH3CH3CH、C6H5、C6H11、C10H7、CH3C6H4CH3、CH3CH2C6H5、C6H4OH、C4H5O2、CH3C6H4OCH3、CH3OC6H4OCH3、NH2、C6H4NH2、C4H7NH、C6H10NH2、C(CH3)2OH、C5H9NH、NH2CH2H7H12、CHCHOCH2C6H5、C6H10OH、CH2C6H3C3H2NH、SO3C6H4CH3、C6H4NO2、C6H11、C10H7、C6H4OH、CH3OC6H4、(CH3)3CC6H4、CH3C6H3NO2、(CH2)3Cl、CH3X、CH3CH2X、CH3CH2CH2X、CH3CH2CH2CH2X、C6H5X、C6H5CH2X、(CH3)3CX、C4H3X、CH2CHCH2X、C6H4SO3CH3X、C6H4NO2X、C6H11X、C10H7X、OHCH2CH2X、OHC4H4X、CH3OC6H4X、(CH3)3CC6H4X、CH2C6H4CHX、NH2C6H10X、OHC(CH3)2X、NHC5H9X、NHC5H9NC5H9X、NH2CH2C7H12X、OHC6H10X、及び、NHCH2C6H3C3H2X(ただし、XはO又はSであり得る)からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のゴムタイヤ配合物の製造方法。
- R1及びR2はHであり、R3はNH2である、請求項3に記載のゴムタイヤ配合物の製造方法。
- 20phr以上のシリカが前記第1の混合ステップで使用される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のゴムタイヤ配合物の製造方法。
- 前記ポリマーベースは、スチレン−ブタジエンゴム、ブタジエンゴム、天然ゴム、又は、それらの混合物を含む群から選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のゴムタイヤ配合物の製造方法。
- 1〜6phrのステアリン酸が前記最終混合ステップで使用される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のゴムタイヤ配合物の製造方法。
- 本発明に係る方法で製造された、タイヤ部分配合物。
- 請求項8に記載の配合物で作製されてなる、トレッド。
- 少なくとも一部が請求項8に記載の配合物で作製されてなる、タイヤ。
