Description
(第1生産混合ステップ−マスターバッチ)
混合開始前に、接線方向ローターと230〜270リットルの内部容積とを備えたミキサーに、架橋性不飽和鎖ポリマーベース、シリカ、シラン結合剤およびカーボンブラックを装填して、66〜72%の充填率とした。
前のステップからの混合物を、40〜60rpmの速度で動作するミキサーで再加工し、その後130〜150℃の温度に達したところで取り出した。
加硫系、酸化亜鉛、ステアリン酸および必要に応じて低分子量樹脂またはワックスを前のステップから得られた混合物に添加し、63〜67%の充填率とした。
Claims (12)
- 空気入りタイヤのトレッド部の調製のためのゴム配合物であって、前記ゴム配合物は、
少なくとも架橋性不飽和鎖ポリマーベース、充填剤および加硫系を含み;
前記ゴム配合物は、少なくとも50重量%のノナコサンジオールからなるワックスを含むことを特徴とする、ゴム配合物。 - 前記ノナコサンジオールが、2つのヒドロキシル基の間に配置されたC2〜C6鎖を含む、請求項1に記載のゴム配合物。
- 前記ノナコサンジオールが、ノナコサン−4,10−ジオール、ノナコサン−5,10−ジオール、ノナコサン−10,13−ジオールおよびノナコサン−12,15−ジオールを含む群から構成されている、請求項2に記載のゴム配合物。
- 前記ワックスが、ハスの葉由来である、請求項2に記載のゴム配合物。
- 前記ゴム配合物が、前記ワックスを0.3〜30phrの量で含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のゴム配合物。
- 前記ゴム配合物が、前記ワックスを1〜5phrの量で含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のゴム配合物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のゴム配合物を有するトレッド部。
- 請求項7のトレッド部を含む、空気入りタイヤ。
- 空気入りタイヤトレッドの一部の調製のためのゴム配合物中の少なくとも50重量%のノナコサンジオールからなるワックスの使用。
- 前記ノナコサンジオールが、2つのヒドロキシル基の間に配置されたC2〜C6鎖を含む、請求項9に記載の使用。
- 前記ノナコサンジオールが、ノナコサン−4,10−ジオール、ノナコサン−5,10−ジオール、ノナコサン−10,13−ジオールおよびノナコサン−12,15−ジオールを含む群から構成されている、請求項10に記載の使用。
- 前記ワックスが、ハスの葉由来である、請求項11に記載の使用。
