SH(CH2)3SiR1R2 2 (I)
(式中のR1は−OCH2CH3であり、R2は−O(CH2CH2O)5(CH2)12CH3である)から得られる。
SH(CH2)lSiR1R2 2 (I)
(式中のlは1〜6の整数、R1は−O(CH2)gCH3であり、R2は−O(CH2CH2O)m(CH2)nCH3であり、gは0〜5の整数、mは2〜8の整数、nは3〜20の整数である)のメルカプトシランであることを特徴とする。
(第一混合段階)
最初に、230−270リットルの定常接線回転子ミキサーに架橋可能なポリマー基材と、シリカと、シラン結合剤と、オイルとを66〜72%の充填係数まで投入した。
前段階の混合物を、40〜60rpmの速度で稼動するミキサー中で再度混合し、130〜150℃の温度に達したところで取り出した。
加硫系を前段階の混合物に63〜67%の充填係数まで加えた。
SH(CH2)3SiR1R2 2
(式中のR1は−O(CH2)CH3であり、R2は−O(CH2CH2O)5(CH2)12CH3である)のメルカプトシランである。
Claims (9)
- 架橋可能な不飽和鎖のポリマー基材と、加硫剤と、シリカと、シラン結合剤とを含むトレッド用混合物であって、前記ポリマー基材が50〜100×103の平均分子量かつ1.5以下の分子量分布を有する第一画分20〜40%と、800〜1500×103の平均分子量かつ3.0以下の分子量分布を有する第二画分80〜60%とからなる第一SBRゴムを含み、前記シリカが170〜230m3/gの表面積を有し、前記シラン結合剤が式I:

lは1〜6の整数であり、
R1は−O(CH2)gCH3であり、
R2は−O(CH2CH2O)m(CH2)nCH3であり、
gは0〜5の整数であり、
mは2〜8の整数であり、
nは3〜20の整数である)のメルカプトシランであることを特徴とするトレッド用混合物。 - lは3、gは1、mは5、またnは12である請求項1に記載のトレッド用混合物。
- 40〜130phrの前記シリカ及び4〜18phrの前記シラン結合剤を含む請求項1または2に記載のトレッド用混合物。
- 前記第一SBRゴムが、25〜45%のスチレン含量及び20〜70%のビニル含量を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のトレッド用混合物。
- 20〜60phrの前記第一SBRゴムを含む請求項4に記載のトレッド用混合物。
- 20〜80phrの第二SBRゴムを含む請求項5に記載のトレッド用混合物。
- 前記第二SBRゴムが、800〜1500×103の平均分子量を有するS−SBRを20〜60phr、また500〜900×103の平均分子量を有するE−SBRを20〜60phr含む請求項6に記載のトレッド用混合物。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の混合物から作製したトレッド。
- 請求項8に記載のトレッドを含むタイヤ。
